A. W.Absolutely made up with getting a lesson package with James. Patient and great in the way he delivers needed information without overpowering you with too much. It’s great to be able to visually see yourself after each shot and see the numbers without it being overwhelming.
I play casually and have never had a golf lesson until today. A great experience and a great guy! I can’t wait to attend my next lesson!

I first met James back in October 2019, I had never swung a golf club before my first lesson. Fast forward to now and having had regular lessons with him, I’m now playing and regularly shooting under my 20 handicap.
Whilst I’m now comfortable on the course I still want to improve and will continue to learn from James, constantly moving forward and working on new things.
N. O.James is a fantastic coach and the proof is in the pudding. My son and I have been having lessons with James and with his guidance and insight, after practicing what we are shown, have reduced our handicaps by 8 and 10 shots respectively. James communicates his instructions just as clearly to a 13 year old as he does a 40 something, including the technical aspects. We first had lessons when he was located 15 minutes from us and it is testemant of how highly we rate him that we now travel 75 minutes to him for our coaching sessions. If you want a great coach who will improve your skills and increase your enjoyment of the game coupled with being a great guy, James is your man.

It doesn't matter what area we decide to work on, we always have a great plan that suits the goals and every time James has helped get to those goals. I am sure that the blend of his own golfing ability alongside deep knowledge of the technicalities that he has learnt through his experiences and PGA training are key to how well he delivers all of his lessons. Every coaching session has helped me progress. I didn't realise golf lessons could be so enjoyable until I started these coaching sessions. Not sure anyone will find much better then James if you are looking for serious improvement in your game in a relaxed atmosphere.
M. M.Was close to quitting the game, played golf at a high level and over the last 4 years had a severe shoulder imjury, after surgery I thought I wouldn’t play the game I loved again. After a good chat with James we discussed and implemented a plan to improve my swing mechanics which would potentially improve my shoulder pain. His knowledge, positive attitude and simple teaching methods have not only improved my swing but helped gain much less pain whilst/after playing golf. I’m enjoying my golf more than ever! Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their golf at any level in the area 👍🏻🙌🏻
W. H.James defiantly knows his stuff. Very knowledgable and doesn’t baffle you with information. He’s very good at explaining what needs fixing and what to work on. I love the equipment he uses and the technology. To be able to see your swing on the TV and see your ball distances is great and certainly helps. Don’t waste your money buying new equipment, give a lesson with James a go and I guarantee you will be hitting it miles better after just one lesson. Highly recommend James.
