Wonderful course which is very well maintained. Friendly atmosphere Wonderful clubhouse and lovely catering facilities. Restaurant available for private hire. As its name suggests high points upon the course give wonderful views over Stranford Lough, Mountains of Mourne and on a good day, of which there are plenty, the Scottish hills. A testing course which is well worth a visit - you will have an interesting round, a good welcome, and a great view over the course while you sit in Restaurant/Bar.

The course was nice and the terrain made for interesting shots. Be prepared to walk the course, they didn't allow us to use a buggy. We rented clubs and they were terrible. If you can avoid renting, you should unless you're a lefty - that set was pretty nice.

Great course, well maintained, friendly staff. The course itself is fairly hilly (hence the name), which provides an extra challenge both physically and with club selection. Overall would highly recommend this course, worth a visit!

Great course to play, fairways are greens are really nice. Staff here are amazing, very helpful and friendly. Haven't tried the bistro yet but I imagine it would be good as the rest of the club is brilliant.

Wonderful experience the entire day. Staff pleasant, attentive and hardworking. Food absolutely delicious! We will definitely be back for any future celebrations there is no doubt about that! So reasonably priced too, all in all, incredible value and quality of service 🙂

Booked the golf club at short notice for a small family gathering for refreshments following a funeral. The food was delicious and there was plenty for everyone and endless tea and coffee. The staff were very attentive, especially Andrew, and made sure that we had everything we needed. Can't speak highly enough of the staff and venue was perfect.

We had our MS Belfast group Christmas dinner here last night. All I can say is Wow . The Staff the venue the food the service was all 10 out of 10 . My Christmas dinner was on a warm plate .the food was roasting delicious and very nicely presented .I cleaned my plate . My starter or prawns and cheesecake dessert were beautiful too. Everyone had a super time and I want to say Thank you to Andy for making our MS Christmas dinner special for all of us . What a gentleman nothing was any trouble .Can't wait to go again . If your looking for somewhere for a Christmas dinner I recommend trying here you won't be disappointed. it's the best one I've had

Really lovely location and club house /restaurant /venue for any event. I don't play golf so I can't comment on the course itself. I was there for a family occasion. The buffet was well presented and plentiful if a little retro and plain. I can't comment on the restaurant food as I didn't have that. Lovely staff and very welcoming.

The facilities are first class with free and plentiful parking. £15 for 18 holes during the winter months! Not too bad. The course is long with quite a distance to walk to the next tee box.

Front nine have matured nicely, really nice set of holes to play. The back nine are pretty much the old Gilnahirk course. Overall the course is well kept and has a nice modern clubhouse with good facilities.

Four stars for the course...it was in good nick but no stars for the restaurant..gougions were beyond over done heading to black as where mushrooms and bacon and tomatoes...food was very very poor!!

Was pleasantly surprised with the place. Although there was a function on it the main room, we were told we could still get food and were directed to a small size room. There was a lovely young man that came to serve us. We had two small fry's and two chicken ciabatta's. They were beautiful, warm with chicken and cheese and red peppers. I will definitely be back. Prices were great, and the young man was very attentive and helpful.

Even during the current restrictions Castlereagh Hills Golf Club still makes you feel welcome. The 18 hole parkland course is in fantastic condition and does the green keepers proud. Looking forward to bringing a few friends along to play on the course and also to enjoy the 19th hole when it all opens to visitors....
