Absolutely love Tribe Strength Gym. Fantastic variation of strength and fitness classes taught by friendly and highly knowledgeable instructors in a very well equipped set up. Great range of time slots to fit around busy life styles and the gym is also open throughout the day for individual use. The users of this gym are all very friendly too which adds to the enjoyable and positive training experience.

I can't imagine going to any other gym. The coaches do an amazing job setting up tough and rewarding programmes. I mostly do the strength classes and I feel my strength has improved so much over the 4 years I have been at Tribe, I don't think I would have achieved that anywhere else and on my own.
It is a great community and have made some good friends! Everyone is friendly and supportive. Always look forward to go to the classes.

Fantastic knowledgable, experienced coaches who consistently support and challenge you to aim for your own personal goals. Every session encourages you to push yourself and become a stronger, healthier you. A range of skill, strength and conditioning classes are offered. Honestly, could not recommend our gym enough. Tribe is a great place to train. There are tonnes of classes to fit all schedules and abilities which will help you reach your goals whatever they are. Tom and the team are brilliant and keep the sessions varied so their tough but also fun. I've never enjoyed working out until I came to tribe - now I'm there most days and genuinely really enjoy it.
It's more than just a gym at Tribe - the members are so welcoming and alongside the coaches make it a great community. I never thought I'd want to learn power or olympic lifting but these are my favourite sessions alongside some hard but rewarding cardio sessions to keep me fit! Join our Tribe - you won't regret it!

Tribe Strength has a huge gym, loads of really nice strength equipment, and a lot of space too.
Tom and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and ensure that we train properly so that we are injury-free all year round.
Today, I did a class called ‘Hard, Fast, Strong’
1030am every saturday!
It’s awesome. Definitely recommend it!

Tribe Strength is a unique gym with amazing trainers and members who all support and help each other. Regardless of age, ability and goals, from the first time you walk through the door you are made to feel welcome and feel part of a safe training environment with likeminded people who all encourage and help each other. There’s a good variety of timetabled classes throughout the day and night that suit all abilities whether you’re a complete beginner or experienced pro.

Me and my partner joined this gym just under a year ago and it has changed our lives! I had never lifted a weight before and was so nervous, but the coaches are amazing and patient. It’s like a little family. I look forward to the sessions every day! Very happy to be part of the Tribe :)

My partner and I joined Tribe after a long, stagnant stint at a mainstream gym chain and lots of recommendations from friends and family.
It’s safe to say our life style has almost flipped on its head; we no longer begrudge training, now attending 4 classes a week (it’s far easier and greatly more rewarding when the classes/programming is provided for you in easy to manage 1 hour long classes suitable for all levels of ability).
There was no settling in period, within the hour the trainers knew our names, our experience and what we wanted from Tribe (and were already keeping track of progression behind the scenes for us!!!) and everyone who attended the classes, welcomed us with smiles and encouragement every class since!
There are often get togethers outside the gym where everyone is welcome - parties, nights out, training/comp days, golf, running and more.
Lastly and arguably most importantly there is a bloody good coffee machine on site which the trainers will make when asked (for half the price of Costa!)

Last July I was an active but creaking man entering middle age, with a bad back and bad knees. I was an still an active cyclist and martial artist but I was finding it difficult to do the things I previously took for granted, I was carrying a few extra kilos and struggling with some movement and aches and pains. I knew I had to do something about it. After seeing an advert last summer for a free taster class, I tentatively signed up. After doing the class, I then signed up for a month's discounted membership and after that promptly signed the direct debit. I haven't regretted it for one minute. The highly skilled and knowledgeable personal trainers quickly spotted my ailments and helped me to adjust the exercises to suit my body. I am moving better and I am no longer in constant pain and I am developing muscles and definition where once there was flab. The people are all sociable and friendly with different people at different stages of life and their fitness journey. I can't recommend this place enough.

Simply fantastic ! The team are so welcoming, and you always feel as if you are in expert hands. There’s no posing in front of mirrors, just hard work and good fun. The schedule offers a great choice of different workout types, from pure strength to “leave your last bit of energy on the kit” cardio, and competition is focussed on yourself, not on how you compare to others. There’s a real sense of community and plenty of opportunities to burn sweat for good causes. Come along, try a few classes and enjoy the warm welcome you’ll get from the other members as well as the Tribe coaches. I love it !
