Kayleigh at Kakadu Creative is probably the most responsive and intelligent branding and design agency partner that I have worked with in the past 20+ years. Her knowledge of not only what to deliver against my initial plans, but to evolve them in such a way that generated interest, intrigue and a greater commercial awareness of my offer was something that set her apart from others that I had been discussing my plans with. I was also hugely impressed with the speed and more importantly, the communication of both Kayleigh and the team at Kakadu, who turned designs around much quicker than I had ever imagined (without any loss in quality) but kept me informed throughout the work process to ensure that nothing came as a surprise. It was this attention to detail that makes me realise how the vague brief that I gave Kayleigh was turned into an amazing visual experience, something that had real depth and presented a joined up story of our offer. Having stumbled across Kayleigh and Kakadu at a networking group, they appear to have arrived at the perfect time for my business needs, and I have been so impressed with their overall customer focus on over-delivering that I would have no hesitation on either using them again, or referring them to others who are looking at making an impact with their branding and marketing design.

Kayleigh and Lee at Kakadu bent over backward to help me publish my book and Kindle. The results are fabulous and the process was full of unexpected challenges. I'm a first time author, and I had unusual specifications. I don't know what I'd of done without Kakadu as experts, who are both persistent and adaptable. I'm also one of those annoying people who has to understand how things work and they this need was addressed perfectly. I've asked Kakadu for help with several things already related to logos and websites, I'll be asking for help with other things in future, probably even more out of the box and customised as time goes on. I feel I know them well, and can rely on them to deliver what I asked for, no matter which way I ask, (sometimes I don't even know what is possible), and really that's what I have been missing with previous, very shockingly bad experiences. They even corrected faults and poor quality aspects of my website left in legacy from others. They took the branding and assets I already had (we haven't finished yet), and worked with them. I also like to be given options. I appreciate the time they spend understanding a project and detailing a quote before taking a penny. (I even sent them chocolates, I was so pleased with the result). Undeniable qualities are - honesty, design skills, uniquely brilliant ethics.
