Good course with some very tight holes, good greens and excellent for plane spotting. If you're easily disturbed by noise you'll want to find a course further away from Bristol airport! Staff on and off the course were friendly and helpful and excellent catering.

Grate club, friendly atmosphere, course is in lovely condition ( went near Christmas rained for most of the day and course stayed in grate condition. Lovely views around the course and next to the run way so the first half of the course you can see the plains taking off. 100% worth a visit.

The room is modern and very clean. The bed is comfortable and the shower is very big. All the main facilities are available: a pub/bar next to the rooms building, kettle and coffee and tv in the room. The owners were absolutely amazing in trying to accomodate my requests. The airport is super close and they also offer a convenient transfer at any time. I would recommend it!

Great course especially if you are having a good day however if you are having a mare Tall Pines can break your heart. If you find my 2 Srixon AD333's which I lost on the 11th you're lucky as they were brand new, good food in the clubhouse as well.

The course was in immaculate condition and greens were as good as I’ve seen. Signage could be improved as could pace place caused by bunching of par 3’s. But aside from that lovely course with an unusual backdrop and great value for money. I will definitely return.

I played in the ladies open bowmaker today and had a great time. The course was in great condition, and every hole had its challenges. We had a lovely freshly cooked meal afterwards. I had not played there before but would definitely go back. 😊

I have played this course on at least twenty occasions. It is a thoroughly pleasant little course; undulating but without any serious hills it will suit most players. For those with some level of disability, there are some buggies. The members always seem friendly and it's a friendly course, nothing to catch you out and realistically priced. The sort of course where I could make friends and play for the rest of my life. The only downside is the proximity of Bristol Airport. Whenever I play there, jets are taking off and landing every few minutes, so it is very noisy and there is a smell of kerosene (and sometimes burning rubber!) all the time. For handicap players, looking for a nice day out, I thoroughly recommend it.

Tall Pines offers a pretty good golfing experience particularly for those with high handicaps. It is a very open course with a few interesting bunkers and a good mix of short and long holes. Entertaining enough with a good amount of challenge, particularly for those with 20+ handicaps. For anyone sub-10.. you may find the course a little bit too straightforward but pleasant enough. It is also well kept. the clubhouse is small offering a range of food, not top notch, but good enough to fill a hole... but you aren't there for the food anyway! Stick to the course and you will have an enjoyable experience!

Enjoyed it when I played there 2 years ago. I posted a photo of I think the 18th green shaded by a pine tree and it has been viewed nearly 350,000 times! Absolutely puzzled why!

Quite a testing course which holds up well to most weather conditions. The greenkeepers keep the greens in excellent order & are continually trying to improve the experience. The Proshop & Clubhouse staff are really friendly & helpful.

Course is fairly good, not too busy, value for money @£20 for a round. It's next to Bristol airport so expect some fairly robust noise but this isn't too much of an distraction will go back.
