Sion Evans Fitness is the only twenty four hour members only gym, that I am aware of, in Mid Wales and I cannot recommend it enough to people seeking to gain muscle, increase their strength or just generally keep healthy. The gym is kept spotless and all the members who used it at the same time as I did, made sure that the weights were put away and that gym was left as they found it
