S. B.This is the first program I've ever done with The Sculpted Vegan. I'm so glad I purchased the program and the coaching calls add on. This program is worth so much more than I paid for and at first I was a little put off hearing that the majority of the members are actually not vegan but everyone is very awesome and it's cool to see some members switch to a plant based diet and experience positive changes. I would really recommend these programs to anyone looking for a change but you don't know how to do it or where to start. I attached my six week progress photos since that's how far we are right now, I'm very happy with my results so far and cannot wait to see what I look like in another six weeks.
I also want to thank each and every one of the coaches, Head Trainer Laura, Coach Kiri, Llee, Vanessa, and Jenny, as well as the rest of the coaches who moderate the groups. You all are so kind and empowering and even though I am not able to make most of the calls while they are live, I do watch all of them later and they have kept me going on this program and given me tips and advice when I need it. SO worth every penny and more.

L. J.I 100% recommend The Sculpted Vegan. I’m currently doing the 12 week shred. Half way though and loving the results! The workouts are easy to follow with instructional videos. The meal plans are easy to follow and give plenty of food. Haven’t been hungry once! The coaches are always quick to respond when someone has a question about the food or the workouts. The group is great. Lots of interaction and support. The setup of the whole thing is really making it fly by, which is incredible. I’m seriously blown away by my results and I’m so much stronger already. I followed for a couple years and finally took the plunge. I wish I would have done one of the programs sooner. The community is great too and supportive so as the coaches they are really there for us. I have started this program as I always wanted a bikini body but because of my genetics scoliosis and pectus excavatum I could never really compete on stage where they compare you with other healthy bodies. H. L.Anyone who thinks they can’t dramatically transform their body in a short period of time has never done a Sculpted Vegan shred. I have just completed the Ultimate 12 week shred having signed up for the competition only days before it started. I’m a 44 year old mother who had started to believe that my body wasn’t capable of being fit and lean in my 40’s and that perhaps I just needed to accept the weight gain and my new body shape. In saying this I knew that I was not making good lifestyle choices and knew what was needed to change. In my younger years I could get away with eating whatever I wanted as long as I was active and always remained lean. Fast forward to 44 and this was no longer working for me! When I saw the ad for the Ultimate 12 challenge I knew that this was the intervention that I needed. Following meal plans has never been something I’ve done in the past, but I knew it was time to start to try something different. I can honestly say that I found following the food and meal plan to be easy, and not once during the twelve weeks did I complain about feeling hungry. I found the simplified way of eating to be easy and uncomplicated and just treated the food as fuel. The calorie drops every 2 weeks were controlled and manageable. I hadn’t done any kind of strength training for over 2 years prior to starting the program, so I felt like I was starting from square one. It was amazing how quickly building strength came, and I was able to lift heavier with each week. All up I lost a total of 11kg over the 12 weeks, with my starting weight at approx. 74kg. The support from the Sculpted Vegan team and the participants in the Facebook group were amazing and really helped you get through the shred. I have never attempted a shred before and am absolutely blown away with the results that I have achieved as a result. A massive heartfelt thank you to you Kim, Laura and team, this has been an amazing transformative experience physically, mentally and emotionally. I now intend to build and continue with the 18 month Sculpt and Shred program.

Yes the programs are VERY intense and also very comprehensive but that’s how you get results. The support from all the coaches online (and members on FB) goes above and beyond, and unrivalled for the price. I’ve never had results like I had with TSV programs. There is something there for everyone and every stage of your life!! The value and results you get from TSV are second to none.

S. B.I found Kim and the Sculpted Vegan at the beginning of the pandemic (2020) and not only are her programs low cost compared to others but her programs make sense. I’ve done many of her programs and the meals and workout are explained in such detail it’s great, unlike others where they give very little support and your on your own when you buy a program, Kim and her team are with you day and night, during your lowest points and your big gains cheering you on and supporting you. I was a couch potato and I’m not vegan but it didn’t stop me from doing several of her programs. I’ve learned a lot about food, exercise and myself. I owe so much to Kim. Love you Sculpted Vegan! Look into their website they have a lot of information and free program to try, you won’t be disappointed.
