Course is lovely nd plays well despite the weather. However nd its a big however. The bunkers are shocking. I ruined Mt sand wedge, there are less rocks in a quarry.

This course has some great potential/layout and fairways in great shape course only let down by poor greens. This may be because of the weather and time of year. Staff were more then helpful. If drinking in hotel you'll need a bank loan other wise worth playing

From the outside it looks fine ,a nice spacious carpark, a club house and spa inside blows you away ,from what I've seen the meals look fantastic ,rooms very spacious. Would recommend a stay at this place anytime

Very attractive gold course. With some steep slopes when going down and out of old quarry. Very nice club house with bar, restaurant and health/spa centre. Lots of bedrooms all ensuite.

Good course with Great views. Issues with kart paths not being up kept which can cause for a bumpy ride if you take a kart. Some greens not in best condition also. Overall good day out.

Great facilities, staff friendly and informative, we were a party of 8 having a spa day and afternoon tea there and it was great. Treatments were really good. 1 star took off because the steam room was closed

A really challenging course but the views of the Campsie make it all worth while. Some really tricky holes and some steep hills to conquer. But all in all a great course to play and will definitely be back to play it soon.

Have stayed in the Westerwood on many occasions one of my favourite places. All staff throughout the hotel very professional and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Spa staff and treatments were excellent, food delicious. Will definitely be back again.

Lovely views and this course could be amazing if the drainage was sorted. We played on a relatively dry week and the course was damp and squelchy. Lots of testing holes with dog legs.

I was a member of the golf club for a number if years so regularly used the bar, nothing has changed, two of us sat and chatted over a couple of coffees and as we sat there one of the staff started mopping the floor around us, then they pulled down the shutters in the bar followed by turning some if the lights off, this was 4.30 in the afternoon in a hotel, this is the only place I have eve seen that happening, but I suppose it's a good way to let people know you don't want them there.

We were there for a spa day package, with afternoon tea. The facilities were perfectly refreshing on a winter's day, spa pool and steam room working at full capacity. The food was pretty average, the treatments were okay, I personally felt that mine were a bit rushed. I am not sure I would rush back.
