I was involved in a car accident in a Beckton retail car park. Another car came speeding around the corner and hit the front of my car as I was parking. Sergis from Engineers For You Ltd witnessed the incident and more importantly the incident was captured on his dash cam. Sergis came forward and provided his business card and personal contact details and promised to send through the video of the dash cam when he went home. True to his word, later that day he indeed called me up and made sure that i received the video and also provide valuable information on what I should do and where I should have my car repaired (main dealer). I found Sergis from Sergis from Engineers For You Ltd to be full of integrity and honesty. He went out of his way to make sure that I knew that he had dash cam recording and then took time out of his busy Sunday evening to call me up on his own accord to make sure that he sent through the video and I was able to view it. Cannot describe how amazing Sargis and his team's service was. They fitted the heating system to my property and have done an awesome job. They've been extremely reliable with their work, showed on time and worked very hard. They went above and beyond in so many areas and were extremely open and honest regarding extra expenses and costs. Promptly sharing photos of receipts for purchases. Every day I got an update with what they had done and what they were planning to do. I got an update on the expected finish date as well. I couldn't recommend Sargis and his team enough. Sargis was super friendly! He came into our house and respected us and our home by wearing a protective mask (over his nose too), sanitising his hands upon entry and taking off his shoes. He checked our gas meter, gas appliances, boiler and radiators as part of his service (some things he did/checked had never been done before by other reputable engineers). He was very knowledgeable (we’re only tenants) and took the time to explain to us what to do, what to keep an eye out for and what could have been causing issues for us. Would recommend him!

Cannot recommended Sargis enough for his help to fix an emergency leak at my flat! Sargis came to fix the issue on a Friday evening in less than half an hour after my call, while other plumbers wanted me to wait until Monday. So so helpful! It's the coldest day of the year and my boiler went kaput. Sargis tried to help me through video chat and when that didn't work he came round within 15mins. He gave very clear instructions and guidance, setting out what he was doing and why. And then he charged me an incredibly reasonable rate even though he came out immediately. Would highly recommend!

This was probably one of the best Gas companies I have ever come across. I required one gas appliance to be checked and received a text from Engineers for you Ltd within a minute after submitting my request on CheckATrade. An engineer was with me within 40 min!!!! He checked everything on that appliance and most importantly explained what was he doing and how things should work and how to be safe. The job was completed in less than an hour. I was so impressed by the quality of the service and attention to detail. Having dealt with other companies before I understand how important it is to have someone who is reliable, efficient, transparent!! Sargis was an absolute pleasure to deal with as an apt professional for replacing an existing gas hob in the kitchen. Although he could not complete the job because there was no gas meter installed by the local (Camden) council or the supplier (British Gas). He gave valuable advise to pursue and hope to have him back after location of gas point is identified by either of the authorities. Edit: I can't seem to add a new review so I'll add to my previous. I called Sargis at the weekend to look at the boiler in my new property which was not working. He came over at short notice and spent some time identifying the problem, and recommended that we did not waste money repairing the boiler as we already plan to replace it in a few months as part of a refurb. Instead he suggested an alternative solution and put me in touch with another tradesperson who could help. He was with me at least half an hour and refused to charge for his time. Really helpful, honest and customer-focussed. Very impressive.

Sargis was professional from start to finish. Unlike other boiler experts who charged us for a visit, he wanted nothing, which was a lovely start. He took the time to understand our problems and spent time checking everything thoroughly. After having bad experiences in the past with other plumbers in the past who had let us down terribly we where very cautious who we picked next. We spent time checking his references and found them to be perfect. We hired him for a small job first and then for a complete refit of our boiler system costing many thousands. He was punctual and extremely tidy, as well as his crew. He spent time to explain everything with the new boiler system and we where left with exactly what we paid for a fully functioning system that worked throughout the house, with hot water regardless of how many people where using it at the same. A few weeks on everything is still working properly, with not one problem. We are truly delighted, and the trust is built, we wouldn't consider anyone else for work on boilers and what other areas he specialises in. His rates are very affordable and fair and we couldn't rate him and his team highly enough. I wish more tradesmen where this professional, as most we have dealt with over the years have disappointed us. This is why Im taking the time to point out how good he is. I was having a few issues with my boiler, which needed urgent attention. I was recommended engineers for you, when i contacted the company i got hold of the owner Sargis. He communicated well with me and as i described the problems he knew straight away what the issues were. He managed to come on the same day to inspect my boiler, informed me of what parts to get. Looking up engineers on google came across Engineers for you LTD but didn’t call them thinking they are in east London and I live in north west London , called out others firms got quoted prices . Thought to give them a call Engineers for you LTD and see what they say . Sargis was happy to come an give a quote , he said they cover a 50 mile radius. He came first thing he fixed which other engineers couldn’t was the kitchen Ikea light switch which needed to be reset by finding the sensor box which he did straight away then advised me on my boiler the switch to put it on constant or on timer was broken and I was using it on time setting and had changed the switch 2 years ago he said order a remote digital thermostat control then from your phone you can control it when you need to and you have a control pad in the house to cost effective, he said when your ready you can do that you order the one you want and I’ll install it for you but you boiler is fine . I had also issues with lights I needed changing in the house he said they company carry out this service too . So previous quotes i had in changing lights 18 spot light to new government legislation ones were £719.00 and £776 not including the 7 in the lounge which at the time they said they might not Need to change them . Sargis had a look around the rooms and said for the 25 light to be changed I would quote you £476 with everything due to my discounts I get from the supplier, that’s £250 saving in its self and he said he’d ensure the fitting wouldn’t damage the holes ,I also showed him outside 2 drive lights which he suggested solar drive lights which he’ll order for £21.00 and fit in .i asked him also our toilet soft close seat has broken we had a search and would order it for him to fit when he returns . The sheer honesty, true advice , professionalism and recommendations are rare too come across just by meeting Sargis his company were able to resolve a number of issues around the house which would of taken me longer with extra cost .. definitely would recommend him to everyone you get more than what you would expect with someone of passion in his work and helping others he’s meets .. thank you so much for your work and help in resolving many of my issues .
