We loved our time at Treetop Adventure Golf. A day out with my daughter and her 2 friends (8 years old) and they really enjoyed themselves. We went on a Sunday at 11am and played 2 rounds 1 on each course which took us till 1.20pm It wasn't very busy and we didn't feel rushed at all. The girls had fun and enjoyed the immersive environment. Great fun. 👍🏻

One of the best adventure mini golf venues you can ever go to. Very well design and decorated with music, a selfie photo booth at the end and talking holes. Bar has a couple cocktails and limited food options, although you are in a shopping centre so you can get food anywhere! The holes are very enjoyable but some can feel repetitive

Went there with my parents who were visiting Cardiff and my boyfriend! Opted for both courses and they were equally exciting and enjoyable. Slightly expensive but was definitely a worthy experience :) Also, they offer a much cheaper price for Students on Weekdays before lunchtime! Anywho, won a free round at the end which I will certainly be coming back to do! Would absolutely recommend as it’s a fantastic activity mysteriously hidden in the shopping centre ;) Also had a ginger beer from the cafe service! Yum! Staff were super friendly also!

Nice place and environment. We went before 12pm so we got to play on both courses for the price of 1! However there are 18 holes in each course and it got quite busy so it did mean a lot of waiting around for the group in front of you to be done. It becomes quite repetitive and became a bit boring.

Great afternoon out. There's two different courses to choose from. We usually do both and just pick whichever is quietest to do first. The cafe is okay. Service is usually quite prompt. The place has always been quite clean and tidy. Some of the lighting on the holes can be a bit odd but the overall a great atmosphere. The bonus hole at the end is great fun too.

Omg What an amazing place. Good fun whatever your age. We need one of these in Somerset. My husband won a free round on the 19th hole and someone gave me a free ticket too. We had already played both courses and then replayed one again and then I won a free go on the 19th hole so I paid it forward to a young lady who was playing too. Totally recommend it

Amazing. It was really good. First course, 18 holes. There were lots of different and new structures all with their own sound effects which had unique effects for different events. For example, say you hit the ball and it went down a hole at the end which then led it to the cup(the hole you want the ball to end in). Then the structure emits a sound effect that congratulates you but if it was a hole that does the opposite, then it does not congratulate you but actually says things like "That was an unlucky shot." or "Better luck next time!" Which in my opinion is brilliant. However, if you were to buy the second course, which also has 18 holes. It certainly is not as exciting as the first course, where you are new to the surroundings. But now in the second course, you simply revisit the first course with a few new structures.

Good variety of holes spread over two courses Ancient Explorer and Tropical Trail. You have the choice to play 18 or 36 holes. We choose to play the Ancient trail. It was nice how the holes were themed and laid out. My son really enjoyed his time. Overall, really well priced. Enjoyable holes. Friendly helpful staff and good facilities.

Really lovely staff and a really cool game. You have a few trials to choose from to do your course. It makes you feel like your in the forest with all the noises, the forest set up, the toilets, the lockers, everything fit the theme. Really recommend!! Not badly priced either!! The different holes could of been better tho.

This place is perfect for little explorers. This is honestly the best crazy golf place I have ever seen! Even if you dont like crazy golf, I'm sure you would love it there. There Is 2 causes, there is a rain forest golf and a ancient temple sort of thing corse. The great thing is, if you go bethore 12 o clock, you pay for 1 corse and get the other course free! This place has lockers for your stuff and a bar. Of you haven't brought any food you could get some at the bar or a dessert. Would I recommend going? Of corse!.

We didn't even realise this was above st David's at all. Staff was friendly and not that expensive and if you get there before 12 you get to play both 18 hole courses for the price of one. Themed very well and will be bringing the kids when their a little older if it's still open. Me and my girlfriend had such a laugh and will be going again, we averaged around 30minutes per 18 holes as a group of 2 but we enjoyed every minute also a little tip the bonus hole has a ramp so make sure you got the ball hard enough haha

Came along to here 27th Sept with my partner, as we're crazy about crazy golf. And so far it has to be said, this was definitely our favourite one yet!! Staff were friendly. If you go before lunch time you get two games for the price of one, as they have two separate courses to choose from. We did both!! Both very fun, layout was amazing, better than expected. The area literally came to life. You also get a free 19th hole which gives you the chance to win a free game, which my partner did twice!! can't wait to go back!!

Despite initial difficulties finding treetop Adventure Golf when we eventually did it was all worth it it is the ideal activity to do with friends and family everybody has a laugh and the prices on anything but expensive. There is a sitting and waiting area with some very nice hot chocolate available for those who would rather not play and those who do play the play area is very imaginative incredibly colourful and filled with fun special effects that put the crazy right into crazy golf.

Really fun and very immersive. A decent length of time too, not too long or short. However, there were too many people on the courses, so we had to queue on the course. This meant. People were standing in the way making it difficult to play towards to hole of each numbered area.

It's a really fun place to spend with your loved ones. It costs 9£ per person for one course (18 holes) 14£ for 2 courses (36 holes), personally for me 1 course is really enough to have good time, if you get 2 courses it just takes too long to finish and you just get bored. Also they serve hot and cold drinks, cocktails, beers, pizzas. There is toilets and lockers to leave your stuff.

Plenty of hand sanitizer scattered around, one in one out toilet system and social distance measures in place. All balls and the club's are wiped down clean between each use. Payment is currently contactless only.

Brilliant crazy golf courses. Inside the huge shopping centre in Cardiff. Follow signs for adventure golf to the car park lifts, and it's on the third floor, all clearly signed. £8.50 èach for a round of 18 holes on a crazy golf course. Yes its novel but mate....Put your prices down.

Brilliant adventure golf course! Certainly didn't expect to be playing golf halfway through a shopping trip - a great place to take a break from shopping. Staff are friendly and happy to help (especially if you are prone to losing golf balls!) The theming is brilliant here. Interactive light and sound elements are used too which really adds to the experience. Be sure to look out for the singing tree frogs! The whole place feels very well made. Even the bathrooms are brilliantly themed!! There is a bar for having a drink whilst you wait for others to finish their game, or to relax after playing. The 19th hole will reward you with a free game if you can get a hole in one - good luck! A must-visit for anyone planning on going to the shopping centre. Perfect for younger and older families, as well as students!

We had never played golf before and this was so much fun. We visited on a Saturday and they told us we could play both courses for the same price. Our 4 year old had her face painted for free all included in the price. At the end of the 18th hole you get a chance to play a special hole and if you win you getting a token for a free game which never expires ! There is a cafe where you can grab a quick bite between games but we didnt try it so can't comment on the food. It was a great price for everything and a great family fun activity. Shame there are no locations in London

Really fun activity which can be done whatever the weather. There are two courses which are challenging without being super difficult, making it fun for everyone. The bar is really nice, with a good selection of beer, cider, cocktails and mocktails. There are lockers, but you need a £1 coin to use them and the toilets are clean. The covid measures are really well done, everything is cleaned thoroughly and there are anti-bac stations at several points on both courses. Masks are required while golfing and there's a new rule to stay on your hole untill the group in front have finished theirs. All in all it worked really well.

Didn't start great after being told we'd have to wait 45-60mins in a queue (with 2 and 6 year old). Thankfully we moved through the queue in 20mins. Was busy on Saturdays at 3pm. 6shots per hole per player. Thing is, there's no where to stand whilst queuing for the next hole. Max 2 groups depending on size. Toilets were out of order so they had a contingency. Can't comment on food or drink....too busy. Would come again on a quieter day.

We were in Cardiff for a mini break, for hubby's 40th. Our little boy, eager to go play adventure golf, looked online and it said no booking required. So we made our way there to find it was full, to be expected and told to wait in the car park. Which was full of people, some even lounging on the floor so I can only imagine how long they had been waiting. So if you play to do during a school holiday, prepare to wait. That being said, if we ever travel down to Cardiff in the future we'll go see if it's busy or not.

Always been a fan of mini golf since I was a child, this place is really good! It has two sets of 18 hole mini golf courses to play and some of the holes are extremely difficult to achieve within the shot limit. Treetop Adventure Golf is fun for all ages and at the end of each 18 holes, you get a chance to play a 19th hole. Basically if you get the ball in the hole you get a free round of mini golf. Ive only managed to win this once but is a good way to get a free game. Treetop Adventure Golf is on the 3rd floor of the St Davids shopping centre car park. This is a great place to visit, my only gripe is the price... i think its a little expensive. Id recommend coming here at a quieter time as you can take more time on your shots. When there are people queuing behind you it feels like you are being rushed. For the price paid to play a round, you shouldn't feel rushed to finish as quick as possible by groups waiting for that hole.

I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could. Great family day out, even for a cheap date. So much fun. It's very popular so there may be queues BUT it is still fun and worth it. I went where we had to wait for a bit before each and every hole, took a while but that didn't stop the fun. Really enjoyed our visit - I took my primary aged daughter who enjoyed. Only downside is that we turned up just after 5pm on a Friday to take advantage of 2 for one offer. This did mean that we were golfing amongst all adult groups who were taking advantage of the bar. This was OK but some were a bit rowdy and not very good friendly - wouldn't go at that time again with young children.

Amazing fun! Hubby and I got here in time for the early bird special (two courses for the price of one) and I'd highly recommend you play both. Perfect for little kids and big kids; I hit the ball out of bounds on hole 11 and directly into hole 12 and thought I would need oxygen I was laughing so hard! Wonderful way to pass an hour!

Great way to have fun with your friends. Very fun, although I feel its a little pricey. Its a pretty hard course, with the floor on the holes being cleverly uneven and raised. So an easy looking hole generally isn't easy if you look closely! It can be very busy on Fri and Sat eves and you'll have to wait to play a hole as others will be on it, but I generally avoid going at these times!

Me and my husband visited Treetop Adventure Golf in Cardiff for our honeymoon and as my husband has never experienced indoor crazy golf before. We had such a great time and lots of fun. We decided to go for both courses and it was reasonably priced for the two of us as well. The staff were friendly and helpful and we also went at a good time as it wasn't too busy so we could take our time to enjoy ourselves. Thank you for an amazing experience for our honeymoon! :)

This is a lot better than you may think it is. Accessed through the 1st floor, there are two courses to play. Ideal for a family group or work event. This is not your usual crazy golf. The layout is really cool and there are a few challenges that test even the seasoned golfers skills. But ideal for those who know nothing about golf too. The scenery is really good but the holes were pretty uninteresting on the course we did. Even my 9 year old scored 2-3 shots on all the holes. In addition the queues on each hole were ridiculous with at least 5 groups (with 4+ in each group) waiting at every hole. We had to abandon it after 1 and a half hours to ensure that we didn't miss our table reservation in a nearby restaurant.

I would get pint glasses where things could spill easily but thought that rule seemed a bit strict (I know someone where has ruined it for everyone but still). My child had been asking the whole summer and I mean the whole summer to visit a crazy golf place. On sat, just passed. Myself my daughter and two sons came to have a game. It is friendly is fun, staff are really nice. The whole outfit of the place looks cwl to kids. So we got there around 3.-3.30ish. It was busy. We were told when paying to keep each hole to a six hit maximum. The boys 10 yrs and 6 yrs, excited to get started. Because it was so busy there was no crowd control you didn't get the full enjoyment you pay for you are conscious of people, lots of people behind you waiting, parents and children getting agro because their children are really excited but having to wait, moving out the way so you aren't standing on the last hole, the amount of people on each hole were too many. My opinion give a 2-3min turnaround for say 3 groups then start the next groups. My six yr old was trying really hard but I was so concious of kids, teenagers waiting to have a go, I kept asking him to hurry up and that caused drama because he wanted more hits to get the ball in the hole. Because people were waiting a fair while they walked off to next hole. Which then caused more issues more waiting. A couple behind us waiting, ran across the hole we were on whilst we were playing sending the ball flying off, much to my 10 yr olds annoyance. It's bad play, £28.00 to rush around, not fully enjoy the experience. On the whole from a mother with two excitable boys, dying to have a go of crazy golf . It wasn't fun, it was an hour of "get around the holes, as fast as you can" attitude, cos you don't wanna inconvenience the people behind.

Hi I want to say a big thanks to the staff at Treetop Cardiff. I had a birthday party to organise for my teenage daughter and her friends. I stress over everything so was delighted that when we arrived .. we were kindly greeted.. everything was organised and as we arrived before 12 had a free game .. amazing 😉... Every time I have been here, I have really enjoyed myself doing 18 holes with my friends. They managed to make it feel surprisingly like a jungle while also giving it character with a talking tree, toucans that tell jokes, and singing frogs for example. The café is pretty standard in terms of what it serves but sticks to the theme of the jungle by having things like jam jars to drink out of rather than cups (odd but adds to immersion). My only complaint would be the price as it seems a little expensive for 18 holes but if you get in before 12pm you can do 36 for the price of 18 and so I would recommend that.

I went once as a group for work and it was a blast even though I've lost everytime I've gone it's still fun. Just love the challenge and it's not strenuous either. My only dislike is that there are only two courses and they can get quite busy meaning you have to wait a little to have another shot I'd say the more of you the better for you. But the worse for the people behind you. Tip: on the multiple hole courses one of them is a 80% hole in one so choose wisely haha!
