I reached out to Yellowyoyo to help me with the launch of a brand new business. I was keen to work with them from the very beginning, they offered superb advice on the initial enquiry chat, made me feel really comfortable and what I loved most was they could envision what I was trying to achieve. Their Business & Brand Discovery Workshop was the perfect place for us to start. It allowed us to dig really deep into what the brand’s purpose was, its mission and its values. We could then work through straplines for the business and messaging that would be used in our marketing, and on our website and promotional materials. Setting this foundation with the Yellowyoyo team allowed them to fully immerse themselves into the visions for the business, which in turn made the design work so intrinsically linked. It was like they were looking inside my head! The design phase for our packaging has been super fun. The team have taken those visions and values for the business and placed them onto a box! We shared ideas and they gave such valuable advice with regard to what would work, and where I might rethink. I received sneak peaks of the design work throughout, which allowed me to reflect on bits I liked or wanted to improve. I was a super fussy client to work with and they never once made me feel that I was troubling them. They understood my need for perfection! Yellowyoyo have inspired my visions. They have been fully invested in the launch of this new business and I could not recommend them highly enough to anyone starting a new business or rebranding and existing business. Yellowyoyo recently carried out one of their Brand Discovery workshops for my business, Live Chat Factory. I had no idea what to expect, though I’d noted the positive feedback from other businesses I network with who’d been through the workshop. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process, which has left me with a level of clarity for my business’ next steps that I’d been unable to fathom. The workshop was clear, well delivered and incredibly productive - not to mention hugely entertaining. It was facilitated by Bryan and Amanda, who made me feel welcome, relaxed and able to share, which of course is the whole point! I gave Amanda the brief of something modern, sleek with a nod to the thin blue line but also accessible to other industries. I also asked for it to include a tribute to my friend who died. My friend was an amazing photographer and the last photos he shared were of a red kite and I showed them these images.
