Excellent service , second time I've been fitted for new set of clubs . Very helpful and patient staff . Love the new clubs. Went in looking 3 Wood maybe driver. Ping's suited my play .

Great selection of all you need and if they don’t have it in stock they will get for you very quickly, the staff are very knowledgeable and are easy going so you don’t feel that they are pushing you to make a purchase. I have been using the shop for many years and will continue to be a customer, in fact I am about to change my irons and will definitely be going back to see what they have, and will take there advice and get a custom fit an d I know I will not be disappointed.

Had a driver fitting session with James Wilson. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Previously fitted me for irons and made me feel special.. Took great care to understand my needs, gave welcome advice on improvements to my swing and worked to the optimum fit for my game. Delighted with the outcome and look forward to many happy rounds improving my golf. Definitely recommend American Golf Edinburgh and James Wilson in particular, whom I would trust his advice and recommendations

member of staff who helped with choice of golf shoes was particularly helpful and informative and when queried about waterproof qualities of different shoes only recommended those shoes actually guaranteed by manufacturer to be waterproof and steered me away from shoes which were not so guaranteed. Also gave useful advice about different manufacturer's shoe sizing characteristics. This information would not have been available with an online purchase.

I would recommend American golf to anyone looking for new golf equipment. **** DON'T PARK IN MCDONALDS OVER TWO HOURS OR YOU WILL GET A PARKING CHARGE ** Parking is limited in this area.
