Wonderful historic club. I'm not a member but was invited for lunch. Not a golfer but the course looked beautiful. Had a fantastic up market meal. The place is very posh but friendly in every respect.

Occupying the former Killermont House the clubhouse adopts an L-plan form wrapping around a courtyard. Alas, the B-listed building was ravaged by fire in September 2018. Thankfully, in January 2019 architects Wellwood Leslie were appointed to lead a design team to retain and enhance the current structure with a range of new facilities. It is hoped that the reinstatement works will be completed by September 2020.

Wonderful Sunday lunch with friend and his family who is a member of the golf club. Beautiful building plus surrounding parkland and absolutely top quality food and service.
