Reviews of ESSO EG TOTTON

Very friendly staff.
Petrol prices falling rapidly so lot's of car's waiting for pumps.
Efficient staff that are very professional and always willing to be helpful.
My only criticism is not enough paper towels or gloves and anti-static hand coverings located on the actual nozzle for convenience.....some fresh water to rinse of the car and top up the water reservoir in the car rather than having to reposition your vehicle.
Air is very expensive - for example I only required about 30 seconds of air and I felt that 50p was a bit over the budget for what I needed. Maybe you could have a voucher that keeps track of what you have left so you can use it when required??
Overall clean forecourt although it could be less crammed inside the shop as the aisles are rather crowded with too many products.
Still very good and a free cashpoint

Friendly staff. Just one comment that the fuel pumps need a deep clean. The pumps are positioned close so you have to stand on the pump when fueling which isn't clean so your shoes get covered in diesel. Not the best to tread in the shop/car. Also an electric door would help with covid touching the handle in and out

It's OK if you can't get to your normal fill up I guess as it's more expensive than the supermarkets but seen worse..
Never that busy.
Sadly guy that works there sometimes at night is a.......
I'm disabled with blue badge etc, I fill my vehicle but he point blank refuses to take cash from my 12yr old daughter to save me struggling. Knowing full well the story as I drive a very distinctive vehicle and he had been watching us, I appreciate you can't sell petrol to under 16s but I fuelled it, into my car, daughter clearly not driving

Always come here very convenient

More expensive than most other petrol stations

Called in to use the car wash had a good deal and including a coffee. Friendly staff would use the car wash again.

While travelling around the UK popped in for petrol and a snack.

Only petrol station that seemed to be open at night.

I queued for petrol, was limited to £30.00. The assistant wasn't the politest, I will put that down to being stressed due to the petrol 'shortage' making the job harder.
