We have been here a couple of times, a relative got married here and it was great. What makes is great is the staff. Really helpful and straightforward. Weddings. It was a really nice venue for a wedding. Two large areas, one larger than the bigger, which can be joined together. So we had 60ish people to the ceremony in the first room. Then went out for photos on the golf course which was offers some great back drops. Then when we came back in there was seating for around 90 or so in both rooms as they became one area. The dance floor / stage area was a good size. In the evening there was about 110 guests. Couple of nice hotels locally for family members to stay, pretty easy to fine from the M6 too. But the staff maje it... Well done all...

Went for a funeral wake. The food was amazing. Clean place & ame parking. Coffee & Tea not hot though, but couldn't fault the amazing spread put on.

Went here for a wedding, lovely rooms and setting for the photos, food was good what they put out, loved what they did with the chairs, very private.

This is a must play course for the views from the 15th and 16th hole. You can see for miles and must be amongst the best views anywhere on a golf course. The compass by the 15th tee indicates the 6 counties that can be seen on a clear day.

A big thank you to all who were involved in delivering the most fantastic "festive afternoon tea" to us at Well Paharmavy Lawton Road. We absolutely LOVED IT! Warm sausage rolls were the standout feature-we all want the recipe! Sandwiches were very fresh and filled with a good variety and quality products that we all enjoyed. There was an amazing array of cakes that kept us going while working through lunches to keep our presciptions flowing to the shelves for the next couple of days. We are all hoping that you offer the same festive treat next year.🤞

A warm and friendly welcome from staff and members was followed by a round with Paul and Colin, who were excellent hosts. The course is beautiful and was manicured to perfection with excellent, true greens. It was a privilege to play this course and the views from parts of it were outstanding.

I don't normally leave reviews, however we recently got married and had our wedding reception at Alsager golf club. I have to say that we are so glad we did! Carl has been very accommodating including letting us choose our own menu rather than the set options, the food on the day was fabulous. All of our guest have completed how lovely the meal was and how impressed they were that it came out hot and everyone was served at the same time. We found the facilities great as we had plenty of space for our guest to sit whilst the room was being changed and the scenery was wonderful for our photographs.The evening was great fun and we had a lovely buffet. All in all a great time was had by all with no hick ups thanks to Alsager golf club. Highly recommended.

Course a bit rough a lot of leaves just of the fairway makes finding you ball hard the pairing we played with today lost 3 ball just hitting off the fairway ni fun when your hitting good shots

An absolutely outstanding course, and in my humble opinion one of the best in Cheshire/Staffs. Hazards are well placed, greens fairways and rough all well maintained, and great fun with the levels throughout the course. I think this is great value and without doubt beats Tythy, Mottram, Astbury, Trentham to name just a few ... take a buggy or wear comfortable shoes this has a couple of mountains to climb !!!

Lovely little venue for a post christening party. The food which we had was simple but delicious. The staff were very attentive and even sorted out dessert for everyone.

This was the first time I'd played Alsager, but it won't be the last. The great experience started on arrival, when we were greeted by the friendliest person ever, Margaret Davenport. The course was in excellent condition, with fast undulating greens and views you'd have to pay for! The food afterwards was basic but we'll cooked. All in all a very good experience!

Fam when I was there it was like golf and that and it was well sick and I hit the ball innit and then I got hunrgy and I ate some food and the wayters were sick, they gave me a service and that fam oh my days It was the most golf I have ever seen oh my loooooooooooooooord u gotta come here best golf 10/10 EDIT: FAM I WENT THERE AGEN, IT WAS EVEN BETTER THIS TIME OH MY WOOOOOOOOOOORD I WALLAH, ITS THE BEST GLOFING I EVER DONE
