Played this course with my brother for £18 I think it was and considering the time of year the course was amazing condition I'll definitely be back !!

Played this today and all I can say is WOW absolutely unbelievable golf course outstanding condition full course greens were exceptional and for this time of year its an absolute no brainer best course av play all winter spectacular and the views were unreall aswell will defo be back ⛳️

Course is very good fairways immaculate great greens i joined in january and this is by far the best course ive played value for money stunning views and some challenging holes and then into the 19th for a pint with scenic views 5 star all day for me

Lovely course, on a nice (dry) day. We were here for an outing, and very pleased we were able to go ahead. Only disappointment was that there was no catering at all, not even coffee. At least the toilets were open, so that's something! Will be back, hopefully there will be food next time.

The course was very nice, really enjoyed the day. Due to covid restrictions we never had the chance to sample the bar or the food in the clubhouse. A bit disappointed that after finishing our round the doors were locked and the toilets were unavailable. The pro just shrugged and said "the clubhouse shuts at 3pm".

This course is a real hidden gem and would top my list of courses in the borders area. Although parkland it has many holes that have a linksy feel to them. The pro gave us a warm welcome and some handy on course tips. The course is a good test of golf and the undulating greens were in mint condition. Good luck on the 2 closing par 3's, you will know what mean when you get there and the wind is blowing! The clubhouse is lovely and both staff & members made us feel at home, good food too. A perfect day 10/10 from all in our group.

really enjoyed the golf course. the landscape is very beautiful, the fairways and the greens perfects. holes are different and the par 4 have different range of distances. the club house is nice with beautiful views and the waitress re very very nice. a great moment !!

Played again today in sub zero conditions and still a great course. I’ve played about 5-6 times now and great friendly service from Ian and Gareth in the shop, Linda behind the bar ( I’ve a feeling she’s more than just a barmaid ) and the ever chatty greenkeeping staff. The course is always in very good condition and I’ve enjoyed every round here. I’m a member at Pumpherston but more than happy to drive past at least 12 courses in between Livingston and West Linton to play. Absolute hidden gem and highly recommend to anyone looking for a very good course. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars

Myself and a friend, went to West Linton Golf Club for Brunch, they have an extensive menu to choose from and also a specials board. Our table was situated so we could look out over the fairway and the hills beyond, great scenery, even though the weather wasn't to good. We had hot drinks to start with as we where choosing what we wanted to eat. The waitress was lovely friendly and very helpful. Both our food choices came quickly and where hot and extremely tasty. My friend had the Macaroni Cheese with chips and a side salad with a tasty balsamic vinegar dressing, she enjoyed her choice very much and ate everything. I had the mini breakfast which consisted of two rashers of bacon two sausages but asked if Chef could leave off the tomato and give me a toasted potato scone instead with a lovely runny egg, the waitress said that Chef could easily do that for me. This was a great choice as I don't have a huge appetite so the amount was perfect, I enjoyed my food emensely. Both my friend and I would highly recommend West Linton Golf Club for a place to relax enjoy good food and have a blether. We certainly will be back.

What a great course, embedded in the golf history, set in the rolling land before the Pentlands it has a different drama. The open front nine and more precise back nine is a strong test without the ever present Scottish weather. Fortunately the club house is well attended and reasonably priced - so even where course and weather proves too much there is ample compensation. Worth the trip for me :)

Played this morning in rather poor weather however, the course was stunning and was in a fantastic condition. Green keepers...take a bow. Pro shop was friendly and welcoming. We will be back for sure come rain or shine. Thanks!

Great day had by all,although the greens were a bit dry and bumpy, but the weather was great, and the food was excellent a very warm and welcoming club, 3rd year on the trot and we will definitely be back, the boys from silverknowes, and granton golfing society.

Monday 28th September The course was OUTSTANDING ,but the speed of play was terrible , there was a 3 ball ( members) infront of us and no one behind us , the members were really slow, to the point we were standing on every tee box , this in turn let a 3 ball catch up with us so now the whole course is being held up , no sight in them waving us threw , infact if anything they started getting slower, we did phone the starters office to be told ,THEY ARE MEMBERS, NOTHING I CAN DO !. Nothing worse than slow play ⛳🏌‍♂️
