J. F.Brilliant Dance Studio in the heart of Belfast! Great Pilates and Yoga classes, the perfect studio for high intensity dance workouts to help you burn calories, lose weight and improve general fitness!
G. C.This studio is fantastic! I have been visiting the City this week on business and was looking for some classes to pass the evenings. I was lucky enough to go to two classes led by Erin the owner. These are seriously good, innovative classes, really challenging, but doable at the same time. And most importantly good fun in a relaxed environment. If you want to get fit but enjoy yourself while feeling the burn (which you will!) this is a great place to come. Cant recommend highly enough, Thank you for a great couple of evenings.
