Had an online plan from Chad for the first few months of 2022. Was feeling a bit stuck with training and wanted to progress further with a tailor made plan to reduce body fat. He was really helpful in delivering what I needed and always there for support too. Managed to get great results in reducing body fat and increasing muscle, so felt confident when deciding to train independently.

I been training with Chad since last summer my goal is to join the army reserves. Chad has gave me the confidence to meet them goals especially on the cardio side of things I was struggling before with my running but now smashing it ive also lost weight and tone up nice

I have been training with Chad for about 6 months now. Since undertaking training sessions with him my overall strength and fitness has improved. Best PT & all around top guy!
Chad has been my PT for two years now & I am in the best shape ever. When I started I had no upper body strength which was my biggest weakness. Chad has helped push me to build my strength up & achieve my goals. I am now easily doing pull ups and press ups which I’d never thought I’d ever be able to do. Chad is very professional, knowledgeable & passionate about what he does. He helps track your progress & is always on hand to offer support & nutritional advice whilst also keeping training programmes interesting and diverse. Would highly recommend!
