Hands down the best 9 hole course I've played . Need to b on your game to stop the ball on the greens that pretty much all run off . Some very long par 4s off the back tees . A fairly forgiving course although left or right can find trees that can ruin your chance of a shot at the green . Some really well placed bunkers to catch any shots left or right of the fairways and also beside the greens . Loved every second of it and hope to be back again very soon

I've been a member in Cliftonville Golf Club for as long as I can recall. It has had its issues like most other Clubs, with falling membership, but the last two years have been good. They have spent quite a bit on social distancing, in the bar and restaurant areas, and more is planned to raise the profile of this old and well established company. Not many clubs can boast owning the course they sit on but Cliftonville can, and don't be fooled by the nine hole system, it's tougher than you think. Our restaurant caters for large groups and we have a Friday steak night. Obviously at the present time, business is suspended due to Covid rules, but we will bounce back, soon as the rules change.

I haven't played golf in years so there was a lot of rust and this course was a great challenge to help get back into the swing of things (pardon the punt), also the bunkers are in terrific condition!

Never played golf in my life. Don't think I ever will. I came here for a function that was setup upstairs. I must say I was very impressed with the food and the bar. The staff were very nice and the place was child friendly up until the legal time. During lockdown, the place was obviously closed to the public but they did open up the fairway for people to walk on. It was a lovely, very well kept green - I actually thought I was playing golf on Wii Sports. It's amazing how they keep it in such good condition yet I, at home, struggle to maintain an 8x8ft wide lawn with a strimmer! Will def be back.
