Excellent little Cafe. Epic big breakfast sandwich! Adorable little elderly lady called Rita gave excellent service!

Visited the pumps today, price was pretty good but not the very best I've found this week, however great atmosphere in the kiosk, had a laugh with the lady behind the perspex & the security man, the light hearted banter make my day go better & means that I'll probably call again next time I'm in the area.

I just want to say, what a joy it is to visit the coffee shop! The staff are always very friendly and happy in their work! . I meet my son and friends there regularly about 2-3 times a week. Keep up the good work. Linda Bottle.

Friendly and helpful staff for the most part, gets very busy at peak times, it fails to reach 5 stars because fuel price isnt competitive, the chillers are more often not broken and staff can be hit n miss e.g. often chatting too long about work problems or personal topics when theres people waiting to be served, and prioritising filling shelves or the coffee machine when theres a queue 10 deep is just poor staff management.

Lovely friendly helpful staff, they even allowed me to park my bike just inside the door when I'd forgotten my keys. I'm not a big spender but I'm always made to feel welcome as staff on the self service tills get to recognise me.

Has a fair of choice for food but a bit limited considering the size of the store. Clothing stocked but not a very big range, reasonable 'free from' range but very limited gluten free choices.

Love going to sainsburys. Always shop there every week. Even my sisters shop there. Only thing is the security.guard who works there. Treats people like dirt. Instead of going after thieves he follows us around as if I'm stealing something. Even when using the self scan with a lot of shopping staff seem to think we're gonna steal something and call.the security guard to keep an eye on us. other security guards are.fine even some of the staff is nice

i just bean to sainbury and a secutity gard wos stop me if i wos still a baby pampers i wos verry sock because i go there every time and i go there oll the time i didnt no what to say to him beause i wos buy them in the diffrent shop, but what wos get me upset that is hi ask every womwn what go there that if they have something in there baby push chir if there have a resit for that so i thing the security gard making the people cseret to leave something in the push chair because hi thing that u stll it.

Nice and chap petrol station. Staff are always happy and open to help. They are always smiley. I use this petrol station every time I need to put some fuel into my car. I use to go to this petrol from other side of my city as this one is the best one in my opinion and you can buy cheap petrol but still with good quality. I think this one is better than Tesco’s or Morrison’s petrol stations. I think my car has more power if I put some fuel from Sainsbury. This petrol station is refurbished during last year and it looks much better than previously. I think they changed pumps as a fuel going faster into my car. You can wash your car here as well and check air pressure in your tyres for FREE. It is not like on other petrol stations in the UK.. where you need to pay for compressed air. I think there is vacuum machine as well but I am not quite sure. Sainsbury offer a lots of coupons and discounts, you can collect points and then buy something in shop or even buy fuel to your car for those points. It is very nice offer! I use it very often.

The staff are helpful, and the store is relatively structured. However, it isn't a large supermarket, and so may not contain all the items that Sainsbury's offer (the one at Bretton is somewhat larger).
