I joined to be around athletes who’s focus is strength and this is absolutely true in Gain Forth! The right company can have a powerful impact on personal growth and development, so I choose wisely.
The gym is fully kitted out with Olympic weightlifting Eleiko bars, ample bumper plates and fractional plates, 4 weightlifting platforms 🤯👌🏼. Whole section dedicated to powerlifting with powerlifting plates and bars. I’m yet to explore but at quick glance I am super excited to experiment and get stronger.
Highly recommended to anyone but especially to those who’s passions are powerlifting or Olympic weightlifting, this is the home you’ve been looking for.
