s. b.The circuit classes are absolutely fantastic the toughest yet doable I've done, and will improve over all fitness beyond expectations! Been around for quite a few years the staff are lovely and encouraging. Hadn't been for a few years went to one the other day, will be back definitely also great price on classes etc...
b. m.Went to a strength and conditioning class here, everyone was so lovely and welcoming. The work out was exceptional as well, with lots of great training , tips , very supporting group. I would definitely recommend, Tuesdays class with noel.
M. H.Been coming here for years, the coaches are all great and there is a great atmosphere in the gym. The pay monthly options are good value for money and there are classes for everyone. I can't really comment on the MMA side of things but it looks like their results speak for themselves.
