Nice place with some interesting holes, and a very reasonable green fee. I enjoyed the course apart from the greens. Putting was a challenge as the greens on many holes were very uneven with bare patches. The ball would jump and bobble which detracted from the enjoyment. Hopefully, the green staff will apply their skills to this.

Nice, open feeling, driving range. Not every mat had a tee and some of the tees were a bit broken but, seeing as it wasn't too busy, it didn't prove to be an issue. I'm perhaps not the best person to review a driving range, as I've previously not been to one in years, but I found the experience enjoyable.

Great facilities. Shame the range balls are falling apart. Paid for 50. Approx 10-12 had chunks missing. Need to invest in some new balls. Other then that. Good facilities

Absolutely brilliant golf course, it has three nine hole courses ranging from very good to excellent, players of all abilities will not fail to be impressed by them. It has all the pro shop goods that you need or want, and although I didn't call upon the club professionals service's during my visit I am assured he is one of the best in the area.The changing facilities and showers are of the highest quality,so is the hospitality of the staff and members alike, the meal I had was excellent as was the service, all I say is keep up the good work, I for sure will returning in the near future, any Golfer of good standard will certainly not be disappointed.

I visited Woodspring golf course for a funeral wake after the service a mile up the road at South Bristol Crematorium. It is an excellent place for this occasion. The room was seperate from the golfing facilities within the same complex. The food was good although I would have preferred a little more variety with the sandwiches. There is plenty of parking and it is well signposted from the A38. From what I could see the course looked good too.

Brilliant 9 hole (Avon) golf course. Not busy at all. Variable skills required although we are not used to such sloping greens.

A pleasant surprise. We wanted a round but didn't know where to play and ended up here because we found it on tee times with availability. There are 3 9 hole courses, we played the Avon and the Sevens. The Avon had some challenging holes but also some easy holes (to make you feel better about your game;-)) and was quite enjoyable. The Sevens was great fun, hilly course which has plenty to catch you out. Overall lovely course, great views and would definitely play there again if I'm ever in the area:-)

Overall a good golf club. The course (I played the Avon and the Severn) was challenging and well kept. The price is pretty standard, apart from hiring a golf buggy. It was £22. I've never been anywhere that charges that much for a buggy.

I had an enjoyable round on the Severn Course. The greens were in good condition though the tees were a little rough. I got stuck behind a pair who were sharing a set of clubs which was fine when they both hit in the same area. Not very often unfortunately....

Nice enough place with friendly staff but course itself wasn't in the best condition. Some exceptions should be made for the recent time courses have been closed, but at £25 per round I expected it to be a bit nicer given the other options nearby at a similar price point.

Another very good and reasonably priced course forming part of the woods group of courses around Bristol. Comprising of three separate 9 hole courses you can mix and match to add a bit of variety. Helpful staff and reasonable good shop

A good setup amount beautiful surroundings. Pleasant in the pro shop. Greens in good condition. Layout confusing which could be improved with better signage or course map on score card. The grass on fairways, light rough and around the greens was far to long.

Three 9 hole courses, we played two..... Need hole description boards on the Tees, but I believe it is planned.... Reasonable Golf Shop Overall a nice course, some very challenging holes. Food could be better.

Came here for a funeral. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The room was set up and was perfect for what we wanted. The rooms are a little outdated specifically the toilet areas.. Could do with redecoration. The food was cooked fresh and was just what we needed, everyone ordering off the menu. Took a while for the food to come, so some guests left before they ate as had time restraints. Would definitely recommend this to use for a wake possibly pre order food in advance to make sure its all ready when yoh arrive.

Lovely little venue, perfect for family events. My only criticism is that there are no baby changing facilities, so I had to change my daughter on the dirty toilet floor, I'm sure it wouldn't cost much to put a changing table up!

I don't play golf but I was very impressed when I arrived at the golf club to unfortunately attend a wake the reseption area and shop are very welcoming as are the staff. The catering was excellent thay also cater for weddings, well stocked bar and toilets areas are very clean also disable friendly in all areas
