Peter was my PT for about 4 months and he was amazing. He really pushed me and encouraged me to stay on top of my diet. I’ve also been able to keep my weight off and it’s all thanks to Peter for incorporating life style changes! Would definitely recommend having the twins as a PT or attending their classes. Excellent Personal training Team. Would highly recommend Philip as his based at my local Puregym. Whilst I was trying to master the Bulgarian Split Squat, Phil provided basic stretches to alleviate tightness within the hip flexor muscles.
This has helped with basic lower body exercises such as the split squat and front squat and improved long distance running performance and furthermore provided guidance on the importance of rest and recovery coupled with nutrition advice.
Would highly recommend this team as not only do they provide personal training but also support their community with positive initiatives.

Twinsane classes has been one of the best training choices I’ve made. The environment is friendly, everyone becomes a family and you make new friends. Not only do I enjoy the challenging mix of workouts, the twins are professional, approachable, humble attend to your physical needs and are very motivating. They put there own personal touches on with there incredible Twinsane merchandise which caters to all sizes! So far I have appreciated the food and nutrition advice which has improved my results you don’t get half a package with them it’s a full package that you will not get no where else. Thanks guys ☺️

I was very optimistic about joining at first and put it off for a very long time.
Peter who was very understanding and put me at ease. I started my one 2 one PT sessions and it was AMAZING!!! He really does know he’s stuff and gave me great advise on my over all fitness and set me up with a very easy and affordable food plan. Learning all these new tools I was able to achieve my goals.

I started training with Peter in 2019 at work as they offered Boxing to Nhs Workers. I got in contact with him after lockdown and we started PT sessions at home for 8 weeks. He is always professional and pushes you to work harder in order to achieve your goals.

Absolutely loved this bootcamp, from the intense but fun workouts, to everyone coming together to push each other, no week was the same which kept us all mentally challenged. I've intermittently participated in fitness classes and workouts with these guys before and they are very good all round. You are put through your paces, encouraged and spurred on through various exercises with the option of participating in group or PT sessions. If you can keep up the regime and create your own routine that involves Twinsane, you will get the results and probably quicker than you would expect. Brilliant brothers, committed to what they do. 10 out of 10.

I signed up for 4 weeks and had one of the most amazing experiences of keep fit ever. The Trainers have the capability of making multiple individuals feel as if they are having a one to one with a PT. The group who I was training alongside came in all shapes, colours and sizes and are some of the most welcoming and encouraging people you will ever meet. The results in my level of fitness have exceeded my expectations, encouraging me to do even more on my own during the winter months. It was worth every drop of sweat, every laugh and every penny.... I used to want to go to Twinsane classes when it was in Laurel Road, but I could never find anyone to go with. Now that I am on my second round of bootcamp I regret not going before hand. Both trainers are welcoming and friendly aswell as the whole class!! I've enjoyed bootcamp so much I have now been going to their classes at the gym and making that extra effort to travel to their specific gym despite my home gym being five minutes away. Both trainers learn your name instantly to give it that extra special touch. They know their stuff and will encourage you to work hard! No bootcamp is the same and it is worth every penny. My fitness levels aren't great but I am making improvements with each class. Very professional and I am looking forward with continuing to work with Peter & Phillip.

I've been training with Peter for nearly a year and he is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. I started training as part of a group session, really enjoyed the variety and challenge he put into the sessions and then took on a personal one to one session as well.
Peter is focused on helping me achieve my goals with an elbow recovering from injury(ski) and makes every session challenging and somehow fun. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. I love these men so much, they have made me love to exercise. I started doing the bootcamp, this year and I haven't missed one thus far. I did a few 1 2 1 with Peter, he is very professional, friendly and encouraging. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone regardless off your levels of fitness.

I done a boot camp lesson with twinsane out doors and found it really enjoyable. These classes are very deceptive, it’s a slow creeper you don’t feel anything until a couple of days later. My aim was to improve the stability of my knees and improve my stamina. 2 months down the line and not only has Peter guided me to improve my overall fitness level, he's tailored my exercise regimen to help facilitate the development of my quadraceps, hamstrings and glutes to name a few- all aiding in enhancing the stability of my knees reducing the frequency of my injuries. He taught me the correct posture of workouts I've been doing incorrectly for years without realising!
Peter's tailored program has ensured that as my strength improved, so did the challenging workouts allowing me to always develop and improve.
I never thought the day would come when I use free weights , but with twinsane I've pushed through so many new boundaries. I learnt that with an honest, dedicated and enthusiastic trainer whose goal is to guide me to attain my best potential- nothing is impossible! I don't think I can stop training with TWINSANE!

I've trained with the twins on and off for the past 3 years and i'm always fascinated with the variation of activities they develop which are fun yet challenging and help you to build a better you.
My 121 sessions are tailored towards my goals and ability and i always see the benefits (when I'm committed and consistent)
My younger brother who has special needs is always made to feel welcomed when he attends the group sessions and the exercises are modified so that he is able to take part and feel included; this element is important for us both.
