Stopped off to feed the baby - staff were more than happy to give us some hot water to be able to warm a bottle. Had seating outside however was raining so we ended up sitting in the car as inside was fairly busy (but that's probably time dependent) Great little shop that had most things you'd require for a journey. Petrol was a good price.

Very good service station, plenty of choice, get everything you need in one place, easy access but can change if there is an event in the area on an accident on one of the approach roads.

Great services. Really clean all the way through Covid. Clean toilets always a plus. I use the Costa for meetings with reps. Lovely Costa coffee and great Greggs to keep my workmen happy. Good fuel prices. Friendly staff always really helpful.

The lady at the greggs counter was lovely. My boy only eats sausage and bean pasties, a chap in front of me got the last one, straight away a tray was in and a few minutes later the lady brought them over to where I was sat. The little things matter, and she stopped my kid giving me ear ache ha

We somehow drove passed Lymm services, don't know how but we were safe in the knowledge that our next services was Applegreen.Just on the A49 it was our first stop since the new refurb.We always look for out for a Costa but not only Costa was here but Gregg's too.The whole place was tidy,clean and the staff really helpful.We decided to have two of the delicious Xmas coffees,lovely this time of year.The services are in a good position too,handy for Chester, Whitchurch,Shrewsbury etc.Will definitely stop again.

One of the cheapest Petrol Stations in the area, if not the cheapest! An all round better experience since it’s recent full rebuild to bring it up to modern day standards. The site now boast an in house Greggs and Costa Coffee also well as a large seating area and toilets facilities. The shop is well stocked for picking up the essentials on the way home with items all reasonably priced. Great credit to the Owners/Managers for not hiking up the prices to fund what I am sure was a very expensive revamp. Highly recommended you pay the garage a visit if you are in the area or just passing even if it is just for a cheaper tank of fuel. Stay safe everyone and keep on trucking. Best regards Ian A

Considering this is a petrol station on a major road it is a very reasonable price for fuel. I use premium fuel and the price is very good. Love the fact I can get a Costa coffee served by a lovely lady to help my journey motor along easy like a Sunday morning 🤣

I live in Widnes but work in Appleton Thorn and because the fuel price here at Applegreen is nearly 3p cheaper per litre than anywhere else and more importantly still contain the additives (I believe supermarket fuels at their filling stations leave out the additives (for keeping your engine clean) when prices rise just to keep the prices competitive with the other supermarkets that it is worth me filling up my car and motorbike here to keep both my vehicles healthy and giving me more miles at a cheaper prices I am willing to make the extra journey. Well done in keeping loyal customers happy. Been filling up here for last few months now and will certainly carry on in getting the better service.

I visited the Applegreen UK petrol station in Whitley twice yesterday to purchase fuel. It is known as the Tall Trees Filling Station and is on Tarporley Road, Lower Whitley. On both occasions that I visited I purchased £10 of unleaded petrol. The service was quick and efficient and it is cheaper than alot of other petrol stations. I would recommend a visit to the Applegreen UK Tall Trees petrol station in Lower Whitley in Cheshire.
