Only recently started there but I haven't had any issues, the gym had plenty of equipment to use and the staff have been nothing but helpful especially the manager Jay who took time to show us how to use the equipment. Would definitely recommend !

Lovely gym, with some flaws, so sad about the sauna as time of joining the membership they didnt say, it was not in use, also no steps machine, need own padlock for lockers, all stuff available at vending machine, some machine need repairing.

Nice gym. The locker room is spacious and clean but have to bring my own padlock and towel. The steam and sauna are not open. I was told its permanently closed. It sucks! and still paying the same without the facilities. It would be nice if they reduce the fee. I really enjoy the sauna tho. Oh well! I'm hoping to reopen I'm sure alot of people would be pleased.

Been going to this gym for a couple of weeks, the atmosphere is great, staff are friendly and always there to help. Will definitely be my go to everyday gym. Funnily enough I witnessed the below incident, the chap appeared to be verbally screaming and abusing a young lady, seeing how intimidating he was a member of the gym defended the lady which I thought was handled well and rightly so.

Very impressed with the communication at the desk I believe his name was Mo, handsome lad. Was very polite and carried him self well he answered all my questions regarding the classes and the facility’s at the gym. Unfortunately the sauna and steam rooms are not available which I was disappointed about. But was very justly justified by the remember of staff. Facility’s are nice.

Rejoined this gym this week... great team, friendly and helpful.Very clean, staff are cleaning throughout the day and cleaning stations throughout. All gym users are thorough with cleaning equipment before and after use too...everything ya need from a gym 🤟

Have been going to this gym a number of years, great equipment, friendly staff, good womens area for privacy which some family members use, good parking facilities, hygiene has been good throughout COVID. A few recommendations for improvement. - Clothes Dryer, these are great in some gyms and swimming pools, would be good to put wet shorts etc in after sauna shower, would be a great addition to the changing rooms - The shower areas need to be cleaned more often. - Gym can get extremely busy at peak times from around 5 - 8pm, maybe put in an offer on off peak memberships to encourage users to use the gym early AM and late PM.

Great gym. Good crowd. Well equipped, lots of free weights and equipment whether you want to do weightlifting or cross fit training this place is very good. Lots of space for parking. The manager is very friendly and approachable too. Always says hello.

It's clean advertised as 24/7 but steam room and Sauna shut at 6 on a Friday till Sunday and 9pm on the weekdays. When they're working 🙄. Great classes and great machines. But the steam and Sauna times let it down 😔

Great gym with Sauna and steam room. Would be much better if the sauna and steam room were open a little longer on the weekend as that's when most people have free time. 6pm switch off on the weekend is all that let's it down for a 24/7 gym

Alix and the team are great, the gym has lots of good equipment and doesn't get over crowded. Quiet times during the day are 11am and 3pm. The personal trainers are fantastic, Mo is a real asset to the gym and his enthusiasm is infectious!

Great price and loads of equipment. They have a separate womens area too which is massive compared to some other gyms I've been to. They also have a huge locker room (bring your own padlock), clean showers and bathroom. You will also have access to use the sauna and steam room. Staff and trainers are very friendly

Good Gym. Honours workplace discount (I work for JLR). A bit dirty at times but well equipped. Parking is fine, a little bit narrow in places. Loads of gym classes to book from. Separate area for ladies. Would recommend as can't expect more at this price.

Is a good gym with lots of good gear in it at a good price .. however it always seems to be very full of people especially at peak times. It should also be noted this is not a motorcycle friendly gym. There is no motorcycle parking (unless you park with the push bikes) and the lockers are too small to hold a helmet leaving you either carrying it around or risking leaving it somewhere.

Very spacious and great that it has a car park, would have been great if the sauna and steam was open earlier as Im more of an early bird. Defiantly great value for what you get compared to other gyms around.

Good gym, easy access and polite friendly staff. Offers gym, ladies gym, weight room, steam room and sauna. It has pleanty of equipment and is largely spaced out...The bathrooms could be cleaner but overall its not bad for the cost so your money is well spent (if you attend regularly and keep fit)!

Pretty decent gym. Been there once so far. Some dodgy characters there, but if you work out and mind your own business (in/out) then it's all good. I'm not entirely sure if the actual fitness classes are inclusive of your gym membership though?! Can't seem to discover this information on the official website.

Good facilities only a few brownies machines not enough bins for blue roll and not enough sanitizer stations I had to go right next to someone in order to wipe down the equipment I was using so it kinda defies the object

Very good gym, fully air conditioned, water fountain facility and clean showers and changing rooms. No Wi-Fi, some staff very friendly, some very rude. Overall, good value for money. Can get crowded but I have never had a major problem.

Open 24.7 separate male & female facilities. Sauna/steam. Classes available. Need to improve showers in terms of temperature & pressure. Free onsite parking. Good direct debit prices particularly if used regularly.

This gym has free WiFi, protein drinks and milkshakes that you can buy fresh, and the equipment is all up to date and an example of this is that the treadmills and exercise bikes having USB ports on them. Also it has showers, a sauna and a steam room as well as a room dedicated to weight training. The gym just gives you a lot of choices for losing weight, gaining muscle, have a routine and more.

24 hr gym at a great price (£120 per annum) with free parking. Only issue is parking is tight and can fill up very quickly during peak time, which is inconvenient.

Great gym .only fault I could find is the 3 rowing machines either need a good service .or need replacing .no resistance on chains foot straps are very worn also .won't stay tight either !!!

Prices are going uo but the ladies dteam turns itself & doesn't cone back for @ 25 mins not good if you've only come for a steam & sauna the cleaner goes berserk if you leave the door open to get the steam going again beware!!!
