Fantastic driving range. The staff are relaxed and the prices are reasonable. There are multiple clubs that you can borrow on your way to the range if you are going down and don't own any. The range has various props which you can aim for if you want to. We had a good laugh whilst there, will definitely be going back again

Thoroughly enjoyed the date night package they did. Must have gotten through 400 balls in 2 hours. Amazing value and very addictive when you start hitting it cleanly. We'll definitely be coming back soon.

Came here to improve my swing and fix my slice after learning all the techniques from Rick Shiel's latest video but to no avail. Until I had a 15 minute lesson with Nick! I was hitting them straighter and further in the first 10 minutes! Definitely worth getting down to for a lesson and leave the videos at home! Friendly staff and safe with covid measures in place.

Great range. When I went was lovely and quiet. Good service and friendly staff. plenty of bays to choose from and mirrors to watch your positioning. Had a right laugh here with my partner competing to hit the tanks. liked how the bays are sectioned off so you have privacy and don't feel stared at. Also Good covid regulations.

Great little place. Prices are fairly reasonable but it's the only driving range for good few miles so you expect to pay for the pleasure. Decent distance at least 270 yards and there are tanks. I mean who doesn't like hitting a tank with a golf ball...

Well run and maintained with very friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities, mats balls etc and free clubs to use if you don’t have any. 14 spacious bays and a comfy chair if you need a break. Always willing to give free tips to new golfers. Focus is on good golf but having fun as well. Some great targets to aim at - like tanks, yes with big guns! Hot and cold drinks available (best coffee around), will entertain groups for fun filled events, you can take your own beer, pizzas, fish chips etc. Great simulator room, lessons for every age group available and a ladies group session every Monday between 6-8. 1 hr session. Inexpensive, great value for money and entertainment, gazebos with seats and tables, football golf, club gutting, re-gripped. No end to all this. If you have an idea for a group event, they make it happen. If you haven’t been yet, check it out. Always something going on. I am a frequent visitor and love it! 😁🏌️‍♀️🍷🍮🍔

A good, tidy, reasonably priced and well organised driving range. The range is somewhat of a novelty what with javing a couple of tanks, yes tanks, on the range - that's what makes it different. Ian, the pro at the venue is most helpful and also gives lessons. There is sufficient car parking but with only one way in/out, at busy times, it can be a little bit congested but, I've never experienced any major issues. All in all a great place to practice and refine your golfing techniques. Recommended.

First time attempting to hit a golf ball, received great tips from Nick the owner of the Range, and by the end I was starting to hit the balls correctly (well almost!). Nevertheless great fun. I'll keep returning until I am proficient. I might have found a new hobby.

I’m brand new to golf and chose this place to practice at before I go anywhere near an actual golf course. So far I’ve had two sessions on the range which have been great, unlike my drive! I’ve booked a lesson with Nick having researched his credentials and am really looking forward to being shown what to do by a pro. This range has a great feel to it. SW.

First time on a simulator today. Nick talked us through every step of the way. Took a bit of time getting used to the sensor. Once we were familiar it was a great way to spend a few hours on an awful day. Nick made it really relaxed and was extremely helpful.

Been going here since Nick took over, unfortunately haven't been able to play golf due to injury. Best place to whack balls, Nick's a good teacher and gives tips to people on the range. Really good customer service everyone gets to know you and you feel really welcomed. Still in my opinion the best driving range and value for money in North West. They keep on top of the range balls too so you never get to hit worn out ones, ive seen this neglected at a lot of ranges especially the more popular ones in Manchester. If you definitely want to be chipping into a skip or smashing balls into a washing machine its the place to be. Best yet is aiming at Nick in the golf ball collector!

Ive been to many golf Pro's for lessons over the years, from US golf camps to the Belfry and Im not easily pleased, however none have fixed my swing as did Gary Benson. Simple, intelligent and focused attention with a easy and pleasant nature are plentiful attributes. If you're serious about fixing your golf, this is the place to go.
