Excellent service from this company. Called up to order a gas fire on Tuesday afternoon. Order taken very efficiently over the phone and the fire was delivered by 9am Thursday by FedEx. Very pleased with my purchase. Would recommend this company for customer service, speed of delivery and overall friendliness. Very customer focussed

First time ordering from this business and I made a bit of a b*lls up with my delivery option. Emailed the company and immediately got a response with them rectifying my mistake. Only a small order of some pellets for my Traeger but we are looking to upgrade very soon and due to this first class customer service I will absolutely be ordering my new BBQ from them :) Thank you!

Excellent customer service, will definitely use company again. Very knowledgeable staff and extremely helpful. I purchased a portable gas heater which on delivery I couldn’t get it to work. I received a prompt response to my email and was recommended to change the gas cylinder because it could be over full. It sounded odd but I used a different cylinder (full again) and still didn’t work so emailed with a video. Received a phone call shortly after and they confirmed that they could hear that the gas bottle was over full. Thank you so much for giving me warmth.

I recently bought a patio heater from the Gas Centre via the online shop. The one I originally ordered was out of stock, but I was called the next morning and they offered to send me a more expensive model, without paying anything extra, as I needed it for a family event that weekend. The guy who called was so helpful, and talked me through what gas to buy, and where I could get it from. Excellent customer service and I can't recommend them enough. Will definitely be going back to them to buy my new BBQ! Thanks guys. Awesome :)

Guys, I can't find the words how much I love you, the parcel promptly arrived today, and you added a 20p part by yourselves, without that, it's gonna be a big brainwork to put the bbq back together. Didn't buy a BBQ from here, however, after purchasing a gas bottle from Morrisons and finding out it has the wrong fitting, the legend in this store replaced the bottle with the correct one for us free of charge! The shop was very clean and had several large BBQs on display along with accessories, if you are in the market for a BBQ, this appears to be the place to visit.

I bought a Traeger 34 wood pellet smoker from here (trust me, you NEED one of these!). The staff are so friendly and helpful and will bend over backwards to help you. A real Aladdin’s cave of bbq stuff.
