p. m.I've just signed up with Challenge Training Studios... I used to go to the gym all the time and loved it (pre-children)... and have been itching to get back, but found it hard with work and kids etc. (you know what it's like)... I'm absolutely loving the fact that there is a gym round the corner from me that runs classes for the kids, meaning I can do a workout while the kids are ... win win situation 😁... the kids love it... I'm excited thinking I can get back into it again (may take a while lol) (staff are lovely... would recommend any family similar to my situation to sign up) 💪💪💪
