Very good gym, there is everything to be better. The staff is very polite and friendly! You can get some jjb, boxe, mma, wrestling courses .

Came to have a session from out of town. Gym has been upgraded from the previous owners when I visited a few years ago. These guys have done a great job and have made some great improvements. The gym has everything and is very clean and tidy and the staff are helpful. Top gym.

Oh man what a Top Gym!! I've been here for 4 months now. Started my morning routine - get in around half 6 - 5 to 6 times a week. Awesome kits here to work on!!

The gym area is spot on no complaints in that department, however the sauna, steam and shower facilities are an absolute joke. The sauna and steam are off most of the time and when you request to have them put on the staff get very touchy and if they do put it on you have to wait 30mins before it even heats up not convenient when you're on a tight schedule. The shower cubicles are so small worst showers.

Great Gym. It's brand new and so far the experience has been great. You get access to gym and sauna with a normal membership. They also offer training classes in a full membership.

Would recommend this gym for to everyone from beginners to bodybuilding veterans! They got really high ceilings with amazing lighting giving the gym a very relaxed atmosphere. Their also constantly getting new machines and updating the gym. They got an average sized octagon but no boxing ring 😢. The only down side I see is the location/entrance. It's located in a very obscure location with no clear entrance and therefore some maybe deterred as the entrance can seem very shady at night, however I feel this only adds to its value - like a diamond in the dirt.

Best gym in birmingham the new management and staff are so friendly and helpful the gym is so clean way better then the last owners who were rude and never knew what customer service was that's why i cancelled my membership but glad I'm back now if yu wanna see improvements on your body this is the gym for you I recommend.

Very nice gym with only men. And no music. They have all the machines and everything you need to a good workout. Been attending this gym for years. As the maintenance reason is no music is blasting in there. The sauna works on a pro rata. The steam room is not working. However the place needs constant cleaning and this is thb e only downfall. You have a few workers that think it's ok to carry out a workout while at work. But if you want to go do your thing and leave without having a shower or a steam then this the place otherwise find a place with 5 start hygiene cause that's all it is missing. A decent gym just needs a good clean ever week

Great no nonsense gym has something for everyone at all levels big with many machines and free weights. great prices very appealing would recommend.

Its 24 hours, lots of equipment, great atmosphere and the people who go there are serious about fitness. It has showers, sauna and a boxing ring. lots of punchbags and a matted area for Marshall Arts. Good variety of weights. Not as state of the art and clean as the puregyms but its a mens gym designed for blokes who just want to lift. Not for the posers who just want to show off to women in the gym as there are none.

This is a Real Gym, with an abundance of equipment, Free weights, Cardio machines, dedicated MMA area, Showers, Sauna and I believe a Steam Room, the staff are friendly and welcoming, there is a great atmosphere and positive vibe at this gym. There is also free car park for gym members with about 40plus spaces.

Deffo need to work on hygience. Looks like a hardcore gym. Ones of the workers with bronze/gold grills, seems very miserable. Honestly never seen him smile once. Ive been a member for a year, coming every day. Just last week, i completely forgot to put a pair of dumb bells back. 10 minutes later, he suddenly comes right up to my face, and threatens to ban me in a very harsh manner. He needs to learn about respect. Maybe he has been having a bad day, but that is no way to treat a paying customer. Nevertheless, an excellent gym but little things like this can completely put you off coming back.

Weights go up to 80kg. Hammer strength and nautilus machines variety range for every body part. No distracting half naked females. Keep up the good work lads

Best gym ive been to, I travel from Handsworth to get here...everyones friendly plenty of equipment. Could do with turning on the heating in the morning. Its freezing in the winter.

Good old school gym for the guys in pursuit of a perfect physique...if your the type who likes comforts and texting between sets then this aint the gym for you ...make your way to david lloyd or some of pretender gym for your zumba class....lean mean hungry guys and the sound of iron being racked ...a real pumping iron gym a throwback to the place where v likes of Arnold and franco would train at back in the day ....

Been going there when they were in stoney lane thats like 14 years ago so thats should say how i like it.......UPDATE to what i have heard new owners but are there new opening timetables been coming every week to see if they have reopened.....i train after midnight so if anyone reads please give info

One week pass for £12, everything you need to train, has a sauna and showers. Only downside, no locker facilities so make sure you go light.
