Just had the best time at bowling with my son and hubby. Great job refurbishing and crazy golf was fab. The tall gentleman was very helpful too. Definitely be coming again. We came last year and it was quite run down we never came back so it's lovely so see it now. Really good atmosphere too. My son now wants his birthday party at Worcester bowl.

The lights and sounds here are almost overbearing, perhaps more suited for kids that way but not overly pleasant. The screen and tracker broke for one of our lanes so some of our group had to bowl far away from us. The food and drink section was being revamped so they were offering the drinks from the front desk. Quite good for a temporary arrangement.

This evening 17/09/2022 we took my daughter and her friends and some family for an evening of bowling and mini golf and the staff working went above and beyond! It was amazing! My daughter had a fantastic time and it was down to the staff who honestly couldn’t have done any more or worked any harder! A huge thank you to Leo, Rachael, Ryan, Aidan, Benjamin and Lilly who all worked so hard and kept on top of all the customers not just us to make the night so perfect! We couldn’t have asked for better! After the huge revamp the place has had with the newly refurbished bar and reception area as well as the mini golf and bowling lanes it was all spot on! We look forward to our next visit!

Would have given it more but for two reasons. 1. balls kept getting stuck and we was on a timed game and didn't get the lost time back. 2. 200ml bottle of coke was £2.20 which is nothing less than a rip off. Food was OK but again bit pricey. Arcade machines half didn't work or chewed the money. Staff really helpful if a little slow at times.

We took my grandson here and had a great time. We booked online the day before though it's worth waiting until the day if you're going during the holidays as they often have offers on. One thing that's changed since covid is they don't supply bowling shoes anymore so make sure you go in suitable footware. The staff were very helpful and friendly too, just watch where you drive on their car park though as there's a few deep potholes to negotiate. Well worth a visit.

Bowling experience good, crazy golf overpriced. The centre has recently undergone a massive refurbishment and looks fantastic. The investment has clearly been put too good use and will surely bring multiple benefits to the centre.

Loved the experience and location. The children had a great time and there's lot to do, eat and drink. Only downside is being served by lazy youngsters who don't look after customers. I paid for my food and had to ask for it after 30mins of waiting, only to found out that they have forgotten.

Fab place for kids birthday party cheap price and some food thrown in (choices of food for the kids) staff are fantastic can't do enough for you. Arcade, bar. The Location and Entrance was hard to find. It is at the back of other buildings and the car park is round the back too. We travelled there especially to buy items at the Bowling Pro Shop which is inside the Bowling Alley and Lee and his Dad were lovely. Then while there we sat In the actual Bowling Alley part, it was cold while having a drink and some food. It was also dark, busy and had loud music playing. Youngsters and Families were loving it and it was a Saturday afternoon after all. Basic food menu, Pitza, Hot Dogs, Chips which were fine.

We had a great time but I have to complain about how loud the music was. Impossible to hear each other, even the staff couldn't hear me when I checked in. The damage that you are doing to their hearing must be horrendous and I do hope they call you out on that when tinnitus sets in. Won't return simply because music level. Been to quieter concerts. Many very small children and even babies without ear protection. Bring ear defenders for small children or yourself.

Came here with my friend and our families and we had the most wonderful time. We had two 2yr olds in our booking, so it's safe to say our party wasn't the calmest. We were very well looked after by Silv and nothing was too much to ask. She was a superstar. We are already making plans to return very soon.

As a grandma I went to watch my grandson's birthday party. If you can't stand noise don't go! You have to shout to hear each other above the din of the music. However, the staff are very kind & helpful. Approach to car park dreadful & full of very deep potholes & car park itself not much better. Children had a great time!

I strongly recommend this bowling alley, the place is spotless, they have done a great job cleaning it to be ready for post COVID-19 venue and if you think bowling alleys are dark and dirty, think again: this is possibly the cleanest place I visited recently. Local team is managing the site very well. Pricing is competitive, though I feel it’s still a little expensive to enjoy more often. We had a great visit on Sunday morning when it was fairly quiet. Go ahead and enjoy!

Worcester Bowl is situated in the St Johns area of the city centre. Appone arrival we payed for 2 games and the communication between staff and customer was quite poor. While playing, we enjoyed our first game with no problem, while playing our second we got cut off half way. When I asked at the desk that its timed for 2 hours and it automatically goes off. I really feel this a bad way of trading and seems like a scam. You dont quite pay for what you get. I'd have to take a think to make my mind up to come again or play somewhere else.

Since the first lockdown this place has been refurbished and transformed. The decor is bright, the new seating areas are well designed. The measures put in place during the pandemic make you feel really safe. The staff are all extremely friendly and very helpful. The food is also great. I hope everyone supports them after the second lockdown.

Had a good time and 2.50 per game was great. They also have loads of small games and 2 pool tables. Only down side was that almost all the balls are 8-16, so if you have a smaller child that needs a small ball, it won't be easy to find a ball to use. I struggled long to find a ball that I could fit my fingers in without it being a 14-16 (I'm not a pro bowler, don't need to break a bone trying to have fun). They have some food, drinks and the staff are nice. I'd recommend visiting here if it's been a while since you played.

Lovely place, parking can be a job when busy, but as covid eases it was quiet on an early Friday afternoon. Place very clean staff friendly and welcoming and very good covid measures. Only rated 4* as we had some equipment issues which were sorted quite quickly.

I had a great time here with family and friends but unfortunately the equipment is a bit dated and prone to frequent faults. We had to wait ten minutes whilst they fixed the fault with our lane. Also our overhead screen was flickering etc. There was so a few ridges in the carpet, which were a trip hazard and when we arrived they had no knowledge of our booking even though we had rang ahead to check and booked online. The whole place would benefit from a refurb. The price was right but I don't know if I would return.

Updated: Returned today for the first time since lock down and was really impressed. Clearly lots of investment made in improving the comfort and safety of customers. Excellent Covid safety measures in place along with thorough sanitisation between customer visits. Great bowling & great service - felt very safe with my young family and will be back again soon! Good old 'Uncle Buck' style bowling alley, great for all the family.

I'm sure the lanes were nice when they were installed maybe 20 years ago, so the lane seemed uneven and systems were slow. However it was very well priced for two games for four people. You get what you pay for!

It is very easy to find and the staff are very friendly and helpful there are a few bowl places around Worcester but I have found that this one is the cheapest price and has a lot more offers on.. so ask the staff on the phone before you book, there is other things to do there for the kids to do in-between there games and there is food and drinks there for all the family to enjoy.

Great place, fun atmosphere, the bar's good, however, accessing it is a pain in the neck as it's behind other buildings with broken signage directing people. Google Maps is useless as it sends you directly across the rail tracks from the bowling alley with no way to cross them. Would be four stars if it wasn't for Google's mistake to be honest.

My partner's 7yr old daughter had a birthday party here recently and it was brilliant. We were 35 minutes late and the staff were just great. They don't supervise, so make sure you take enough adults to keep and eye on any groups of children you take. We were aware of this before we went but some might not be. The price was unbelievably cheap and once you've bowled and eaten you don't have to leave immediately. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Really impressed. Very good value for money (£16 for six people for one hour's bowling). Bit noisy but did visit on a Saturday afternoon when the weather was bad, so can't complain really. Lady on desk was very helpful, as some of our party git waylaid so held off for a couple of minutes before putting us on the screen. Kids managed to cause a couple of rogue balls but the staff sorted it straight away. Doesn't have all the technology of some of the other bowling alleys, but this didn't bother us at all and it was a bit of a nostalgia trip to be honest. There is a small arcade attached, with a dance revolution game, which made a group of 90s kids very happy indeed, even if if was temperamental. I didn't eat, but the kit hen tram were very accommodating as we bought a birthday cake and they looked after it in the kitchen and provided us with knife and napkins and offered candles too (I'd remembered those). The only downside was parking, as it is limited, but nothing a bit of creativity wouldn't solve x

My son had a party here today it was a party of 14 children. Great assistance and good food and party value..we had the silver package. A special thank you to Dan who was on hand throughout the party with a friendly face, nothing was to much trouble and it made the party a lot less stressful for us parents. This is not the most modern bowling centre but for the price you pay it's great value for money. World have given it more stars but kept having a problem with 1 of the pins not being reset on the lane we were on. For us not really a problem as playing with two young children but could see it being annoying of having a game with friends.

Great value for money, despite being a regular visitor to the centre, I still find it a lot cheaper than many others I've visited. It may be a little older than some people are used to but the equipment it's still pretty reliable even with its age. I don't mind that the graphics on the computers are dated, and for me it makes a change from the modern age many are used to. It's equipment is actually more reliable than some newer centres I've been to! to cap it off, you actually get good customer service thrown in - something that seems to have been lost in black holes at many larger chains.

Cheap bowling prices, £15 for an hour. Seemed under staffed when I visited, every lane was full but the staff were rubbing between the shoe rental, the lanes, the bar and the arcade. Didn't really affect my experience aside from having to wait ten minutes for someone to be free to serve at the bar. Even though the barman/alley guy/receptionist was extremely busy and spread-thin he was still a really helpful guy. Lanes were of slightly above average quality but not great, the lane we had seemed to have patchy oiling... if you want to bowl seriously I recommend finding out if they do league nights where the lanes get treated beforehand.

We arrived at 6 in the evening and were greeted by plenty of available lanes. The alleys were all clean and the place was spacious. The Good For the 2 of us prices were just 3.99 per round of bowling which felt very reasonable. The staff were friendly and helpful when providing us with good quality bowling shoes. The bowling alley worked perfectly with no technical issues. Our meal later on was very reasonable little over 10 pounds including beef chilli burger, chips and 2 slush puppies. Following this the pool tables were well maintained and there were 3 meaning availability was not an issue. There was also air hockey to amuse us whilst we waited. In addition to many other arcade style games this made the potential for a very varied experience. There was also a bar with a good selection of drinks with comfortable seating. The toilets were clean and sufficient. For Development The beef chilli was not very spicy nor warm enough for my taste and the bowling screen glitched a little giving the old VHS style interruption in lane 9. During our meal with chips and a burger it seemed sensible to have sachets of tomato ketchup provided in addition to the salt present. This would have made the experience nicer rather than having to specifically get up to ask. The pool tables worked well for our games and cues were present although we were unsure of where the chalk was which would have improved the experience. The arcade games were nicely located nearby although the bar seemed a little seldom advertised or signposted resulting in a distant walk to locate it without reassurance. The software for the bowling alleys could be updated with HD displays if I was being picky or a more interesting animation for the split and spare attainments as I have seen in other places previously.
