Great course, lovely staff and first class service. Really made me feel at home. I have given 4 instead of 5 stars solely down to the inadequate parking as it really felt that the parking area was far too small for the amount of people playing at this wonderful club.

The best I have seen the course in all my 50 years membership. The greens are in fantastic condition, the tees are looking very good, and the all round condition of the course is a testament to the hard working green keeping staff, well done. Thoroughly enjoyed playing in the Gents Seniors competition today.

There is much more to see. These photos are taken in the overgrown grounds of what was once Kenmure House built by one of the renowned Stirling family. It became a convent school for girls I believe before becoming derelict and ruined by fire. Very little remains apart from the cast iron gate /fence posts a buff sandstone base or cap stone that appear in what I reckon to be a garden on a slope. There is much rubbish left behind, (mainly empty beer cans and broken glass) I'm sorry to say but with a little care and attention this could be a lovely nature walk. Yes you can see the golf course through the pallisade fencing which in itself is a lovely view if you wish to do so. The Bluebells are lovely but I'm not sure what the tall stocky plant is.

Lovely course. Some difficult holes with a small burn which winds through a lot of the holes. Makes it very challenging,correct club selection needed. Well worth a visit if you haven't been. Staff friendly and welcoming of visitors

Great golf course, razor greens at the moment. For some reason there is no food at present which I find frustrating.

Good course. Well kept & scoreable too. New catering company for the food too which has made eating here more appealing. All in all a well run Golf Club with alot of hosted nights on offer too. Good for a party venue also as has a big open plan room enough to cater for a fair few.

Lovely place. With a well maintained golf course it provided a brilliant view from the eating area. Would go back again in a heartbeat. Can't really judge the food as I went to a catered event , but if it was made by their staff then the food was excellent.
