I. K.Absolutely the best gym around, I travel 35/40 minutes to go there, and take my son here. Why? Because its clean its nice the instruction is brilliant and the instructors great. I've not only got a gym I've made a life long friend and friends in the mats!

A. J.Google pin takes you to the wrong end of the street. No website or publicly available timetable or list of classes that I could find. Only a mobile number which no one answered when I needed it.
I eventually found the place but was quickly turned away, wouldn’t have minded a brief chat or a timetable for next time.
Still, facilities look good from the Facebook photos and they are very serious about sanitation so I imagine it is pretty good once you are inside.
L. R.Used to train here 2 years ago, the coaches are A1 and no matter what race or background you come from everyone's family. Definitely will return once it re-opens. Gods blessings upon this gym
A. H.Amazing gym, not just are facilities excellent but the environment and especially the coaches. Its a gym for those who are serious about getting healthy, fitter and stronger. I have been here for two years now and im stronger and fitter than i was 10 yrs ago (40 yrs young now). 1st Reaction is the place to be!
