My first visit & couldn't be more impressed. Lovely spacious showroom with plenty of parking outside. Massive range of used/new equipment & accessories with plenty of putting & simulator facilities to try before you buy. Fitting & repair services also available. Staff couldn't be more helpful & friendly. If you can't see what you want, just ask as there's plenty of stock not on display. I'd recommend a visit soon.

Top service from the guys here. First time buying from them. Unfortunately a couple of the 2nd hand clubs I had purchased from the website were not available however I was called directly by Ant who explained the situation and was extremely helpful in finding me some alternatives. They also threw in a little extra balls and a glove on my order. Altogether very good customer service and professional guys to deal with. Will definitely use again in future.

Unbelievably good service today. Popped in to look at some used drivers, as I'm a beginner struggling to find a good one to hit. Walked away with a great used Callaway having tested 4-5 models in my budget with no pressure to buy. Lovely service from the whole team there, will be back!

Brilliant, friendly knowledgeable staff. Took my son to buy his first set of clubs and the service was outstanding, they didn't just try to sell us the most expensive set but guided us on what was and was not needed for a new starter. Loads of stuff ranging from clubs to bags and trollies to accessories and balls Had a very good range of stuff from new to ancient all at a pretty good price (equal to ebay best BIN price) Great for trading in too as they were able to better Golfbidders cash equivalent, then give an additional 10% if you are trading in for Credit Has two swing rooms with launch monitors (although one was out of action) so you can see what the club numbers are like before you buy. Will be back!

Have been looking to get back into Golf after a few years out with a knee injury so didn't want to spend too much to start.. hunted high and low for a straightforward retailer who had great products and a great price. Spent days looking before finding The Golf Factory. It was perfect. A great selection of clubs very well listed with great photos and very accurate descriptions and simply great prices. My order was placed and had Ronnie on the phone checking the order and packaging all up the same day. Arrived quickly with a little pitch repairer gift and new grip fitted. Great service. Great products. Will 100% be using Ronnie and the Golf Factory again and again.

Only recently learned that this store was here and on first impressions, i couldnt fault it. Pleasant and polite staff who were always on hand and eager to advise and help, They never tried to push for sales so there was a nice, relaxed atmosphere. A wide range of items to select from and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they also had a large variety of clubs in stock that I couldn't find elsewhere. despite searching in the larger, and well known retailer's stores. Love it, staff are friendly the owner Ronny is a top guy and my feelings are they don't try to sell you products for the sake of making money and would prefer you to be using the right equipment instead of the most expensive. Great part exchange prices given too

Fantastic service from Trevor. Took the time to learn my swing using current clubs then suggested a few types that would improve my game. Honest advice and eventually recommended the right clubs for me, which ended up being towards the lower end of the price range I was after. Also learnt a great many tips on my game throughout the process! Whilst in store I was also impressed with the service other customers were receiving, with regards to trading their clubs in and advice for their equipment in the coming months and years. Great place and even better service and advice. Bought a great quality used Odyssey putter and was able to pay for it part cash and by part exing a few clubs I wasn't using any more, so worked out a great deal. They even replaced the worn grip with a brand new Odyssey grip while I waited.

I bought a Taylormade M2 driver for 25% cheaper than anything I've found online (£155), brand new 2017 model and in perfect condition. The service was fantastic, after a quick online chat i placed my order and it arrived with 36 hours. I just need the lockdown to be lifted so i can get back on the course and use my new toy. Ronnie and Gav take customer service to the next level. They have supported our daughter Maggie from a 9 year old 36 handicap to a 14 year old +1! After extensive driver testing, we were looking for a very specific tour-spec shaft and head combo for her... and no surprise the boys had both in stock! Whether you simply want a dozen balls, a second hand hybrid or a full iron shaft replacement, Ronnie and Gav have got you covered! 5 Star.

First time there and took some clubs i don't use anymore expecting american golf trade in prices. I was pleasantly surprised with what was offered. It even changed my mind on what to purchase. I was going to buy 2nd hand mallet putter but because of trade in offer i was actually able to purchase a brand new on instead. Will 100% be going back there when need to change irons next year. They had lots of choice of putters, irons, drivers, trolleys, cloths etc etc. Defo worth a visit and they have secluded room were you can hit a few balls and large putting green to test as well. This shop has everything and more looks tiny but huge inside went a couple of years ago last time i was in Newcastle.
