A. E.Love this little place that's new in balsall heath. The staff are friendly and have manners this is very very hard to find in gyms in this locality. The place has been done up to an above satisfactory level. They have all the equiptment needed for a very strong workout session. The management are well mannered and have a smile as I mentioned before a smile when entered can determine if you will be a member for not. It's a local family run gym and its mixed without any music so you can have your headphones in and listen to what you would like. They have personal trainers in hand which is very convenient. Definitely a gym to join.
