E.All in all excellent garage but unfortunately it is being let down by an elderly lady member of staff. She is often very rude to customers. Most recently I took a parcel for delivery in. She couldn't get the bar code to scan and passed comment that I'd handed it to her wrongly. Also told me to take the packages to the other end of the counter waving her hand where it should be,then scolded me like a child as I saw other parcels there and assumed that was were she meant. This lady is really off putting to customers. All other staff are lovely and friendly.
