Staff assistants are always friendly and will have a chat to you, and help to pack your bags for you if you are struggling or have a disability.

K. M.The staff are brilliant, friendly and helpful and brave, especially as loads of issues with drunk and abusive people. Be careful in the car park as people speed and you take you life in your hands when walking across forecourt. The new club card thing is a big scam. As the club card prices on most things are normal prices and they are actually putting prices up and forcing you to get a card so they have your custom and data, otherwise you pay higher prices for everything.
