Lovely course. Very underrated. Nice refurbished clubhouse, friendly service, good choices & low prices. Great pro shop/services & fantastic practice facilities including a covered driving range. All in all, very well worth a visit.

Only played once before, don't know why. Lovely experience, bit wet underfoot today after a week of rain but after a summer without probably needed it. Greens were immaculate.

This is my new favourite golf club! I've not played a round yet - I'm not ready for that - but I can't fault the practice facilities and everyone seems really friendly. Pro Shop we're especially helpful when I needed a new glove - think I tried on every size and make they had.

Lovely challenging course. Greens were very good. It's often windy as it's quite high up. Finished with a pint and a sandwich in the friendly clubhouse.

Played here for the first time today (09 July 21). What an amazing course. It may be shorter than most but still challenging. The course is in a immaculate condition and the greens are rapid. Thank you to the clubhouse staff for the lovely food and service. Will definitely play here again when I get back to the area.

Course great, got a bit lost on the course when we marked the card wrong, offered the two ball behind to play though. Some Scouse weapon on the 18th Green waited because we had apparantly held him up being very obnoxious and aggressive almost ruined what had otherwise been a great day. Nice well maintained open course.

Friendly club with slightly precipitous stairs to the bar. Plenty of room off the tee but greens well protected by bunkering and slopes. Good green surfaces and some borrows difficult to read. Great value for the green fee.

A fantastic challenging course in great condition at the moment. Greens are quite slick but fair. Comfortable club house with welcoming friendly staff. Good food and drink. Car parking a little random, the only downside.

Guy in the pro shop was very friendly, it had a nice welcoming feel to it. The course was in good condition especially the greens. Only complaint was the pace of play due to some slow players. Very nice course.

Reluctant to say too much as I'd rather this place was kept a secret! I doubt you'll find a course in better condition and only pay £17 as a weekday visitor. The greens were running smoothly and pretty fast. Excellent definition in the way the course is presented means it is good to look at as well as play. I was only in one bunker (for a change) and there was too much sand in it for my liking but that was definitely the only negative. Well worth a visit.

It was a beautiful day to start with always helps. I like this course a lot. Not too many hills, fairways open enough to allow the golfing traffic to move. Course well tended. Staff friendly. Very reasonable prices. 1 or 2 interesting and challenging holes. Well worth a visit.

A Great municipal golf course at really good prices, I went midweek and if you go after 1pm it's even cheaper. There is a driving range and a putting green to practise on as well. Course itself is a little bit boring in a couple of places but have played worse and paid a lot more.

Went here for the driving range, car park is small however got parked OK even tho the course was busy. The only issue I found was that the driving range tees weren't on every tee station.

The Driving range facilities are good, rather cheap prices compared to competitors when it comes to golf balls as well. Would like it to be open a little later , especially on weekends
