absolutely love my pinch blocks from Bison Grips, not only finally building some strength in my thumbs and shoulders but they're also really beautiful! perfect addition to my lockdown training set-up. They also arrived super fast and I've even bought a hat for my husband because I like it so much!

I bought the Bison Grips long sleeve t-shirt in black. Stylish design and great quality. Slim fit, which is ideal for climbing. I have used as a base layer and as a stand-alone so it's great when you need to drop some layers for the send. Most importantly, it feels epic on the top out.

Excellent quality training aids for grip strength. I've got a couple of the medium sized pinches, which, over a number of months of using them have helped hugely in my previously weak grip strength. I highly recommend Bison Grips for anyone wishing to improve on their grip strength. Excellent customer service too and prompt delivery.

Bison grips are great for training, especially when living in the city, far away from good crags. These grips can hang on a door frame, which is perfect for our small home. I was really excited when the grips arrived, beautifully packaged and arrived really quickly. I recommend these to everybody I know, not just climbers! They’re an asset!

I purchased some of the large Bison pinch grips to work on a weakness with wide pinches. They arrived promptly and i was impressed by the craftsmanship. They really add a new and interesting dimension to my fingerboard session, so much so that I contacted Bison to see if they could make me some big slopey wide pinch holds for my 45 board. Customer service was first class and I was able to chat with them and specify the dimensions and the type of wood. Nice personal touch and cool holds so figured I'd write my first ever Google review!

Quality training holds! I bought the medium pinches and could barely hang them, but after adding them into my fingerboard sessions I was soon able to do pull-ups on them. They can be added to weights to lift if you need to start below your body weight or onto a pulley system if you want to train one arm hangs. I recently bought their fingerbaton hang board which is a very sleek slim design and has the added bonus of eyelets beneath to hang the pinches meaning less holes in the walls. Customer service was excellent and although they missed 2 of the take 5 blockers from my order they shipped them out to me very quickly. Thanks Bison Grips💪🏼

Bought a pair of small pinches as I’m fairly new to climbing and wanted to start building up my grip strength.
