A.Unbelievable gym, comparing to all the sites I have been since, great value, Owner Simon is an absolute gentleman, he and his team go out of their way to make you feel part of their gym family. I seriously miss this place due to living North Birmingham. Excellent camaraderie, no egos, genuine people. Gym heaven.
D. T.Such friendly staff, they have lots going on at the gym for youngsters too. The gym is sufficient with its equipment (IMO), the toilets are clean. Lockers available. Have thoroughly enjoyed attending this gym.

P. I.Exceptional gym which has been hugely improved. Management / staff/personal trainers are friendly and second to none with a huge range of supplements, free weights a powerlifter would be happy with and a huge range of machines
