Reviews of Puttshack, White City
P. S.
It was incredibly busy even at 4:10 pm on a Sunday; however, we all had a great time. The 3 different courses were great. The drinks were good too but I’m not a huge fan of the food options. Nevertheless, it is a fun way to spend an evening. I would recommend that to a group of friends.
V. P.
Amazing place, had my first date here and had a great time. Love that you don't have to tally up scores. The system is automated. I also didn't realise there were different courses. Very efficient at the bar too. Parking is best by John Lewis. Definitely recommend!
A. Z.
Such an awesome place! Had so much fun. Definitely takes a fresh approach to mini golf. Love the different themes for every hole you play. Only thing is Staff could help more with the flow of the games, as larger groups can cause quite a delay when waiting for the next hole. Its a super fun way to spend your evening with either your friends or family. Great place for a date as well!

Loved this! Was very crowded (popular) but so much fun - love the feature where you can get bonus points for hitting the "supertube" or minus points for hitting hazards.
No manually keeping track of your score or your ball (its registered to you and the tech automatically knows who's ball it is) and no carrying around mini pencils and paper - it's all done via the tech!
The holes are good fun, some even give you the chance to win a free drink or other prize!
There's a bar in the middle of the venue, and you can also order food from the kitchen.
All around good time, highly recommend!

How fun is this place! Ventured here for a friend’s birthday and it was a riot. We arrived about an hour before our scheduled game so we could order some drinks and appetisers before. I enjoyed the Dear Daiquiri, although it’s very much on the seer side. I also ate the Rosemary fries and they are everything you want and more - crisp to perfection and the perfect amount of seasoning. The mini golf games itself was a blast and easy to follow. 9 holes was the perfect amount. Would recommend spending a rainy or chilly night here in London.

Fun crazy golf course. It could be a bit longer and another I've been to had more interesting decorations. But it's great that it keeps score for you and you can gain various points if you manage to hit certain targets. Drinks were good and the food is great.

First time at puttshack was not sure what to expect but had a great time lots of fun and staff were vert helpful. Great fun for all ages. Can't wait to go back
J. C.
Really loved it here! I’d recommend having two games because it goes quite quickly, but the obstacles are fun and it’s so nice not needing to have to count scores up! Food and drinks were fairly pricey, but it was nice having drinks bought to you on the golf course! Free cloakroom was a great perk, and the loos were nice and clean.

Went here last minute with a Friend on Halloween Eve. Had a great time. We was looked after by one of the nicest bar staff EVER. Her name was El. She gave a great bar experience and recommend us some amazing drinks. Which made our night.I would highly recommend going here
B. M.
My partner and I went on NYE for an impromptu game and had such a great time.
There is a full bar and delicious menu of cocktails. It was quick and easy to get drinks and the bar staff were in a party mood which really boosted our evening.
You can order drinks on the courses too. So don't always have to interrupt your game.
We got to play 2 of the 3 courses and there was a DJ playing so was a good atmosphere. Felt like the venue was for millennials based on the music! Good choices.
Had a really great time and have been a couple of times before so can recommend for birthdays, dates etc. Always fun and near lots of restaurants if you want to eat elsewhere (they do have food too, but haven't tried it).
C. N.
Had a fantastic time. Wish we'd booked 2 games though as it goes pretty quick. Very fun though and easy to keep score (it's all done for you!)
For now, due to Covid, there is table service in the bar which is quick and staff are very friendly, whether bar staff or helping with the golf side of things. Would definitely come back and definitely recommend
E. A.
So much fun.
Was a bit slow due to other players but so much fun just watching the others and we ended up doing another round !
4 courses to potentially complete each one is fun and challenging
S. H.
I was apprehensive about this place initially, as all the mini golf places I'd been to previously were outdoors. However, it was good fun and combined interactive elements like a quiz and chances to win extra games.
There's a large area for drinking and food so you could make a whole afternoon/evening of your visit here.
I'd happily go back for some more putting ⛳

We had a great time here for my friends birthday! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. The food and drinks were very well priced and exceptionally good. Will be back!

Super fun, interactive mini golf. All scoring is electronic and automatic so no need to carry card/pencil. You can order drinks while on the course, full bar range and the food is decent. Recommend for dates and socialising with friends or colleagues.

Have been here previously a few years ago and enjoyed it, however last night it really wasn't as enjoyable, hence the three star average. We had registered in advance to minimise time hassle, however still waited at least twenty minutes in line to begin our game (you could tell this was a common experience as ourselves and the groups around us in the queue could all see our names with 'FINAL CALL' written next to them, which was fairly anxiety inducing). My partner was meanwhile waiting for fifteen minutes at the bar for just a cider and a lager.
Once we actually got given our club and ball, and made it onto the 'green', it became apparent why we had been waiting so long. Way too many people had been allowed to book on at once, with ten to fifteen minute gaps between each hole whilst waiting for the several groups in front to finish their putting. A short wait is to be expected, but there were *so* many of us on there, the waiting was a bore, and it didn't feel super covid-safe with us all cramped together.
Additionally, after the second hole, the system began to skip me and my boyfriend, with our names no longer appearing after the couple in front of us. We hadn't dawdled, it literally just skipped right past us. We were advised by a worker to just put our balls down regardless of what the name on screen said, however then the same started happening to the people around us, causing great confusion. Seemingly, there was something wrong with the system as a whole, because by the end of the game it became apparent that my score on the second hole had disappeared from the total (just appearing blank), and mid-way through, a fellow player's ball didn't come back after going into a hazard hole, meaning she was then advised to simply wait for it to reappear? Maybe I'm being too much of a downer but when you're paying for a fun experience you want it to be fun, not filled with issues that take you away from the experience.
In short: Staff were pleasant and polite throughout the night but didn't really seem to know how to fix problems, too many people had been allowed in at once, and the system itself needed some troubleshooting. That being said, I know from a previous visit that on less busy nights, this can be really great fun! The aesthetic is cute and it's great vibes for a date.
J. M.
Very enjoyable experience. Great for both adults and kids. Easy online booking system allows you to see availability and plan ahead. Food and drink available too. Pleasant service from the staff. Has a cloakroom too so you don't need to carry coats around with you.
A. F.
Puttshack is great, but can become busy quickly with lots of time waiting for certain holes. This can be made worse when groups start skipping holes and doing them in a different order, causing the system to crash and more time to wait. Think it could be spaced out better so this doesn’t happen, but it’s good fun. Two games is enough for me, and you get to play on different courses so they’re not all exactly the same. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone highly concerned about proximity to people indoors during covid, barely anyone wears masks and there can be a lot of people in there—often close by as there’s limited space on each course—as well as a lot of people in the bar and dining area.
O. O.
Me and my partner went here on two occasions. It’s modern looking, they take in your bags and coats (for free) give you a ticket so you can get them back at the end, which saves you holding it all the way around the golf courses.
There are a few different courses with similar games.
We love it here, however, I would recommend eating/ drinking elsewhere as the prices are quite steep.
S. W.
Been here before and both times now have received a free game on the house. We only booked one game due to watching money so to get a second free was a nice gesture. Staff friendly and a different way of playing mini golf with the scoring system. Spaced out well and a good laugh
D. C.
Really enjoyed this course. I love that it is modern and it keeps track of your scores and puts. This was so much fun, no fear of cheating LOL. It was a wonderful time and not overly busy during the week. I would definitely recommend
C. J.
During a visit to London we decided upon a spontaneous visit to this crazy golf venue after being recommended by friends. Only reason it wasn't a 5 star is because the staff didn't explain upon arrival about any rules or that you only get to play on one course if you have one game or 2 courses if you have 2 games (there are 4 courses.) for the price we actually paid we thought we would have access to more than one course but payment was taken, we were told to take our belongings to the cloakroom and then to make our way around to the course on the far side of the venue.
The whole trackerball concept is great, knowing that you don't have to keep track of scores on paper and have the added trouble of keeping track of scores, however when checking into our course the kiosk was having an issue dispensing balls. This took a while to sort but we were happy to wait. Upon completing the ruby course we decided to stay for a drink and a portion of chips each which were nice.
Highly recommend however if you are a couple or even a group of adults wanting to play crazy golf and have a laugh, I would recommend coming here in the evening time.

Was visiting London for the weekend and looking for something fun to do. We turned up around lunchtime and it was quite quiet. We had lunch and the food was lovely. We then ended up having 3 games of crazy golf. One of the best crazy golf experiences I've had.
Excluding a bit of a wait to be served food the staff were all great.
E. C.
This place is soo good! Firstly we booked our tickets for the bank venue but the cab took us to this location without us knowing.. we ask the woman for help and she explains we’re in the wrong place, she then books us more tickets and refunds the tickets from bank for us. She was very helpful. We then get food and drink served by Ashley who is a great guy! He had a long conversation with us and was very friendly worj great customer service. The golf was so fun and you can tell they put a lot of care and detail into their venue. Definitely coming back next week!
A. A.
Best place to have fun, food and drinks with your group of friends. Laugh, joy and mini golf competition, amazing evening.
F. W.
Super fun place to visit with friends or family, great course and thoughtful digital setup, taking care of counting strokes and points. Only caveat, it only takes you 20-30 minutes to complete (2 persons).
N.
Affordable activity to do with friends. It is quite busy but staff keep everything in order and keep atmosphere fun and light.
S. J. B.
This was an amazing time! One game is 30 mins long and it’s well worth it. You can play with a couple of friends and it’s great. It’s not too pricey either and everything is so tech automated. I’d revisit this place!
K.
Excellent location but the price for 8/9 holes at £12 seemed a bit pricey. Staff were amazing and there always seems to be someone on hand to order a drink from or generally look after you. The holes were fun and the electronic golf ball makes the game easier to play. Drink prices were good but food options were lacking. Would 100% come back just for the atmosphere and service
A. C.
Had an amazing night with my friends. The staff are very friendly and ensured smooth running even though it was very packed. Thoroughly enjoyed and had a lot of fun!
A. S.
Amazing place. Thanks to Alexandra, Amey, Subi, and the English guy with beard. They ve been amazing and me and my friends have a stunning night. We ll see you soon!!!
A. P.
A superb place if you are looking spend some fun times with your loved ones by playing golf. Check out their website to book a slot online as it's full most of the times
D. K.
Great venue. Multiple courses however these are preassigned when booking. Great food and drink options. Fantastic use of technology. No paper and pencil required. Your shots and score are recorded through your putting ball
A. C.
Good setup, but gets very crowded and they didn't seem to have enough staff at the time. The staff were helpful.
Would recommend but be prepared to wait.
T. B.
An amazing, fun session of Crazy Golf. A very high tech place that counts your puts so no scorecards required.
All the holes have a unique challenge and hazards to avoid.
100% will be back next time we are in London. ⛳🥳
P. S.
This review is for the the space and most lolely the most hi-tech minigolf place I've experienced (aside from my VR headset). I was here on a monday afternoon to socialise with a new employer and have not tested or able to comment on food, drinks and service. But seems a good fun place for a small group of people to spend a fun evening.
Notes: I love some of the decorative touches atoung the bar. I wasn't big fun of the friction between some of the carpet areas of the puts and the rubber clubs.
K. A.
So much fun, great drinks and the staff are super friendly and nice. Definitely worth it when in a group of friends and you all want a laugh whilst giving yourself a fun challenge at the same time.
S.
This place was amazing, the cocktails were really good! Definitely a good idea
M. L.
Great staff, well managed, wait isn't too long and the games and courses are fun! Would def come again and try a different course.
E.
Love love love this place! Fun, Food & Friends! The food was so tasty, the drinks were made perfectly and the service was second to non. The mini golf experience was so funny and so much fun we had the time of our lives. The music set such a vibrant atmosphere and kept everyone in fun and playful mood. The prices were also very reasonable and not too expensive. Overall, such a great experience. It will be our new go-to place. Highly recommended, fantastic concept.
P. L. (.
It is a really fun place and the staff are friendly. The mini golf was very different and interesting.
But negatives are that the music was way too loud making it almost impossible to have a conversation indoors.
Also you need to show some identification at the door, perhaps because they serve alcohol at Puttshack too?
m. 1.
Drinks were on the slightly more expensive side but from how busy it was in there the service for them was still very quick!! The golf was great to and really finished off our day in London well!
J. V.
Such a wicked atmosphere. This was our first time going crazy golf and it was a brilliant experience. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Even if we didn't play golf it's a great place to just have a drink. Cocktails are really good and there was a DJ who was awesome!
م. ا. ع.
I absolutely adore this place! The goal corse is exceptional, with many great, and detailed decor designs, in the extraordinary goal corse. I normally go here because of parties, and I extremely enjoy my time there. I would (💯) definitely go here because I always have fun here! Would definitely come here more often!
J. R.
We had a great time! Staff is fast and friendly and the game was fun. :)
A. S.
It is great place to hang out with friends and family members along with play mini golf. They have created multiple mini golf courts and it is totally fun. I have been there multiple times to play with friends and Everytime enjoyed. The service is amazing 😍. Once I won free game too 😁. It's recommend to book your slot earlier.
N. M.
Really fun and exciting mini golf with a twist! There are four courses I believe, each of which are 9 holes. It is all set up electronically so it will score you as you go round and you have oppertunity to earn extra points for the round.
I think it would be a really good fun family activity, as a group of friends or as a couple. We didn't wait to have our go and really did enjoy the game.
It went quite quickly as well for us as we were only a pair, and there was no one in front so it only took around 30 mins for the Amber course. I think they usually recommend around an hour for a family to get around.
Staff are helpful and friendly, and overall would recommend to others.
S. C.
Went for the first time today after seeing on King Gary on TV. Absolutely loved it! Great fun, liked the interactive and automated elements of it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Even the food was great and came out quickly. Highly recommended. We will be back!
J.
Overrated.
Good staff.
I was really looking forward to this since so many people say they had a good time here, however:
The course isn't that fun, and I found this experience more of a place to spend time rather than enjoy it.
It's a shame that only one ball is allowed on a green at a time, since this makes the game less fun.
Hitting your ball into other people's is part of the fun, and having only one ball in play at a time stops this.
Prices are quite high (I paid £37.50 for 1 game for 3 people).
The course is quite small. It took half an hour, with around half of that time spent waiting for the group infront to finish.
Electronic ball hitting recognition isn't always accurate. In our round, a ball hit was not registered 3 times.
Needs slightly better maintenance, because seams on the green sometimes caused the ball to travel in different directions.
Z. S.
Really fun atmosphere, since it is very close to the shopping centre it's alot more busy which makes for a fun experience. There may be times where you may have to wait until the time your game starts but also if the course you booked for is not busy they will let you start your game early which is really good. The food is nice too. A good activity to do if there is a small group of you aswell. Would recommend
J. T.
First of all I booked online which was I credibly easy and even though it was a weekday at around 18:00 I managed to get 2 rounds of 9 holes for £12.50 per person which is more than worth it.
I had some food while I was here and the burger was lovely, although it did take some time to come.
The actual golf is amazing, the balls are electronically linked to you. So even though we played in a round of 7 there was never any confusion and not need to keep count as you're going around. Also the holes are interesting and always have a 'hole in one' option.
Would recommend.
E. H.
The 4* rating might be unfair because it is EXACTLY how it is advertised, staff are VERY friendly and helpful, the game is OK and inventive (I'm more used to the seaside crazy golf 😀) , technology is amazing.
It's just it's not really my scene. It's very loud (yes, I'm old), and dark and flashing lights, and it's fast and... well, I'm not sure what people look for in crazy golf, really, but this wasn't what I look for.
I quite like that we are all useless and slow and have a laugh - this was NOT for people like us. This is like a bowling session: with scores and lists, and winners, and these kind of things. If you take your time, the screen nudges you to get on with it. Admittedly, the booking form DOES say that one game is about half an hour- that is true. That was half an hour for 5 people (9 holes).
Drinks are pricey but then we didn't go there for the drinks.
D. T.
We had an amazing time here playing indoor golf. Great atmosphere and exciting designs of holes. Reasonably priced. We even won a free pizza from one hole. Amazing food and cocktail too. The only downside was that there were no clear signs, indications or briefing set up for how the whole thing was run, and as a group of first time visitors, we have found it extremely confusing at first and did not get to enjoy the beginning of the game as we were confused and worried.
A. T.
Love it here each time! Affordable day/night out
You pay for each game per person, each game takes roughly 40min but you can play more courses of course
You can take your drinks around the place with you as you play. Overall the place is fresh, new, colourful and the vibe is fun! Been here a few times; with my partner or with friends. No matter what group size, it's always a good time here and food is also good, would definitely recommend coming here!
S. P.
Absolutely awesome 😄 had a great experience, friendly staff, games that are wellworth and reasonable price.
L. F.
Puttshack was nice and clean, the pineapple cooler was a good drink choice for me, sweet, fruity, however it was mostly filled with ice, almost 75% ice and 25% the actual cocktail. Staff were friendly, and even though it was busy and my group of 8 had to wait for 2 holes as other groups took their turn I enjoyed the ease of playing because the technology did all the hard work. Overall Fun and interactive mini golf game, I will be visiting again, might try the food next time.
J. J. P.
Good food, good layout, good cocktails & great service - we’ll be back!
M. Z.
The perfect evening with friends. Drink some beer, eat nice food and play mini golf. It was a really cool evening and a lot of fun.
It was a new experience to play indoor minigolf. The bar is really modern and the cocktails are delicious. The staff was really friendly.
L. P.
Puttshack was a good laugh throughout the whole experience. Mini golf courses were fun, colourful and interesting. Very clever and easy not having to track score, and bonus points definitely shook the game up! Staff were nice and the venue was very well presented. Definitely a good time!
j. w.
Was a lot of fun, however, at 13.50 for a game it's slighlty steep. However, I would say that despite this I probably would go again and the chance of winning something on the bonus hole is quite high. You don't really have to wait long to play a hole due to the time limit and the hands free scoring makes it all hassle free.
A. C.
Really fun venue. Loved the crazy golf games and would definitely come again. They have a brilliant drinks selection, including non-alcoholic cocktails. The food was okay - not spectacular but acceptable bar-type fayre.
K. S.
Friendly staff (except for the blond-angry bartender, who decided to tell-off a bar lady for taking drinks to a table, in front of bunch of customers). Drinks were great. Food was okay. Golf was amazing. Confused me a little is to why, it was £25 per game for 2pax online and £27 per game for 2 pax at the branch?! Overall good experience.
T.
Really great venue. Would recommend at least 2 games if it’s a smaller group as they go quickly. Emerald is the best course IMO
F. O. u.
Had a great experience at Puttshack, food was tasty, cocktails were generous with alcohol staff friendly.
Venu had a retro modern feel, great view.
The mini golf was fun as a group of 4 we ran in to a difficulties with the ball connectivity with the game.
But overall I say this is a great spot for families, birthdays and double dates.
Well done Puttshack 👏🏾✨
M. W.
Loved it, atmosphere was wicked they also had a live Dj playing too. Definitely would recommend as a activity to do as a1st date even for the 2nd and 3rd, as it requires you to get involved and have a laugh, you can also interact with the people playing behind and infront of you. They have a nice list of drinks and food with affordable price. If you haven't been then where have you been.
R. P.
Booked in for the buy one get one free game on Sunday for my husband's birthday, the staff were fantastic thank you! they gave him a free brownie with ice cream, he won a free pizza and free beer .. the technology is brilliant no need for pencils and paper and 12.50 per game is worth it esp with one free after .. deffo recommend lots of fun... +5 stars
C. J.
nice little place with a decent crazy golf ⛳ no need to keep track of the scores as it's done for you top idea
R. L.
It was so much fun. The nice thing was you could order drinks to the hole you were playing at
S. C.
Fab place. Love how they record the score so you do not need to write anything down. The system works out how many shots you have taken and if you received any bonus points.
They have got kiosks where you can book your session. I believe they have got 4 courses (9 holes). The one we used was Ruby. Staff were friendly and you can order drinks while you play. I would highly recommend checking this place out! Only downside was that the course was very short hence why it's got 4 stars. Didn't feel I got money's worth. After 5pm it is £12.50 each. Before 5pm it is £7.50
J. R.
My daughter's and Son in law treated us to a family session here yesterday. What an excellent experience ! So well set up, great fun, great surroundings and the staff were all really professional and friendly. Drinjsy prices very reasonable too. 👍🏼
S. F.
Great place to go for a date or night out with friends. The staff are all very helpful and it’s a novel experience, even for miniature golf enthusiasts. We had a lot of fun!
M. T.
If you like mini golf then you will love this place. It keeps track of the scores for you and we won a free game!
We then decided to eat too and were blown away by the quality.
J. S.
Extremely fun place to come to with friends/work colleagues/date night whatever the occasion really. Lots of different colour co-ordinated courses.Food and drink is available (including cocktails) which you can enjoy whilst playing. Only negative which is very small is sometimes the golf ball isn’t recognised when you place it down to play which is very minor as you can call a member of staff to fix but other than that great fun and I will be going back. Also have other locations in Lakeside and Central London.
A. L.
Brilliant fun! I didn't expect to enjoy as much as I did. Very well organised. Your ball has a chip with your name, track how many times and how hard you hit it and showing your score immediately. There is even chance to win a real prize like extra game, pizza, drink, points etc. Food and drink available on site.
K. S.
Saw the video on facebook 1 day and went there the next day. Awesome place lots of fun. Bit pricey for £12.50 for 1 game (9 holes) but its really fun with cool incentives on 1 of the holes to get a free drink/free pizza/extra points if you get a hole in one. There are 3 sets of 9 holes (red, blue and green sections) and each has about 1 or 2 different courses but all others are the same. Great bouncer too.
L.
The 2 of us came here on a Saturday lunch time. We didnt try the bar/restaurant so I cant comment on the food & drink.
The place is really spacious, one big room with the bar sort of in the middle. Really nice decor will a chilled atmosphere.
Once you 'check-in' at the machines at the entrance, you wait until your name appears on the digital board above the bar, then you go to the designated golfing area when you're called.
Unluckily, we were behind a party of x25 seven year olds. I thought it was going to be a nightmare of waiting around but it wasnt at all. The Puttshack staff were supervising all the kids so well whilst the mums just stood around boozing. One particular guy was putting so much effort, I thought he was one of the dads or was from the school or something, but he worked at Puttshack. We were very impressed and got to play a really fun game.
The whole game is digitalized so you register your name and a machine spits out a ball assigned to you. You use that ball throughout the game and when you put it on the T-off point, the floor lights up green to tell you to take the shot. The system records all your moves so you cant cheat and dont need to keep score. The screens above you tell you everything.
Its £12.50 pp at peak times and the game lasts about 30-40 mins.
Definitely coming here again.
H. x.
We had an amazing time with out work do, soecial thanks to Ash from White City who made out entire night. He was extremely attentive and we never went without a drink. Ash was amazing !!
D. R.
The lack of accessibility of the venue surprised me somewhat - no clear indication where the lift is, and unnecessary stairs at some courses. I also didn't see any tables that weren't tall ones for heavy bar stools, which is a very simple accomodation.
There's virtually no space to use walking aids or wheelchairs, with no clear routes to navigate the space. There is a disabled toilet.
There's also no information on the website about accessibility. It's 2021 and this venue is in serious need of a a proper review of its accessibility, and investment to make it truly inclusive.
Able bodied people seem to have a good time. Prices are reasonable and staff are nice. The atmosphere is quite chaotic - but the booking process is very organised and we were patiently guided by staff.
I really wouldn't recommend to anyone with sensory processing issues, as overload is imminent when you walk through the door - loud music, crowded space, glaring screens etc. It would be nice if they had an Autism Hour on some day in the week, because the golfing itself is really fun.
COVID-wise nobody was wearing a mask aside from myself and a select few staff members which, considering how extremely packed it was, was a little concerning. All equipment is sanitised though.
C. R.
Booked two rounds but one was probably enough, especially on a weekend when you have to wait for groups ahead of you. They do blue light discount so you get buy one get one free on the game and 20% off food and drinks. Didn’t try the food but drinks were lovely. Toilets were clean. Had a great time.
S. N.
Very well organised..First time experienced we all really enjoyed two games here..social distancing..every thing is wiped down..Very well organised
P. S.
really good fun but not enough bar staff so takes too long to get served... when there are groups of 20 people it can take up one bar staff quite a while to sort out drinks so you end up waiting 30mins sometimes
P. J.
Very clever! Love the smart golf balls that automatically register your shots and keep score. The hazards and bonus points make it very unique
J. H.
Great entertainment for everybody, very handy for drinks to be delivered to the course. Can be very crowded though
A. D.
Excellent experience. Great food. Only issue was how busy the golf was which meant a lot of waiting around but expected for a Friday evening. Would highly recommend.
S. L.
Really liked the putt shack in the end it was a good time. The organization of the actual golfing is high tech using screens but you could be waiting a while before you start to play. The board in the bar area let's you know when it's time to start your game. The ball has an RFID chip because the game knows how many times you've touched the ball on your turn and keeps track of points. Really clever course and done in a bit of a cramped space but it works. Bar is nice and food pretty good as well had the friend chicken burger with courgette chips. Drink prices are London standard but overall seemed a first date place
l. l.
First time going, slightly packed but all the holes had a different theme and I got 3 holes in one 🥳🥳. Also food was delicious and reasonably priced.
J. H.
Really great fun. Didn’t stay for food but the golf was excellent.
G. N.
Good fun, good music and interior design. Free cloakroom is great. Fun hole designs. Drinks delivery to holes is nice.
Surprisingly short course, expected twice as many holes. Probably book two rounds.
Jackfruit potatoes were bland and mushy.
Starting points were chewed up on some holes and the turf was peeling up, interfering with the putts.
There's little wooden blocks behind most starting points infuriatingly preventing any decent backswing - will annoy people who play regular golf.
Ordering on phone has a lot of friction - no signal combined with a tenuous WiFi sign up form.
F.
Great place for a couple of beers with a bit of fun. About half an hour per 9 holes with happy hour mixed in. Various courses with some creative holes. Decent.
A. N.
The food and the drinks have a nice presentation and taste! And the price is fabulous !
I did not know there was a time for kids, so on a Saturday evening was Too busy! I could not see a timetable so I’d go on another time! Must of the staff is nice. Definitely a nice place to go even every week!
a. m.
Awesome place. The staff is super friendly. There are 3 courses, tried 2 of them, awesome. The drinks are very nice as well and the pizza was delicious. It is quite easy to play (not win). I loved it
E. T.
Great place for mini golf in west London - best out of its competitors. Technologically advanced - golf balls are marked individually and electronically. the cameras count the number of shots, no faffing with pen and paper. The 9 hole course is interesting and some are interactive. Off peak games £7.50pp only! A bonus - 50% off food at their kitchen till end of jan! Great value for money.
K. S.
A modern take on crazy golf with use of fancy technology to monitor the amount of putts you take and to keep score.
As each player is only given one minute to complete a hole the game goes rather quickly, too quickly in fact. Coupled with only 9 holes, you go around the course in as little as 15 minutes if there are no large groups in front. 15 minutes of play for £12.50 is pretty poor value for money.
The courses are also not that challenging and a bit boring to be honest. Much prefer Junkyard Golf on Brick Lane.
G. D.
Despite the current situation we had a quality time with my girlfriend there and really enjoyed the game.
Food is good, not excellent (pricy but this is central London).
I recommend for everyone who seek fun time with mates or partner.
S. B.
Went there for a work party. Had a fantastic time. The drinks and food were great! The mini golf was really fun, Highly recommended
H. Y.
Had the most amazing time at Puttshack! Amy and Ewan in particular were so accommodating, always going above and beyond their duties - they provided us with many condiments in these beautiful blue bowls ;)
M. A.
Went for a work social. We had Amy and the team looking after us. They were so attentive! Great evening for everyone!! Such a fun night out
H. S.
Great experience game times abit short but recommend with minimum 4 people
C. M.
Brilliant fun! Slightly discounted after 7pm. Helpful staff, can get very busy at peak times. Great snacks, well stocked bar. If you love mini golf it doesn't get better than this! Four courses of nine holes each, two duplicates. Recommend getting two games as it flies by.
J. M.
Great experience! Lucky it was really quiet and got a free game.
G. “.
Had a ball here..( golf ⛳). Good fun all round. A great way to kill an hour or two. You can also purchase drinks and food just incase your wondering.
T. J.
Very well done mini golf. The tech is pretty flawless and lets you just enjoy playing while adding a fun competitive element. They serve drinks as you play and the price for a pint is cheaper than most London pubs. It's the flight club of golf
H.
A little birdie told me about this place and as indoor mini golf establishments go, it's safe to say Puttshack definitely comes in above par... But seriously, we came here for my sister's birthday and had an absolute blast. The food was great, and they have an enormous selection of rum if that tickles your fancy, but let's face it you're here for the golf and let me tell you it's better than another well known mini golf slash bar place that kinda rhymes with fingers. The courses are tough enough to make it interesting but not too tough that you spend hours going round the holes, as you might find elsewhere.
Wait... was that two excellent puns in the first sentence??
B. R.
Great experience there! Great space, well decorated, good music and the service pretty quick! The toilets very clean. I appreciate that they have hand cream after washing your hands..and smells great!😍
C. L.
A fun indoor activity with 4 courses to minimise waiting though there are only 2 different courses. Some new tech means the golf ball knows who it belongs to and automatically records their score reducing the hassle of noting down everyone's score. There's also a chance to win a free pizza, a free drink or a free game if you get a hole in one on a specific hole!
Gets quite busy so try to book in advance if you can.
H.
Very enjoyable. Great cocktails. Could have been an 18 hole offer.
M. S.
Been here for a office treat and it was an amazing experience. Loved it. Highly recommended for your office parties and group getaways with some good puttshots
D. W.
No negatives whatsoever. The golf tech was, intuitive, the experience seamless, and the venue was clean and had delightful staff. Staff were always on hand if we had any questions, and even came up to us during a game to ask us if we wanted to have drinks on the course!
D. S. F.
I love places like this. If you're looking for fun near Westfield, this is the definitely the place you're looking for
L.
This is by far the best crazy golf around in London and is a fun activity to do as a group or a double date. The tracking balls are so handy, and there are TV’s on each hole to track your course which brings out your competitive side as you can keep track of your scores and there are bonus games. The food and drink choice available are really good too!
C. E.
Great place! Great vibes! Great environment! The whole place is buzzing. Great fun for family and or friends alike. There is a bar, restaurant and mini golf so something for everyone. I had to convince my family to come and pay for all of them and in the end they all agreed it was amazing and that they would visit again together or with their kids. The staff are laid back but also very helpful. There are power banks available for your phone for a small charge, a cloak room that is free for your belongs and the milkshakes OMG they are to die foooooor!!
D. A.
Great place, didn't eat but food looked and smelled great. Golf games are fun, maybe a little pricey but pass the time
X. W.
Amazing fun! The courses are a little short, and while there are four courses, there are only two designs. Nevertheless, this is an outstanding way to spend a night out. The technology driving the game is very clever, taking care of things like scoring and allowing for all sorts of little fun elements like bonus holes, foul areas and a wheel of fortune! It also keeps the groups moving around the courses so there isn't too much of a delay. Well worth it!
S. H.
I went here with the team. All had reservations about crazy golf, but we had a great time. TGI Friday's meets high tech, funky crazy gold with a great bar. Everyone wants to go back for more, as a mix of skill and luck is required.
N. A.
Amazing experience! Loved the theme of their mini golf courses!
Great place for a date too
M. B.
High tech crazy golf, easily the best courses in London -only downside is that it's over too soon! Friendly staff, a great bar - a must visit at the moment
M. R.
Puttshack is my new favourite mini golf course. The staff are friendly and helpful. The courses are great fun the "hole in one" holes are really challenging and make it very interesting. Looking forward to visiting again soon.
N.
Pros- Fun day out with friends, variety of holes and innovative design.
Cons-Busy, Exspensive for what you get, only 9 holes in a game, overpriced food and drink and to busy to book on the door.
I am giving this a 3 star because although I enjoyed there is quite a few short Comings that should be fixed.
J. S.
An absolut amazing way to spend some fun time! The alternative minigolf is located in a huge department store - highly recommended! Hopefully more of these kind will open ...
A. M.
Great staff, great service. Great fun! A great night out! Food selection is good too.
J. D.
Would highly recommend this place for any sort of party best time i have had in a long time will be going back there very soon!
D. S.
Nice place to go out with friends. The only problem is that it is a little overpriced and do expect low-ish quality food and drinks from time to time
T. M.
5 stars - will putt again
Loved how simple it was to play a round - the technology used to track scores is genius.
P. C.
Puttshack was awesome. The experience you have indoor when playing golf, especially here at this place, is completely different if you were playing at top golf for example or at a golf course. The place is lively with a DJ and food and drinks can be brought whilst waiting for your turn to play. Staff are really nice and they are also very efficient and fast when taking food orders and delivering it to you. Drinks at the bar are nice and the variety is amazing. This was my first time and didnt have a bad experience, so I would definitely recommend this place, especially to large groups.
R. M.
Expensive for what it is, but good fun. Quick game for me and my 2 kids, aged 6 and 8. Both enjoyed the game but finished sooo quick. £30 abit on the heavy side, not to mention the Double Jack Daniels and Coke at £19!
H. A.
came here last year and played 2 games. fairly inexpensive compared to other places. drinks at the bar are reasonably priced. happy, buzzing atmosphere and great staff who were very polite and helpful. definitely need to return soon!
A. W.
Didn’t realise there was multiple courses and each one was very different to the others, we only realised this when a member of staff took us away to a shorter queue (which was appreciated) but we then missed out on the course we wanted to do! There are only 9 holes per course, so be sure to book for at least two! You can get drinks served to your hole which is great, not so great when i’d only drank half of mine and they took it away while i was playing. It was a really great place and we did have a lot of fun, just a couple teething things!
A. B.
Great idea for a company to carve out a niche in the market. Only minor downfall is the price. 12.50 for 9 holes or 13.50 in-store. If your only going every now and then its well worth trying though
A. S.
Amazing place to have fun with friends or family even for work dinners to eat and play with the mini golf tournaments trying to win with your friends family or workmates the food is really good tasting basically is fast food burgers, chips, meats, pizza also bar with a extense selection of cocktails and combined with a really good service I went there couple of times and the place looked really clean also the toilets which is inportant
Is located in the mall of Westfield where youbcan have a nice walk shopping in Shepherd's Bush.
U.
Its a very nice indoor activities - I went there with my mates and the first time I went I got annihilated in the games and the second I went I beat them all. Its a mini good but the putting it in kinda one. So you have to angle your shots very carefully or you won't win. It actually really cheap for two people so I will definitely go there again and enjoy my time beating my mates.
G. S.
Had a fantastic evening, a lady called Sara served us throughout, she was funny, friendly and helpful, helped make the experience as memorable as it was!
E.
Great place, reasonably priced and great fun for all people! Chance to win prizes too
A. F.
Fantastic place. Had such a laugh with friends. Make sure you book as it's always busy
B. B.
I don’t normally leave reviews if I’m honest but Puttshack Westfield definitely deserve one. After having the worst morning with my son I rushed into puttshack as we was running late for our chosen time slot where I was greeted by a lovely lady who told me not to worry as they wasn’t busy so it wouldn’t be an issue and took my bags off me to store so i could go and enjoy our game straight away.. by the time we started our second game the course was busy and due to my sons autism he doesn’t do well with busy places or waiting so I asked the girl who was doing the check in if it was possible to move us to another course, the manager came over and assorted us over to a much quieter course where my son felt settled (both made me feel like it wasn’t an issue at all and was happy to help) after our last game the manager came over and asked my son if he had enjoyed himself and even praised him for the points he got.. thank you so much, you turned our day into a great one and I am very grateful for the team being so kind, helpful and accommodating for us. See you again soon
J. g.
Great atmosphere good fun plus you can drink and eat there's even a dj there.good night out.
M. B. D. S.
What a fun place and kids love it. Drinks are cheap and the staff are friendly.
D. G.
What a great golfing experience, a must go experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved it!!!!
J. F.
Really enjoyed this mini golf course, nice bar as well.
M. C.
Good fun and very well organised. Works for children and adults.
L. S.
Love coming to this place, its a lot of fun and it all works smoothly like clockwork. The games are about half an hour each & I usually come during off-peak hours. Staff have always been friendly & steps are in place for covid safety
C. S.
Kids love coming here. Automated scoring and very easy for kids of all ages
P. L.
Had a really good time, very cool place.
J. K.
such fun!
G. H.
Nice environment, friendly helpful staff. Great service and atmosphere. Wish there were more holes to play as it was so fun.....Will definitely be returning soon
H. K.
Had way more fun than expected. The course truly is interactive and it keeps track of your points which is cool. If you are curious you will not be disappointed.
L. V.
Very fun and interesting concepts for the holes. Cheap for the experience. Book at least 2 games.
A. S.
Always a great vibes and fun times. Can't drink during playing cause of covid sadly
L. F.
Amazing experience. Really enjoyed my time here.
Lovely layout and atmosphere
M. R.
Fun, golf.
Really Nice set up. Great experience
m. f.
Absokute rip off I must say. £25 for 2 people and it lasts about 15 minutes, ridiculously short. It is fun yes but for what you pay one would expect it to be longer or at least be allowed to do both courses, would much rather go to the outdoor places as you pay same prices but get a much longer course to enjoy and get your moneys worth
V. P.
Great atmosphere golf was fun. Food was nice also. Can feel quiet busy and hold course is not that long
M. H.
Great spot to go, really good fun. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. It's a really nice place, clean and tidy. The food is really nice and the service is very good. Highly recommended 👍🏿
M. 6.
Quite hot inside as there is no aircon
There are only 9 holes on each course.
System is clever and staff are friendly. Drinks were amazing
H. L.
Nice activity to do. Good food, tad bit pricey though.
R. ..
Had so much fun celebrating my cousin's birthday. Will defo go again soon
M. S.
Absolutely the best miniature golf experience. Fun and interactive, the venue has a great vibe and there's food and drink
K. C.
Really good fun, very clever technology and the courses are brilliant. Food and drink was amazing & reasonably priced too!
G. k. t.
easy to book a game here, it's busy sometimes but we never have to wait for too long. drinks and food is really good too.
C. J.
Best place in Westfield to spend a rainy day. Mini golf looks decent with no difficult holes. In general is a lot of FUN
K. M.
Really fun place. We tried the blue course. It was very modern with the golf-balls being electronic and track score on their own. The drinks were also nice.
R. H.
It was fun and creative though sometimes the music was so loud I couldn't hear my friend very well but all in all it was a good experience
J. C.
Very cool place! Lots of fun but the music is too loud.
A.
Loved it, great place with family or friends. Nice atmosphere to drink or just chat and have fun.
M.
We were kindly offered free drinks for waiting to play one of the courses (roughly 3-5 minutes) it was completely out of their control and was cause by other people and they still very generously offered our whole group of 6 free drinks (Which we would have been fine without)
Anyway, decent place, good staff.
L. I. (. ا.
Fantastic place to chill out and just enjoy the moment you can play Mini Golf have fun nice cocktails and fantastic dinner
S. S.
Was great fun with work team 😊
J. S.
Great mini golf experience, they have taken the concept and made it even better, think top golf crossed with crazy golf.
S. R.
Really fun place. Great spot to take teenage kids to. Electronic scoring system made it even more fun that in other crazy gf places. We had a blast!
A. G.
Fun concept, well executed. Very busy at peak times so book ahead.
R. J.
Malon and the team are very friendly and helpful in customer service.
S. G.
Not as good as I thought, I feel games are rushed not really time to enjoy and really try always someone behind you
J. C.
Amazing place BEST indoor golf set up I've been too.. Sooooo good
T. K.
Lovely time in Pattshack thank you 😊
S.
good fun and atmosphere but very little space to move around and was forced to be cramped together with friends
H. P.
Very good for entertainment, had so much fun
J. M.
Nice food, not the best service cancelling our whole order just due to 1 missing item
T. H.
Took Dad and family here for father's Day and it was great. Two games back to back and food and drink. Welcomed and helped by staff at every point. Highly recommend!
R.
The mini golf was fun and there were many interesting themes. The food was also surprisingly good. However, I did find the drinks in particular to be overpriced (two juices and a coke cost £10) and not exceptionally good. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun day out with friends or a party.
s.
Really fun, the whole family loved it! The games are not that long though so I would recommend booking two!
C. L.
So much fun!!! The staff was great at accommodating our group and moving things around so we could all play together at the same time! We will definitely come again.
Z. L. R.
Really fun experience to enjoy with friends. Time flew and it went too fast with 9 holes. The technology used to tally score was great and make comments was great
A. R.
Great fun. Though as part of a group didnt realise only 9 holes that felt rushed through due to other groups following close behind. Maybe I'll go back mid week.
N. R.
Awesome experience. Such a cool place, especially for millennials and gen z and the food was great and reasonably priced.
J. B.
Nice place and lots of fun. The concept of limited time to complete each hole is both a good and bad thing. Keeps things moving but rushes you at times so you don’t enjoy it as much as you could. Would still go back though
T. k. M.
Mini golf : best
Burgers 😋
Chips 😋
Nachos 😋
Best way to end your day!!😁🔥🔥🔥
M.
This place is amazing..... I love it! If you can imagine top golf meets crazy golf. Amazing fun and you need to try it. Been 10+ times it never disappoints.
Staff are always super friendly and most go above and beyond.
Its always super clean and tidy... bar has a good selection of draught, bottles and soft drinks.
I did win a pizza last time which I cashed in and it was really good, really tasty.
I will however say this.. if you want to be able to hear yourself think, talk to your friend or play each hole in turn without waiting more then 30 seconds avoid this place at that peek time! After 6pm and weekends.!
A. S.
Great concept and good fun for a drink/food and mini-golf. Busy place though.
H. K.
Well-run venue but far too much alcohol publicly served and drunk within centimetres of playing distance.
E. M.
Visited quiet a few mini golf places in London and I must say that’s my favourite one. Really spacious, with many golfing slots and friendly staff. I really liked the fact that the system keep tracks on your points so you avoid the hassle of doing it on your own or not taking it into concern at all. 1 game isn’t enough at that place, next time we’re coming back for more 😄
I. M.
Staff were so friendly and kind and the courses were great fun. :)
S. S.
This place is was amazing. So worth their price. Me and my friends turned up late and missed our turn to play - A member of staff there made sure we still played. I wish I can remember her name. Godbless her for saving the day!
It was also super easy to book via phonecall.
R. G.
Great place, bloody difficult to find. Maybe put on website to park by John Lewis side. Apart from that, a fun evening.
N. A.
Fun place for adults and children alike, great customer service too just wish the course was longer :)
M. S.
Really cool experience - the technology used on the course sets it apart from any other mini golf I've played, and the actual holes themselves were innovative and challenging. Pints for under a fiver and although we didn't have anything, the food looked good as well, would definitely go back
P. L.
Great place for groups, lots of courses to choose from. Very chilled atmosphere. Food isn't too great but very enjoyable activity for groups.
J. E.
So much fun with my colleagues, odd rule that I couldn't wait for them to arrive in the waiting area because I was mid way through a Starbucks coffee, despite no one saying anything when I arrived!
M. K.
Good food however 2 juices and one coke cost us £10. We enjoyed the mini golf a lot and stayed for lunch which cost around £60. We were satisfied about the overall service and will definitely return. Definitely suitable for kids.
N. C.
Amazing place to go and have fun. Very helpful staff too.
t. a.
Great fun with electronic scoring system. Ideal for group of friends or as date night
M.
Bit of a late review, I visited Puttshack before the corona plague, but anyways I digress. It’s an understatement to say this place was well thought of and unique! It has a great user-interface for mini-golf competitions and a nice area to have a cheeky drink after you win or lose. Great ambience, I would definitely recommend for a drink or few.
J. L.
It was great fun to play when you're with friends.
O. M.
The customer service was quite exquisite especially the man that served us 😉 pls hit me up 🤙
m. r.
Great fun. Some of the ordering system is difficult to figure out
k. l.
Had an awesome time the bar staff were amazing, making some tasty cocktails 🍸 😋
N. B.
Staff very friendly. Clean toilets. Quick to serve. Fun mini golf courses
d. P.
1st visit and absolutely loved it. People are so friendly and the manager was fab
V. A. J.
Great place to spend time with friends and family. Great fun!
B. H.
Nice place to spend a few hours, golf, drinks and food. Staff were excellent and helpful
C. W.
Mediocre food. Service was bad. Decent value for money.
c. m.
Third visit third win against mediocre family members. Great fun well socially distanced.
A. M.
Awesome! I recommend going with your friends or even with people you're not so close with yet. With nice drinks and casual atmosphere, you will definitely feel comfortable and the game is very entertaining. The food and drinks there are awesome, big and tasty. Cocktails and beer are lovely. I will probably come back again.
R. C.
This place is great the music was a little loud but everything else is amazing
H. “.
Enjoyed experience friendly staff and food was great however they had tech difficulties so was insanely busy no fault of their own!
M. A.
Amazing fun mini golf, affordable too! Just make sure to avoid the restraunt unless you like burning money
J. N.
Great fun. Digitised golf scoring makes it even cooler.
A. D.
Really enjoyed our time here. Had a great time, the round of golf was really fun and exciting. The different holes and the technology that tracked the scoring were both excellent. We stayed for a bite to eat afterwards and although the food was rather expensive, it was fairly reasonable portion sizes and given that we were all sharing, that worked out nicely.
M. D.
Perfect place for a funny day with your friends. Totally recommend it. Was for the first time for me playing golf and was so much fun. The place was a bit busy but this did not bother us as the wainting time was a good time to have a drink and discuss about life with friends.
Food was good, good variety of drinks as well.
Will go back very soon.
D. F.
Great fun! It was a little overwhelming at first because it was busy and you got little instruction on where to go and what to do, but after that it was genuinely good fun
D. G.
Really enjoyed, it's a completely digital experience (no score cards and pencils) two 9-hole course to choose from. And a bar!
A. I.
Great evening out with friends. Would recommend the off-peak pricing tariff
B. j.
This place is a lot of fun! It changes the experience of mini golf by miles! The atmosphere is incredible and the gameplay is just as great. Very good price on games and is great for groups of 4 - 8 people! Would recommend to anyone who loves mini golf or just loves an evening out in Westfield. Add this to your list because you'll want to come here again and again. Not to forget the staff were more than helpful and was always answering questions. 5 stars to these guys they deserve it!
A.
This is great place to play mini golf, the interactive element is amazing for keeping track of how many shots it’s taken. Also you have the chance to win prizes while playing!
K. S.
We had such a good time here! Great place for a big or small group. Reasonably priced drinks, not sure about the food as we didn't order any but it smelt and looked good. Mini golf was lots of fun and I'll definitely be back! Convenient location too.
S. L.
I didn’t go for the food or drink so my review is purely for the golf. I was impressed that they didn’t use the tech introduced to take away the classic crazy gold experience, it just added in small ways. It was fun, some nice well thought out holes and a challenge. The family had fun and enjoyed ourselves, which is the main thing!
L. A.
Really fun and great to go as a large group or a few friends.
Everything is pretty straight forward and the courses are really fun. You can pick which difficulty you'd like to go for.
Also good for kids too.
M. Z.
Very nice place. Good vibes. Our Waiter Mustafa was very nice and efficient! Will def. be back
S. E.
Great vibe and nice food. But slow service.
V. L.
Great bar, great tech, slightly pricey but worth going
E. C.
This place is a great concept, you don't have to worry about holding onto your pencil and card here, computers have taken over! I loved all the fun bonus points, I couldn't really keep track of the points system but I won somehow anyway so who cares! It was really busy when I went but somehow it didn't feel crowded on the course, which is great as I don't like feeling the pressure of a queue behind me when it's my go! Can't wait to come again when lockdown is over.
M. J. H. (.
Nice venture for lot of fun and some food and drink.
K. T.
I went there on a Saturday and there was this girl who said it was her trial shift and apologised in advance if she didn't know much. she was short, black hair. She introduced herself to us and she was so nice! Even though she didn't know much of the menu but she recommended the burger as she said it looked really good coming out of the kitchen - she wasn't wrong. My meal was immaculate. She was absolutely amazing and so funny. I think her name began with R, Rebecca? But she was so nice! She offered to take photo's of me and my friends as she saw my camera. She said she only wanted to take a picture because she saw a cool camera. She asked me to save the compliments for a review and to put in a good word for her to any managers that went by. I tried to give her tips but she left before I could. I hope to be served by her when I visit again.
Would 100% revisit this place again. Puttshack obviously are hiring people of great standards.
J.
Great afternoon out. Good value for money when off peak. Very much a couples spot to go for drinks first, play a round and then get some food. 4* as the Bartender was somewhat rude after he overcharged us for drinks. The fact all the games are completely digital is really cool and you do get a buzz from the scoring system! Will return :)
3.
The course was good, however I didn't feel like it was good value for money. It was pretty dead on Monday night and we finished the course within 15 minutes. Puttshack should extend their off peak hours to all day Monday-Thursday or at least put a deal on
E. J.
Actually visited whilst filming a scene here and now I can't wait to come back and actually play a real game here and try the food as the menu looked really yummy!
P. Z. Q.
Really fun, innovative and a piece of art for tech-lovers. If you are thinking of going, try to get the off-peak deal (7.50 per person)
R. K.
Fun mini-golf place, with a range of innovative courses that could benefit from being more challenging. Electronically chipped balls allow for an automated scorecard, but otherwise provide little benefit. Food and drink is average and priced high, as would be expected from such an establishment. Overall, fun place to spend an hour or two. Make sure to book ahead to avoid long waits...
j. s.
Very cool place to go with friends, staffs are friendly. Great atmosphere
D. M.
Had an awesome time here, booked online but arrived an hour early when our trains all ran on time, it wasn't long after opening and staff were kind enough to let us play early as it was quiet. We even had time for a second game afterwards! The courses were great fun and the designs were great! The free cloakroom was a great touch too! Can't wait to come back again and to try your other location too!
A. C.
Fun crazy golf for all the family, would definitely visit again
M. T.
A fun time with seamless use of tech. More expensive than I would like, however, as games go very quickly and courses have a couple of similar holes between them rather than being significantly varied throughout.
A. D.
Been here twice as I absolutely enjoyed the first time. Went with my girl friend and its so much fun! The added electronic aspect of mini golf and the amazing aroma of RGB light makes for fantastic atmosphere and quality play! Staff have always been great and polite
E. s.
Adrian gave the best customer service. He was very attentive and helpful throughout our whole experience. My family and I loved his advice and help! We will all definitely be coming back!
K. R.
Went on a Saturday. It was busy. Felt a bit overwhelmed at first as there is a lot to take in. However once settled into the game, all good. Table service too. I'm not sure how courses are allocated. We were on Sapphire. The kids thought the others looked more interesting. Savour your game as there is only 9-holes. Real shame.
K. R.
Lovely experience
G. I.
Actual Rating: 1 Star
"Table service" if you can call it that is absolutely horrendous. Servers are rude, and dismissive. Don't go expecting any decent customer service. The audacity to apply service charge, LOL - opting out was a no brainer.
Oh and on a weekday the kitchen closes at 9pm. Although they won't tell you that until after you've ordered and paid on the "app" 5 minutes after 9pm, but it will be your fault for not knowing that automatically. Food looks dry anyway so go for a meal at one of the better options nearby.
Second time going but definitely will not be recommending or returning.
Hopefully the dummy 5 star rating will save more people the disappointment.
M. J.
This place is great! Really fun innovative twist to crazy golf. Well organised with the current restrictions. Would advise doing more than one course if you have the tiny and money.
P. K.
Great experience here.
Saturday tends to be busy but we got moving to each hole pretty quick.
Not the best mini golf experience as it was louder than usual and too bright but we enjoyed. Staff was pretty helpful as well
S. C.
Love this place. Great food, great bar and mini golf. What more could you need?
K. A.
Really fun and well organised. They have responded really well to the new guidelines. Only thing is that there food is SO BLAND. Ordered a variety of food and everything from the pizza to the burger and nachos didn't have a once of even salt and pepper or any seasoning for that matter - that was a shame
A.
Fun place to go for a game of mini golf but would avoid weekends as it gets extremely busy & noisy !! Had to wait quite awhile between rounds as there was a large group ahead of us who spent most of their game taking selfies rather than getting on with game. If you like crowds and noise go during the weekend but if you just there for a relaxed game try a weekday
C. B.
The game itself was fantastic and lots of fun and we all really enjoyed it but the as an overall experience it was average as it was let down by the staff. As it was our first time we did not know what we were doing and the staff did not give us much help, the drinks service was very poor waiting a very long time for drinks (the staff seemed to be more interested in chatting to each other rather than improving their customers experience) and when it was our time to play, we went across the playing area and had to queue for ages again there was no information from the staff. Finally, as social event we all felt that the music was way to loud as we had to shout at each to be heard, the volume felt more attune to a nightclub. Overall, we enjoyed the experience, would we go again, not sure, maybe.. just hope they improve on the areas mentioned and we would love to.
A. L.
Amazing! So much fun and excellent service. Totally going back
P. F.
Good fun to be had with the family or with friends.
The courses are nice and the electronic system makes it even more fun (counting shots automatically).
4 courses to play/choose from. A bit expensive to be honest.
Staff is helpful/friendly. Did not eat there so can’t comment.
Overall, I’d recommend it.
D. B.
Great place to play golf especially with the 2 for 1 offers during the day. Staff are always really friendly who are always there to help. Also last week was waiting a little while to play the second game at the bar and a member of staff gave us a token each for a free drink at the bar 5 star service.
p. d.
Amazing atmosphere 👏 five stars all day
R. J.
Loads of fun, book two rounds in advance and leave space for a drink between. We regretted just booking one
L. F.
Love the idea behind this mini golf. Good atmosphere. Food is quite nice too. The only complaint I would have is that it doesn’t allow you to pick the course you’d like to play if you book online but it does if you book at the venue itself on the day.
A. T.
Great customer service, good selection of drinks and cool venue. Overall good experience
R. A.
A bit crowded but guaranteed fun.
S. P.
Excellent idea! Great fun and no need to keep a total of your scores manually. Nice clean bright place. Food is yummy too especially when its 50% off in Jan!!! Best to go off peak (£7 ish), peak £12 for i game (only 9 holes)
O. H.
We had a great night here, better than Swingers by some distance. The tech side of it is great, not having to mark your own card etc. Staff were really attentive and drinks came quickly. Pizza was also pretty good! Will be going back.
S. F.
Great vibe, nice atmosphere, good decor, I would highly recommend Puttshack - not just for couples, groups of friends, but also for children, families. My husband and I had a great game with our children. At peak times, prices are slightly expensive, but the game itself is brilliant.
M. S.
Burger is better than Honest / Byron (they will make yours rare which means it’s ground fresh onsite) and drinks are good. Cocktails really enjoyable, I loved my Gold Digger - creme de banane, bergamot, rum ... mmm, and good for the price. Overall experience excellent, a lot of fun. Highly recommend. Great for kids, not too overrun so still an enjoyable adult experience. I was very impressed by a lot of the details, the curved wooden designs of the courses, the automation and sensors that made for a great gameplay, the fact there are little high tables at each hole for you to set your drink down, the impressive central bar, the lighting... Do not expect basic mini golf, this is entirely different and way more fun - powerups, wheel of fortune where you can win free drinks etc. Staff were lovely, attentive, bar service available whilst playing the game - superb. Will be back. Clearly a very well run place and wonderful concept.
P. L.
Amazing food, vegan options available. Great facility for families and cooperate bonding days. A great place to meet for a friendly or competitive round of crazy golf and why not top your visit off with a cheeky cocktail or mocktail. Definitely worth a visit, for one of Nat's cocktails his a man of many talents.
B. A. M.
A lot of fun!! It's very well organized. The staff is ready to help all the time, very smily and friendly. We arrived 10 minutes late... There was any problem! We decided to have lunch there, and the food was super fast and super good! We'll come back for sure!! Enjoyyyyy!!
C. K.
The courses are very professionally finished and everything looks immaculate, so no complaints about the quality and it's a decently designed course, however for me, it's all a little too slick with no soul. It's not what crazy golf is supposed to be and it's all a bit rushed. You have only a minute to complete each hole, and with only nine holes that's is a quick game! The time pressure takes a lot of the fun out of it and you just feel stressed.
Don't go for a good old fashioned game of crazy golf. For a one-off novelty, it's fine.
U. K.
Awesome crazy golf, tasty fresh quality food and drinks. Love the tech RFID golf balls, everything is computer recorded so you don't have to keep score. The cloakroom is a great too. Really loud for an evening event but we all had great fun!
J. H.
This place is a bag of laughs. Been a few times now couple with mates and also an awesome date with the MRS.
Definitely will be heading back there when it re-opens. Good fast food and fast paced funds. Recommend highly.
K. G.
I had an amazing experience here at Puttshack because of a waitress named AMY. She has been a such a helping staff member for me and my family. I am surprised she is not the area manager. THANK YOU AMY. YOU ARE
THE BEST /!!
R. L.
During Covid - we just went for a birthday (not booked as a birthday for 9 year old). Cheaper, we got to play both courses and got individual food (no platters). Amy (who worked in the restaurant) was really nice and helpful and made the meal great for the party. It wasn't very busy (Sunday afternoon). Great birthday visit
Pre Covid - A great hour or two. We booked the two courses. An 8 and 10 year old loved it (surprisingly so did the 2 adults). Colourful and clean. The electronic balls are great and take the castle and cheating out of it (the kids played better as they can't cheat they concentrated more). You just have to check the ball has registered on the hole correctly (we got to the end once and it hadn't and saw this happen to another). Once you start your go you have 1 min 30 to putt it (which was never a problem and kept it moving well.
J. G.
Didn’t know what to expect, have never played mini golf. It was hilarious fun and we met loads of people going around the courses. The pizza was on point, loved the fact the ball kept score for me. Want to bring people back there as I know they’ll love it. Also, aside from the golf, it’s just a pretty cool bar to hang out in...
M. D.
The golfing experience itself is great, as other reviewers will testament, but if you’re planning on eating there I wouldn’t bother.
It took ages to get our food order taken, we asked multiple servers, including at the bar, but they all said they would get someone else to take our order. We waited about 10 minutes until someone finally came up (we had to flag them down) who then took a while to take our order as though it was their first day (no sign that it was). We begrudgingly paid a service charge, because whilst not rude, the service wasn’t attentive or on the ball.
My friends’ nachos were dry, with trace amounts of the advertised toppings (we had to search for the cheese). The rest of the food was alright, pizzas are very thin and not really worth the cost. All in all I would certainly go again for the golf and great choice of drinks, but I’d plan on eating somewhere, anywhere, else.
H. J.
Puttshack is great fun! The golfing is really innovative and the systems make it really fun! A special thanks to Alice for being super sweet and fun. Her energy was so infectious. She really made our experience that much better (also for pretending I won, when I didn’t)! Highly recommended.
r. f.
I was in the area so popped in to have a look around, nice place and people
J. N.
This is what crazy golf should look like!! Nice cocktails to, and they use paper straws.
R. d. L.
Brilliant concept, and great fun, but expensive for a round of crazy golf. Would be better priced if you got to play 18 holes for £12.50... 9 holes are over before you can finish your drink!
L. P.
Great place where u can play minigolf, it's so fun! U can take drinks, cocktails or food there and the staff it's awesome.
My suggestion is to try to go in the off peak hours to avoid make queues.
But still, it's awesome! We will come back for sure!
P. H.
Excellent experience.
My partner and I love crazy golf and she booked this as a surprise birthday present and it definitely didn't disappoint.
The building is decorated in a contemporary style with a large bar area and 4 golf courses, of which two appeared to be duplicates and were closed when we visited.
Pre- Game - On entry you sign in using the automated stations and can drop bags at a cloakroom window. Then you either wait in the bar until your name is called or like we did, went straight the course ball dispenser as we arrived well before our allotted time. As it wasn't too busy she let us start.
Game - Balls are tracked so scoring is automated. System was flawless throughout our game which was unexpected. The course is very well designed with some lovely thoughtout elements. The novelty of a time limit and interactivity, combined with smart lighting elements really is fantastic. We had a lot of fun and would definitely return. The two courses we played we significantly different but had some familiar elements meaning we both performed better on the second course. The biggest bonus is you are not required to complete the holes in order so we jumped around to avoid waiting or pressure.
Service - We were offered drinks as we went around and were able to go and get tap water ourselves too. All the staff were friendly and explained the game well.
Overall we loved it and would definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys crazy golf or has never given it a try. However a brief warning, a standard course will probably feel a bit meh after this...
S. K.
Always a pleasure coming to this place. Been here a few times now and it is always good fun. The service is great and music always nice and loud. The games can go quick so always great to get more than one. The weekends do get busy so best to book prior to arrival or arrive in good time, reserve in the screens upon arrival and then wait at the bar.
S. B.
Great place to play minigolf, the staff was very friendly. There was a coat room near the entrance which was handy, the game lasted around 40 minutes which was adequate. I had a fun time and recommend it for all ages
T. B.
Went for my husband's birthday. It was definitely a fun evening. You are able to drink and eat while you play and can choose from 3 different courses or play all 3.
D. N.
Pretty good, great place for a evening hangout.
J. K.
Great time for people of all ages. 9 holes may seem short but takes plenty of time and the verity of courses if fun. Drinks are reasonable and can be taken around the course. Fun time all around!
d. n.
Well planned, huge space for dining, kiddie & private parties. Very few veggie options to eat but otherwise yummy menu. Love the curly fries! Tried all 4 mini golf ranges👍exciting!!
c. d. c.
Thoroughly enjoyed the mini golf course. Drinks was good but annoyingly the food was lacking in flavour and the chicken wings that we ordered was practically skin and bone. Thankfully the staff are reasonable people and they refunded us for that dish :)
W. M.
Amazing crazy golf venue, an incredible bar as well.
Great for a day out.
L. B.
Crazy golf and Cocktails, what more could you ask for? Food! And they do that too. Puttshack is a lot of fun if you like crazy golf, and quite a lot if you don’t. There are 4 different courses you can play on, 9 holes each. There’s a bar, and a restaurant area. The food is pretty good, and so are the cocktails 👌
H. G.
Great fun at a cheap cost. We had a large group of 17 who all were in the same run and had a right laugh. The beer is decently priced also and a good atmosphere.
J. W.
Really good setup, just a shame it's so quick to get around the 9 holes
K. G.
Love love LOVE this place. Super fun - everything is electronic so you each receive a ball and it will tally your score for you. The holes are really interesting with chances for trick shots so it’s anyone’s game. It gets quite busy on weekends but most weekday evenings are off-peak and quiet. They serve food which is really delicious BUT you can’t take it onto the course with you. I suggest arriving early if you want to eat or leaving time after your game but it’s in Westfield so there are lots of other food outlets if you don’t like the menu. You can take your drink onto the course though, they have wine, beer, cocktails, spirits etc. You can book ahead or they do walk-ins, have never had a problem with just showing up, even with a larger group.
J. K.
It was a fantastic experience. When we go there the customer service was incredible, with the staff close by us. There was a bar where drinks could be served. In addition the also had a place were food was made. Overall it is a great place to go with friends, family or even co-workers.
S. B.
Great facilities and very high tech. Good fun. Covid 19 prevention was very well carried out with all the equipment wiped down before each person and gloves made available.
J. C.
Loved the service and attention given at the restaurante Puttshack. Adrián recommended a delicious cocktail which I enjoyed alot Black magic. Adrián service was 100% he ensured we got our food on time and was very helpful. Thank you Adrián!!!!!
T. H.
We had a team night out here and it was generally good. Course was really fun, and it got very competitive. Only reason why this wasn’t five stars is that we had quite a rude bartender serving our group, was getting frustrated we wanted to order drinks each and made us feel very uncomfortable and inconvenient.
T. L.
Most fun we had playing putt putt in a while. It’s a bit small of an area but the mini games are worth everything. Great visuals on the games themselves and the automatic score system helps prevent my constant urge to fudge the numbers. Really helps my crippling gambling additions
R. K.
Best minigolf place I have ever been to
T. T.
What modern day mini-golf should be; technology-driven, courses with bonus points (great if you're not good like me) and fun alternative routes. Really nice vibe. Expensive drinks mind you.
J. J.
Loved it! Went for my anniversary and had a brilliant time. So fun! I love the fact you can win prizes on one of the courses. The food is amazing as well. The drinks menu is extensive and has non alcoholic drinks aswell. The mocktails are tasty. I will definitely be visiting again!
Z. H.
My friends and I loved this place, the drinks were great, food delicious and the mini golf was so much fun. I didn't realise that I even liked mini golf, the competition helps! The staff were really friendly and overall Vive was pretty cool without being pretentious. Can't wait for the next visit!
R.
We had an event recently and this place brought the fun to the next level. Everyone's competitive spirit were raised but brought unity and enjoyment between rach one's company. The food were varied enough and tasted quite well. The service was good (could be better) but all in all - I recommend this for a team building or a celebrarion event or even just to hang out with mates and families. Either way everyone's definitley going to enjoy
A. W.
Nice place great fie date night, they have a dj too and staff are very helpful
L. A.
I was there Sunday evening for Brunch at Noon. I want to say Stevano and Charlie were amazing!! Credit!!
k.
Fun indoor mini golf. some fun courses where you can win free drinks and food or another game, some question and answer holes also! Great fun with very friendly and helpful staff. One of the balls we were given stopped working a few times but was fixed every time by a helpful member of staff
V. M.
Genuinely the most fun I have had in ages! Food was incredible (and that's coming from a vegan!) and waiter served us delicious cocktails whilst we were playing mini golf. Highly recommend!
R. R.
Good times. Great fun and really good service.
J. A.
The mini golf element of this place is brilliant and we really enjoyed that. What lets it down though is the staff. Bar staff were very slow and uncoordinated, we then ordered 2 pints during our game (5th hole) and the girl disappeared for so long that we were finished the game by time she got back. We then drank our drinks by the bar and then had to queue for 15 mins to get our coats because one of the girls serving thought it would be a good idea to do admin instead of helping her colleague find items for people waiting. This seems to be a reoccurring theme in a lot of venues these days. Dissappointing
N. D.
A great experience. 4 different 9 hole courses. We elected the drinks package which gives you 2 x house spirits with mixer or 2 x bottled beers or 2 x glasses of red or white wine with your game for £20. More suitable for adults in the evening but great for kids bdays in the day.
T. T.
Loads of fun. Really cool computerised course. Over too quickly!
D. M. (.
Innovative form of crazy golf, they use sensors detect the movement of your ball and thus how many hits (stopping the cheaters, you would think anyway). One of my friends found a loop hole haha.
Rather than your number of putts being your score they include other factors to make for a more fun point system such as: The time it takes you to putt, bonus points and negative points. Makes for a more refreshing style of crazy golf.
Decent for a date, even better for meeting up with friends. I can't speak on the food however as i have not tried it
I have been here and junkyard golf and I think this wins because of its amazing rum collection as well as fancy tech.
W. J.
Not bad concept. Electronic golf where you can have a drink in doors. Good putting areas. Might be for kids but if you get the all round circuit with losers penalties adult can enjoy this with ease. Needs better directions to the place!!
I. A.
Good laugh and reasonably priced. Great atmosphere inside as well.
J. M.
Good food, good beer, reasonable price. Mini golf is very fun!
A. B.
The place is cool, very spacious. Tasty drinks, food, dj and crazy golf! Everything in one place. The problem is that the music is very loud, too loud. Definately one round of mini golf is not enough. They could explain better how does it work on the website or over the phone. The staff seems to be a bit disorganized. When I was booking and paying for mini golf in advance they told me if someone is unable to come I can spend that money on drinks but when we got there they told me it's not possible so I lost it.
S. B.
Fun experience although the technology isn't quite there yet, the putt could do with a clean, but most importantly it's just too short. We must have finished in about 15 minutes, luckily we went during off-peak and got the 2 for 1 offer, but I definitely wouldn't spend £12.50 for a single game. It must also be extremely boring having to wait for a big queue of people ahead of you to finish their holes.
The technology is nice because you just set the ball down and putt, and everything's calculated for you, however it only really knows that the ball's stopped moving - so you get people either just pushing their ball along, or even picking the ball up and putting it into the holes themselves.
Can't comment on the food because we didn't plan to eat, it didn't look too expensive though so I can definitely see myself going back and having some food too, but only off-peak price and with a 2 for 1 offer. I give 3 stars because it's too short and much easier to cheat than the website makes it out to be.
S. M.
Great experience, nice atmosphere, had a fun time!
S. E.
Brilliant place will go again
R. T.
Very good day out!
K. S.
We had such a good time here! Great place for a big or small group. Reasonably priced drinks, not sure about the food as we didn't order any but it smelt and looked good. Mini golf was lots of fun and I'll definitely be back! Convenient location too.
J. H.
This place is a bag of laughs. Been a few times now couple with mates and also an awesome date with the MRS. …
L. S.
Really good fun in groups of friends and good atmosphere.
J. S.
Had a wonderful afternoon/ evening with the family at Puttshack. Food and service was excellent.. served by Adrian. Thank you! We will be back soon 🙂.
M. D.
Perfect place for a funny day with your friends. Totally recommend it. Was for the first time for me playing golf and was so much fun. The place was a bit busy but this did not bother us as the wainting time was a good time to have a drink …
s. N.
Special thanks to Amy working Thursday 15/10 at Putt Shack White City. Such amazing service, super accommodating and made our night! we will be coming back soon for pizza, Prosecco and Putting ( badly !) birthday girl Serena xx
H. D.
This place is crazy awesome. Perfect for estranged single dad's hoping to impress a Karen into becoming a surrogate mother for the weekend.
L. B.
Great fun, although, albeit, very expensive. But the 2-4-1 deal definitely helps, plus, food is, surprisingly, amazing, I had the best pizza I had ever had, for free, thanks to the prize hole, and, to my surprise, it was a whole pizza, saving over 10 pounds! Great fun.
I. R.
Good fun if you have a few hours to kill
M. F.
Awesome ambiance... Mini golf was superb
J. G.
Fun place to go for a night out. Situated right in the heart of Westfield so for peopleaking the train or bus there it's very easy and accessible to get to.
The only downside to this place is it has 18 holes for the mini golf but you can only play 9 holes. It just seems too short for the price you pay. You should be able to play the full 18.
M. P.
Really good mini golf, great theme
A. A.
TGI Friday with indoor mini golf.
Great game of mini golf.
V. V.
Cannot rate this place highly enough! I booked this for a large staff party (27) as Office Manager it was down to me to make sure everyone had a good time and the staff at Puttshack couldn't have made it any easier for me. Organisation was great, everything was done for us we just went in and started having fun. Food and drinks were great and everything came to us on time. We ended up staying longer than originally planned and their flexibility with people not attending was also amazing. I would definitely recommend Puttshack to anyone! Thank you to everyone there you guys made my job so easy!
G. G.
Solid four stars. Everything was well organised and the technology worked well. All your putts are counted and there's a fun set of holes. The food was good quality. Much better than I've come to expect in some of these larger corporate shacks! There's pointlessly a live DJ and the music was too loud. We're there to talk and have a laugh. No need for it in my view.
N. C.
It's a fun place to visit after work for young people. You can't really have a conversation as the music is loud, every other reply is "What?! I can't hear you!" 😂
I would give it 5 stars if there were hooks on the back of the, toilet doors. Obviously designed by a man with no thought of our handbags. 😂
R. E.
Very entertaining, definitely makes mini golf more fun and a great thing to do with a group of friends. However, was rather busy and expensive - would have liked to play for longer!
A.
Amazing location and overall a great evening 🙂
J. H.
Wow! Probably the best crazy golf in London (and we’ve done most of them), very clever system with a chip in the ball that is hooked up to screens on each hole, with bonuses added for trick shots.
We went on a Sunday and we could walk in and got a slot straight away. Pretty good value for £12.50pp, but if you can go off peak it’s £7.50pp and you get a second game free! Check the website for details!
Highly recommend ⛳️
k. s.
Nice buzzing place to spend some time. We did 2 different courses which were both enjoyable. They also serve food, drinks and desserts which was great.
C.
First time going, had fun with the family.
J. B.
Price is relatively standard for London especially considering how high tech the course was. The balls were hooked up to a screen to count how many shots you've taken rather than a score card and pencil. If you're an adult I highly advise going after 5pm (when children aren't allowed) because we had to wait for a huge group of 20 children to finish putting. Whole experience took about 45 minutes (about 80% of this was waiting).
P. T.
I first found out about this place through some YouTube videos from Callux and the Sidemen. It looked amazing in the videos so me and my friends headed down during the holidays. I had read some negative reviews but they have all been resolved. We got some drinks and they arrived two holes later. The point system was very cool and the offers were great. Would definitely go again!
m. m.
Huge fun. Would have scored 5 stars but table service is proper slow then they have the cheek to add service charge! Amazing drinks options and the widest variety of spirits I have ever seen
c. C.
Was ok. 9 holes. Food was ok. Took long to arrive and made us late for our game. They were kind enough to give us free drinks. Nice time with the boys
L.
Such a great venue, the staff were so helpful and attentive. The mini golf itself was amazing and so intuitive, very easy to play (even if you’re terrible). Will definitely be back!
S. S.
A place for good food, drinks and tons of fun 😀👍
M. K.
Brilliant concept, average execution. It's obviously had a ton of money invested but still has a lot of issues. Staff were running around endlessly trying to 'reset' holes after they stopped working (on two courses, ruby and sapphire). It feels like a paid beta test than a product ready for the public. In a few months this could be amazing.
L. H.
Small and cute golf courses. Multiple in different parts of the room so it can cater to multiple groups at a time. Food and drink also available during wait and pre and post time. Good for group and small events.
M. N. E.
What an awesome place, so so creative and the fact that the score counting is automated is fantastic!!!
A. J.
I booked Puttshack for a birthday party (we're all 25+), and honestly, this was the best mini golf place I've ever been to. The courses are innovative and fun, and everything is tracked using your ball, which is really neat. No need for a scorecard, and cheaters beware, definitely can't cheat here! Everything was just so colourful. I'd 100% go again and bring more of my friends. Oh, and I came 3rd on the daily leaderboard nice.
e.
Different courses with some of the most creative layout and crazy course ideas I've seen as of yet. Course is digitalized/interactive so scoring and player turns are computed automatically. Bit expensive but very much worth the experience. Cafe inside is standard. Can feel a bit rushed at times, with many players
O. P.
The course designs are fun but a lot of the time we had technical issues with the balls and even then we still finished the course quite quickly, there’s really not much to do. 1 star was for creativity, 2 were for the staffs helpful service.
A.
Puttshack is an amazing crazy golf place, definitely my favourite I've been to. The golf system is very clever where you pick up small chunks of points, rather than the traditional golf scoring system, which is welcoming for players who have little or no experience in crazy golf. The courses are very nicely designed, with various themes, difficulties and obstacles. There is also a few bars so you can have drinks, and food too. Definitely one of my biggest recommendations, best time to go is in the evening with a group. Best crazy golf in London!

My office organised a night out and we chose Puttshack. From the videos I saw on YouTube I wasn't very excited by the choice of place. Guess what? when I arrived at the venue, I could say from the outside that this is a great place. And so it is! It's beautiful, spacious, well set up, good music, and a lovely atmosphere. We had so much fun playing mini golf ( I was the winner).
I would have given 5 stars through if there was a wider choice for the drinks you can get with the token. Otherwise, excellent ❤

This place was epic despite some technical hiccups. Loved the tech side of everything which also helped to keep the flow so there wasn't too much hanging around. The staff were a bit over attentive if you asked me though; we had a private area and they seemed to always be under our feet taking awsy plates (still in use 🙄) swapping drinks and just "looking busy" in a tight space. The vibe is great though!

Plenty of courses so you can really make a night out of it because there are no time constraints as long as you haven't put your ball down to start a game. So, if you want to pause and grab a drink - just do it!
It can be costly at £12.50 PP during peak hours.
I did not try the food and I wouldn't be against it because it's not the kind of ground I would judge this type of business on

I really enjoyed visiting Putshack, the bar was good and the games competitive. Definitely recommend playing more than one course as a round doesn't last too long. We found that we spent a reasonable amount of time queuing for holes, but not unpleasant as they offer a drinks service as you go round.

I booked this venue for a work do, I coordinated our event with Josh Cort at Puttshack. He was so easy and friendly to deal with, really helpful especially when I kept changing our numbers and the timings. He was always upbeat and positive although I must have driven him mad! I received such positive feedback from the team of 23 I booked for. They were so impressed with the staff and the venue. Usually, I get fedback the negative but the team couldn't praise highly enough. One of the team wants to go back and take his kids and another is begging me to hold our Xmas party there!! So for anyone thinking of heading to Puttshack for a night out or book a work night out there, DO IT!!
To Josh and the team, thank you so much for looking after us so well! :)

What an amazing cool new addition to the Westfield shopping centre. Really stands out now as something unusual and different to do in the area.
I love mini golf and the technology they’ve added to this has taken it to the next level. Perfect to do with friends for any occasion. I like that this is targeted more for adults than kids. Creates a better more relaxed atmosphere. It’s a lot of fun and you end up wishing you keep playing forever.

Puttshack Westfield is outstanding. I've been multiple times now and it's never been a let down. It's really well organised, I've always found staff to be really friendly and things run well. The venue itself is aloooot of fun I've never been able to play 1 course I always end up playing 2 of them if not all 3! Drinks are good and averagely priced. It'd be good if they did an offer were if you book 2 courses of the golf you can get a discount? I'd come alot more often. Other wise though this venue is 5 star, there is even a free of charge cloak room.

Had a technical issue while playing which caused us to wait 10 minutes while they fixed it. While at the bar, the cash registers went down which drastically slowed service. But other than that, it's a a pretty cool and new place. Never experienced anything like it before. Had lots of fun despite the few hiccups

The golf is challenging enough whilst being great fun at the same time! Also enjoyed the bbq Chicken and bacon pizza with delicious sweet potato fries!

I visited Puttshack with a group of friends a couple of weeks ago and had a great evening! From the delicious cocktails we had on arrival it was then a fun round of mini golf followed by dinner which was really good food. Highly recommended!

Absolutely brilliant, no need for a pencil & scorecard, it’s all done for you. Great courses & really good fun. Bar & drinks were amazing, food very good & the staff were friendly & helpful.

Best golf place I have ever been to. (Been to many golf places around the country and this is by far the best) The holes are very different and interesting including a skatepark themed hole, bowling themed hole and drum themed hole and much more. There is many courses to play around 3/4 but can sometimes be a long wait, although there is a bar to have a little snack like a pizza and a drink. Whilst playing there are people to take orders on drinks to allow you to have a drink around the course

Best place to hangout near Westfield right now. The minigolf holes are amazing and their embed technologies working really well. We definitely are well in the 21st century.
Paid 25£ for two person and we let our 3years old play with us in turn. I think it is really reasonable given the tech, location, concept and average price for other divertissement around. One game of 9 holes last between 20 to 30 minutes depending on the crowd. It tends to become popular so booking is advised at peak time.
It is great that you can drink while you play and order food before or after the game. Only drawback is the drink menu that does not advertise many alcohol free options apart from more expensive mocktails. Options are available (juice) but not on menu. I asked for a coffee and apparently they don't have coffee .. weird! Regarding food, the popcorn chicken was tasty and in good proportion. The Korean burger was also good but although it advertised Kimchi, it didn't taste kimchi. Big plus to their chilli sauce.
I would give 5 stats for improved drink menu and food.

Really innovative way of playing mini golf. Really fun challenges. We didn’t try any food so I can’t comment on that. Perfect place for a date or first date. Really highly recommend

One of the best places for a drink, food and entertainment I have visited. Super fun 18 holes of mini golf with a twist, reasonably priced food and drinks. Definitely recommend

Technology and courses are interesting but not difficult. You are given 60 seconds to complete each course so 9 holes goes very quickly. But of a shame as it would have been nice to have more time to take in and appreciate each course rather than being rushed through it.
