I had my first session with ISF NI today and they didn’t disappoint! Top range equipment that I haven’t experienced in any other gym; great banter, great vibe and I was made feel welcome from the onset. I usually hate cardio but really loved the fighting fit class and was well mentored throughout the session, with a great balance of being pushed harder to my potential without feeling overwhelmed. The class was individually tailored to get the best out of everyone, regardless of their fitness levels. I would highly recommend and look forward to trying out their other classes!

The guys at Industrial strength are fantastic! . Mark and Michael are fantastic trainers. For the first time in a long time I feel like I have the mojo to work out which is thanks to Mark exercise support, The amount I’ve been working out has dramatically increased because of the fun and varied workouts that regularly change in the gym! There is absolutely zero chance to get bored. A super cool place to train with the loveliest people who attend! Highly recommend if you just want that small group training :) keep up the good work team :)

I have never been a big gym goer- only ever lasted less than 2 weeks. I started PT sessions at ISF 6 weeks ago and I’m loving it! I go 3-4 times a week now to the classes and I really enjoy it. The trainers are so encouraging and ensure everyone is going at the right pace for them and hitting their targets. I couldn’t recommend it more to anyone who does or doesn’t love fitness- you’ll 100% love it after joining ISF!!

I joined Industrial strength fitness 6 weeks ago & haven’t looked back. My fitness & strength have improved leaps & bounds. I have finally found a consistency with my workouts & I love it. The classes are varied & suit everyone, no matter what stage of your fitness journey you are starting from.

I can attest to what Industrial Strength Fitness NI are all about. I’ve been going to see Mark for the last 2 1/2 months and have seen a drastic change in my weight/body shape, fitness and general well-being. ISFNI has a great program to fit all needs, will up your workout as you get stronger and fitter, has an amazing gym set up which covers all bases and Mark himself is just a standout guy! I tried another “6 week challenge” fitness bootcamp before and yes I did complete it but after that the levels never changed and it got really boring and repetitive, you were outside the whole time (which I didn’t mind) and only really ever using resistance bands. members were also paying different prices. Give ISFNI a shout, there is no harm in meeting with them! Classes and PT available. I am just someone who gets PT and have no reason to give a good review. He just deserves it!

Joined ISF a few weeks now, the classes have definitely benefited me greatly for my sport, run by great coaches with the newest equipment , some stuff I’ve never seen before!
