I never thought I would take up golf as a hobby. My son had a go on the driving range and the staff were so friendly that we soon signed him up for lessons. He’s absolutely loved it…and then of course he suggests I have a go….and that’s where it all began. I’m having lessons there now too and am absolutely hooked. The club is so inclusive and friendly. The coaches are both approachable and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend the club highly enough. The ladies group is fabulous and keeps me coming back for the social side as well as the love of a new hobby. Come join us ladies!

I recently took Golf up as a hobby, after going to a range a few times realised that this wasn’t going to be just a walk in the park. I was recommended to seek lesson from Paul. Paul had been excellent from the start! I am now going into my 3rd lesson and the improvement already it unbelievable. Lincoln Golf Centre is a great family friendly place for any level of player. All the staff and coaches are very welcoming and helpful. Their group lessons are a fantastic way of improving your game at a very reasonable price. They also have a fab ladies group, The Swinging Birdies, which is brilliant for ladies who want to improve their game by playing with like minded ladies, who are also very sociable!

Started golf as a complete novice in April 2022, had a couple of sessions on the range at LGC and could see I needed some help for my upcoming pre-wedding golf day - so I booked on for a lesson with Paul Logan. Enjoyed the first lesson so much, that I instantly booked a block of 6, it was clear from the get-go that I had a lot to do. Paul has brought me so far in only a handful of lessons over the last few months - the progress I’ve made is amazing and family have commented so positively on this. I started from being clueless on proper posture, club handling, technique so I was not driving a ball particularly far. Now that Paul has taken the time to go over these key points, I’ve got a handle on all of them and I can hit a ball (and know what I’ve done wrong on my bad shots and how to correct it). Paul took the time in each lesson to reinforce the key points, ensure I understood what was required, and demonstrate how it should be done. Lessons would then be recapped to keep it fresh in my mind as I left. You couldn’t ask for a better coach in my opinion, even when not in a lesson, as Paul was always willing to respond to messages with questions or videos of shots on the range looking for feedback. I would highly recommend Paul to golfers of all abilities, he’s been so accommodating and helpful, and worked wonders with me and I’m now thoroughly excited for something that I was dreading before these lessons. Of course, it goes without saying that the LGC is also highly recommended - every single staff member has been very welcoming and very helpful. Thank you to you all, but Paul especially!!

Inviting and friendly environment for all ability golfers! 1-to-1 lesson with Paul Logan have improved my game no end, took me from novice to now an avid golfer. Detailed and meticulous when needed but wasn’t overwhelming when first starting out which I was worried about. Always checking in on my practice to see my progress. Top bloke in general. Had a lesson with Paul a few weeks ago who broke down parts of my swing which I needed to improve and gave me things to work on at the range. Also good use of OnForm app to film my swing so I could visually see what I need to work on! After the lesson I put some practice in and I have started striking the ball much better than I was before, resulting in my handicap coming back down to single figures! Overall a really good lesson and will definitely go back to Paul if I was struggling with my game again.

Excellent facilities, love the toptracer, if you have any doubts about using it, then just ask for help once your there. Course is in good Nick too. Had some lessons with Paul Logan and they’ve massively helped too. My favourite place!!

Had a brilliant afternoon at the Oaks coffee shop, attached to the golf shop . Biscuit making with Mrs Claus. My grandson's absolutely loved it. A lovely atmosphere and amazing coffee. Went for a meeting at the function suite and there's only one female toilet which doesn't flush. Room itself was OK apart from it was a boiling hot day, there was work going on outside so we couldn't hear what the speakers were saying unless we closed the windows. Didn't serve enough plates for lunch so one delegate had to use a plate

Paul is an incredible coach and person, I came to LGC with no previous experience and have found coaching from Paul amazing. He is professional and so experienced it has made the process of learning golf enjoyable. His generosity and communication has blown me away and I feel incredibly lucky to have found a coach that is so passionate and approachable. I couldn't recommend Paul or LGC enough to anyone. I believe I have found the perfect place to learn and develop in this sport and that is all down to my experience with LGC.

I would highly recommend golf lessons at LGC with Paul Logan, His experiences and knowledge is second to none. The centre is really nice and tidy with half of the driving range bays including the lesson bay fitted with Toptracer technology. They have a good shop in American Golf and the Cafe is really nice too! Before the lessons I was just about doing all the basics wrong but In the space of 5-6 lessons I have had with Paul he has transformed my swing and ball hitting no end. The technology he has also is a massive help, it has enabled me to see my swing slowed down and correct the wrongs. Very nice guy too, on my first lesson with him he advised my putter shaft was bent (without me even knowing), we swapped putters for one that was given to him. Also after about 3 or 4 lessons we swapped my mix match set of irons for a set of Cobra irons that were donated to him. Highly Recommend LGC and Paul Logan for coaching!!!!!

Just had a family do at the function suite The golf club’s functions facility is excellent. The staff were always courteous and helpful providing suggestions regarding seating and catering which we gratefully received. They carefully ensured guests with special dietary requirements were provided for and the whole buffet lunch was enjoyed by everyone. The outside area is secure which was an added bonus as our party contained small children.

It's been over a decade since I played golf so my wife booked a family introductory lesson with Andy who was great. The facilities are perfect for casual players and enthusiasts alike. The driving range is well laid out with good visibility and clear markers. Most importantly, the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming to newcomers.

Fantastic facilities, you have Top Tracer Bay on one side which you need to book then normal driving range bays on the other. They have a immaculate short game practice area and putting green at the front. The putting green is always in great condition. I have had lessons with PGA professional Paul Logan and he has helped reduce my Handicap down from 14 to 10 (World handicap system 8.9.)

Just completed a course of beginners golf lessons and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to try golf or improve their game. Paul and Steve are really friendly, highly knowledgeable and really boosted my confidence. Being a total novice they gave me everything I needed to get going including loan of clubs to practice with. My son (age 4) also goes to group lessons and really enjoys it, especially the interactive games on Toptracer.

Lincoln Golf Centre's new coaching course for beginners to date has been really informative (only 2 weeks in out of 6) with Paul and Steve guiding us through the basics to build a good foundation for us all to enjoy the game of golf. Nice friendly, relaxed and welcoming environment which I would recommend to anyone thinking about taking up the game. Remember however, it is only through regular practice that you will start to see the improvements your after. Give it a go and enjoy :-)

Brilliant place to go to learn, play and practice. Really friendly instructors and staff, with a great little cafe on site. There’s a large practice putting green and 2 practice chipping areas. Really looking forward to Top Tracer getting installed in the next couple of weeks.

Can’t recommend the Lincoln Golf Centre enough. Cracking driving range, nice course, great facilities for instruction. The staff are all friendly and happy to help anyway they can. You can tell they have a passion for golf and want to share that with others. As an instructor Paul is one of the best I’ve had in a few different sports. He explains everything in a way that makes sense and is extremely patient while I take half a dozen strokes to do anything resembling what he wants from me. Seriously though, visit and join up, you won’t be disappointed.

Really nice location with a driving range, a golf shop and cafe to get your round started. Only half of the bays have top tracer on it, but be sure to book it before you get there.

If you are hitting golf balls and are unhappy with the results, the best way to fix the problem, is go and visit a PGA pro. I had an annoying slice with the driver. Although I knew what I was coming over the top, I didn’t know what the root cause was. Paul did a video analysis and he very quickly identified what the causes were and the feedback given developed a road map to fix those problems. There’s no point in hitting ball after ball trying to correct a swing deficiency and getting frustrated. If you’re at the range and it’s just not working for you, please speak to Paul Logan and the team at Lincoln Golf Centre. 👍🏌️‍♂️

Cheap n cheerful golf here. Good facilities and friendly staff. Only downside is on the 8th, there's an old green to the left off the fairway that on my first go round, confused me somewhat. If that could be better marked off, it may not confuse newcomers

Always a pleasure to visit and the American golf store is always well stocked with plenty of new and used clubs which is a bonus as not everyone wants a to buy new. Staff extremely helpful and will not try and sell you anything you don't need or want, they are there to help you improve your game. Have lessons with Paul and he is a top bloke with plenty of training aids to improve golfers of any level. Had lessons before with other pros and came away with more questions than answers but Paul really knows his stuff and doesnt over complicate things. All in all a really friendly place to go.

I highly recommend Lincoln Golf Centre, I've just completed my first lesson with Paul after months of playing here, if you're of the anxious type like myself he is excellent and patient. He's taught me things that you just don't receive from a YouTube video. The staff are excellent, my father was browsing the store and a store manager came along and provided him with some tips and knowledge that's transformed his putting ability. The course itself is excellent, if you're a beginner it's the perfect place to start and if you're a veteran it's also fantastic.

I have been having lessons here with Paul Logan for over 3 years - I had never hit a golf ball before after nearly 30 years of playing cricket. The lessons are very relaxed and really enjoyable. The feedback from the video footage combined with the data from the GC2 launch monitor allows Paul to show you how to improve and you can see the results instantly. For anyone wanting to get into or back into golf, then look no further than Lincoln Golf Center. Not only are the facilities excellent, the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I've had lessons with Paul for the past 6 weeks after wanting a new hobby to get into. Paul is very patient and certainly knows his stuff which makes the lessons relaxed and enjoyable. He can tell you where you're going wrong and how to improve unlike the YouTube videos which tend to contradict each other. The information and feedback from the GC2 launch monitor provides Paul with the data to show you how to improve with almost instant results. My son had never played golf before but after hitting over 90 balls on the range he's getting into it and has now expressed an interest in lessons which will be well worth the money. So, if your looking at a new hobby or looking to improve your game I would not hesitate in recommending Paul Logan and Lincoln Golf Centre enough.

Everything the golfer needs: golf course, good range with a good turnover of Srixon balls which are almost always in good condition and a fantastic cafe. I have lessons with Paul Logan and he is improving my game dramatically. Paul is a very likeable character who is passionate about the game and coaches in a relaxed and easy to understand manner without overloading me with too much technical detail (although it’s there if you like that sort of stuff). Last but not least, there is an American Golf shop on site loaded with everything you could need - I had my clubs fitted there by the very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Go check it out, you won’t be disappointed!

Lovely well organised Golf Course and driving range, both reasonable priced. The 9 hole course is always well maintained and the small greens make it a tricky test for players of all abilities. The driving range has plenty of bays and i have never had to wait for one to become available. I come here all year round for my practice.

I have really benefitted from and enjoyed the lessons here. I have participated in group lessons with Andy and am also having individual lessons wtih Paul. Both are excellent coaches. The group sessions are not only a great all round introduction to the game, but I have always come away an improved player, with specific tips. Likewise with each of the individual lessons Paul's also instlled the ability to do something I couldn't before every time which is great. Driving range is excellent as well, can always get a bay and basket of balls for a practice.

Having moved to Lincoln a few years ago I was looking for a good place to practice and play. Lincoln Golf Centre ticked all the boxes. Great range facilities and 9 hole course plus the American Golf store, you will find everything you need to develop your game. I began having lessons with the PGA Professional Paul Logan and over a couple of years we have made massive improvements to my game and now with the additional technology of the Skytrak launch monitor this can only help me develop further. Finally the staff and technology at the American Golf store are excellent. I have recently had a fitting with Alex and through his knowledge and use of tech we found the exact specification shaft and best club head that was best for me!

Played the 9 holes over the weekend and surprised how good the conditions were considering other courses in Lincoln which charge more money to play have been closed. A couple of holes not available to play but the other holes make up for that. Staff always kind and friendly and always the range for a knock if you want more golf

SEE EDIT AT BOTTOM!! Really bad at the moment. Most of the time the fairways are average, greens are not brilliant kept, however at the moment it's a bit of a mess. 4 out of the 5 holes closed (still charge full price) and they dont seem to manage how many people they let on there. Played 25 mins of golf last weekend but was on the course for almost 90 minutes. EDIT: I went there the other week and I can confirm they have made massive differences. A completely different course and really nicely kept!! Changed from 1 to three stars as I still think you charge a lot for just 9 holes. I know you dont charge much extra for 18 hole, but that is just the same 9 holes again from a slightly different (sometimes not even different) teeing position.

Good driving range and 18 holes if you are looking to start out in golf, holes range from 130 yds to around 350 yds I think. Plus, it has a good kittle cafe and American Golf store to splurge a load of money.
