I couldn't be happier with the work that Fastsigns did for me. Amazing communication and customer service from the very first e-mail. Professional advice and guidance were really helpful for me to choose the right materials for the project. The installation team was on time, quick with their work, well organised and friendly. Fastsigns are very professional and easy to work with. When I had a technical query about the drawings they responded in plain English which is not always the case! Once we had approved the spec Fastsigns only had a short time to make the protective screens but they pulled out all the stops to meet our deadline ensuring that we could re-start our business in a Covid-Safe way. The screens are good quality and go nicely with the existing furniture and layout. Highly recommended.

I dealt with Neena for a really fast turnaround LED logo sign and A-Frame pavement sign. Neena was awesome. She was a consummate professional. She made sure she understood our needs, how the signs would be used, our timescales and came back with a detailed quote. Then she followed up to make sure I got the quote and see if I had any questions. Even better, because she was going on holiday, she connected me in with her colleague who could help me in her absence. SO conscientious and professional. I'm not yet sure what their LED signs or A Frame signs are like but I'd work with them again just to be able to deal with someone as professional as Neena. Thanks again!

They are extremely diligent and hard working and also have a good sense of humour even when doing installations in the rain!.
