I have had the pleasure of working with Louise since 2020, when we relaunched my website and branding. Louise was exactly what I needed - she facilitated a relationship that allowed for complete honesty in feedback meaning that throughout the design and discovery phase - I was really able to drill down what I really wanted for the visual identity of my business from Logo to website. What I love most abbot the result is that my website doesn't look like any of her client's or any one else's which is quite common in my industry. We continue to work together as she supports me with website updates for my portfolio (which when I have the time , I could do myself as she is great at providing instructional videos) . Louise is more than a designer, she adds so much value in showing how we can use the site to improve and elevate the client journey. I highly recommend her.

I am a new business owner and just finished working with Louise to design my logo and branding. I was hesitant to even hire anyone, not because I didn't see the value, but because I had no idea what I wanted. I knew I wouldn't be able to communicate with them very effectively if I didn't have a clue where to start. All I knew was I wanted something unique (just like everyone else does). The entire process Louise has built helped me discover along the way what exactly I wanted. We went through a few revisions before it was perfect, but she never made me feel like I was asking too much. She made it very clear she wanted my honest feedback and didn't want to stop until I loved it. I have shown it to everyone and am so proud to show it off. I could have easily created a simple logo, but this is the first impression made on potential clients, so having this professional logo sets the right tone. Louise has everything so organized. We were communicating about multiple projects at once and wires never got crossed in the process. All I can say is she is just AMAZING! I will definitely be coming to her in the future!

Working with Louise was amazing! She has a very organized process laid out and she kept everything running on time for me, even with some delays from my end. I love the process we went through for website design and content edits, and not to mention how awesome of a designer she is! It's hard designing for other designers but she really did make my brand dreams come true! She was very receptive to my revision requests and made it easy for me to explain and show her exactly what I wanted to change. I know many industry friends that complain about their designer always being late on their proofs and updates but I never had to worry about that with her and i'm so very grateful for it! I can't recommend Louise enough! If you're looking for anyone to do anything for you, whether that is branding, designing a new logo or a new website then you HAVE to pick Autumn Rabbit. Louise was recommended to me by a fellow photographer who had her rebrand and new website all designed by Louise. I've been in business for 6 years now and initially made everything myself, my logo was created by a friend but my website was very much homemade, and you could tell! Being 6 years in to my business I knew I wanted something more sophisticated and more representative of me and my brand. I initially read some branding books before getting in touch with Louise to make sure that I had a really clear idea of what I wanted, as I knew that this would not only help me but it would also help Louise as it would mean I wouldn't keep changing my mind. I just want to say a massive thank you to Louise. From the moment we started speaking about my logo redesign and web build I felt like she really got what I was talking about. I had previously spoken with other designers who were very nice, but they just didn't get my vision like Louise did. Where do I start with Louise? She is a freaking genius! I hired her to design a new website for me and to migrate me from WordPress to ShowIt. She asked a bunch of questions to make sure the design would turn out exactly how I needed it for my business. When I tell you that she took everything and delivered it beyond my expectations, I was BLOWN AWAY when I saw it for the first time. It was the website I had always wanted! If you are wondering if she's right for you, don't question it. She is so great at what she does, so patient, very helpful and has talent ooooozing out of her. She is worth every penny.
