A great community focussed gym, where everyone is so encouraging and supportive of one another. Jas and the team are extremely knowledgeable and have given me confidence in using gym equipment safely and having the correct form at Strength classes. Highly recommend!

HIIT 4 Fitness has the best vibe. Jaz should be extremely proud of what she has created, it is a very welcoming, inclusive and social gym. The classes are varied and challenging, suitable for all levels of fitness. I am making massive progress with my fitness, and mentally and physically resetting after losing my way a bit during the pandemic. Cannot recommend it enough.

Jas has created an atmosphere in the gym that you never want to not go to. Classes are great fun, never the same so you can’t get bored and you can notice the difference in fitness and strength fairly quickly. For what’s available (classes, equipment and atmosphere) the price is super cheap. So pleased I joined after lock down 👌🏼

Having been training at HIIT4Fitness for over one year now and it has been fantastic. Joined by myself and now the whole family go together and everyone love the sessions. Weekly we see the improvement, building on personal best all the time. Highly recommend to anyone to try. Jas is great motivating everyone and keeping us going when things get hard and most important, tailoring the class to cater to all levels of ability and strength. The MMA style classes are super fun and very sweaty 🥵👊

Jas has got me motivated to exercise again! Her gym has a really good selection of equipment to use and you can choose between classes or independent training. Which is what I was looking for without having to book months in advance like some of the commercial gyms for classes. The atmosphere of the classes is supportive, friendly and you definitely feel like you’ve had a workout afterwards. Overall I would highly recommend Hiit 4 fitness any day!

Been going here for nearly 2 years, absolutely love it. Great equipment, really good space. Everyone there is so welcoming, friendly and we’re all very encouraging to each other to do our best. Classes are my favourite, all exercises/equipment already set out for you, so you don’t have to think what to do every day! Highly recommend! :)

I used to do that classic thing where I would join a gym, go for 2 weeks consistently, then stop and continue to pay for the next year until I finally cancelled my membership. But now I can honestly say I don't do that, Jaz has got me into a routine of going to the gym 3 times a week. The classes are always different and it's a great atmosphere with amazing people who all support each other. Even when lockdown hit and we continued online the dedication of Jaz didn't waver. Although I still hate burpees and sprawls and probably always will, I still do them, albeit with a ridiculous face to accompany them. I couldn't think of a better place to work out. Genuinely.

Last year I joined Hiit4fitness with zero motivation and having never been more unfit in my life. I can say with absolute certainty that Jaz is the sole reason that I've never been fitter, stronger or more healthy minded in my life. The classes are fun, theres never any repeat sessions. I am motivated and never feel out of place or judged. Most importantly Jaz genuinely cares about every person there. I can't emphasise how rare it is to find someone so utterly dedicated to each and every person at the gym.
