Perfectly adequate services for our needs. Clean toilets. Ample food outlets. WH Smiths for newspapers, sweets, cold drinks etc. Costa Coffee good service and nice selection of food and hot drinks. No problem parking.

A motorway stop off with all the amenities. Food shops and toilets available. Disabled parking and access available. Parking is free for 2 hrs. There's a petrol station also for topping up.

The number of people is limited now but not a lot of people is out yet so there is enough space. Food area wasn't busy as no excessive queues. The BP price is comparatively cheaper than some other services around London. Cleaning wise it was a nice experience specially the toilet.

Lots of parking available here and free for Two Hours. There is a small WHSmiths, McDonald's, Curry shop, Costa Coffee and slot machine area. There is also a large toilet area.

I called there quite late in the evening and I didn't go into the main building as it looked as though it was closed, so I followed other people and walked over to the petrol station for refreshments instead. I rated it 3 stars because I didn't enter the main building itself, just the filling station.

Useful services with McDonald's open 24 hrs and WHSmith open 24hrs. Also has a Costa Coffee but they close early. The mens toilets smell awful and could do with a proper clean.

Used to be my favourite motorway services at one time, they had good choice in food (remember the little Pizza Hut?) and a Cotton Traders. Ah well, things change. I like the picnic tables and dog walking area, though. A great addition in fine weather.

Very clean. Try the noodle bar the spring rolls were delicious and piping hot they had certainly not been hanging around. Very reasonably priced too.

I'm not able to rate this place as I merely drove past it accidentally on my way to the main services. Looks alright in a slightly dated way. I always think fondly of the "Little Chef" eateries. My Dad never stopped anywhere and certainly never bought us Sausage Eggs and Chips. I was so deprived as a child. I think these places are the modern equivalent of those old Transport Caffs. I'll have to investigate it one day.

Stoped here on the way to Bristol for a cuppa,as Motor way services go (this is the last one in wales) its very nice all the usual suspects, Costa, mc Donald's, and the shop, and of course a fuel station ⛽ all in all good place to stop.

Plenty of parking, a WH Smith shop on site with takeaway Costa Coffee, a Costa Coffee cafe/drive thru, accommodation, a nearby well stocked petrol garage which also has loo facilities/takeaway coffee and an ATM (I think there's a charge for withdrawals though). Covid restrictions in place.

A little disappointing to be honest...having read a few reviews I have to agree with Kimberly- the toilets really are pretty smelly and the queues for the maccers were worse than Clapham at 3am on a Saturday.

Definitely one of the better run McD's. Staff not overly attentive, but perfectly reactive and polite when required. And the option of table service is a nice touch, meaning the family can bag a table, nip to the loo etc, without someone needing to stand aimlessly staring at the Argos screen.

The site itself is very dated and looks like a fumbled mess, the McDonalds meal we had was fresh cooked, but the Salad looked and tasted about a day old in my BigMac. Overall the experience was about that on par with a trip to a cash machine. You popped your card in and you got what resembled what you wanted but regretted it a little as soon as you started to use it.
