I've been coming to PureGym for about a two years now and I've thought from the very beginning that I have always been pleased about this gym - Open 24/7, various and well maintained equipment standards, never crowded even around busier hours. The facility is visually consistent and full of energy with effortless, straightforward entry - It's very easy to navigate when starting fresh for New Years! With incredibly convenient parking and bike racks close by, it's easily accessible for gym members travelling from long distances, I ride my bike on almost all occasions. I've never interacted with the staff and trainers myself, but from my general perspective they seem to been keen, friendly, and eager to teach! Encouraging others and enjoying their work - The staff is very accommodating. Though, my biggest complaint would be the level of volume used for classes - The music near the Studio is so loud that it has made doing cardio and any core exercise quite challenging as I can't even hear my own music through my headphones. Also, they removed one cleaning station near the free-weights area (next to the Smith Machines) which proves as a minor inconvenience when you want to wipe down a bench or any free-weight after use. Altogether, since being at this PureGym, I've finally built up the courage to wear more suitable, liberating tank-tops that better suit my physique and I've never felt better! As a regular, I would highly recommend this gym for anyone who's looking for a welcoming, well-spaced gym to get started - I'm always eager to return for a good workout!

I love my gym because when I am in there I am feeling like in home. We have everything that we need to improve, the staff it's friendly. It's a good place to make a friends. We have application online to reserve class. We have interesting activities and it's 24 hours. I love it.

Clean gym with all the equipment you need but please put your opening hours for the holidays on your website next year. Went there today and it was already closed. Two other guys arrived at the same time and looked as dumbfounded as myself. Other than that, nice place.

Decent equipment, very good staff, could do with improving (turning on?) A/C & ventilation. Aerobic area becomes a no go zone for me when adjacent spin class area in use - so loud I can't block out music even with headphones.

One of the best gyms in the area. Clean and high safety standards. Equipment is well spaced. Trainers are friendly and classes are really good. People who visit it also pay attention to the distancing rules and cleaning their equipment.

The staff are brilliant. The classes are fun and easy to join in on as a beginner and challenging enough for more experienced people. It's always clean and tidy. Membership is a little more expensive than some other 24hr gyms in town, but all the classes are included in that price. Definitely worth it.

Very cheap you get what you pay for. Only down side is that it always seems to be busy, but that’s what you get for a 24hr gym. Good selection of weights & machines. Always seems to be pretty clean. Personally I prefer more hardcore/rustic gyms. Edit: There is no free parking if you go during the day. If you go later in the evening you’ll have more chance of getting a free parking space.

They have nice equipment and very well maintained. Classes are good too. Staff is not very helpful at any time even the manager and on weekends there is no one around to help. Bathrooms ( toilets and showers) are not always clean. Fountain water dirty and gum inside all the time.

It is very handy and convenient that this gym is open 24hrs, the prices are reasonable and the gym does contain some good equipment. Although, I found this to be a very untidy and run down gym, the weights were never in the correct places, the weight plates were always jumbled and you couldn't always find enough that weighed the same. The seats and padding on the benches and some of the machines were old and ripped/worn through. I also found the customer services very dissapointing when I contacted them, and mostly didn't get replies to my emails. So unfortunately the convenience of this gym didn't make up for the experience. I only stayed a member for about 4 months before finding a new gym.

Busy but friendly and something for everyone. Classes look awesome and are free. Trainers are great and some a pretty hot too. Good price per month and although there is no parking specific for Pure there are plenty of parking places right on the doorstep.

If you are looking for a PT, I would highly reccomend Rosanna Hemsley! I needed help getting back into a workout routine, some confidence on new machines & new exercises to keep things interesting. Rosanna has helped me in all of these areas, and has made going back to the gym easy and enjoyable. I always learn something new from our sessions, and am encouraged to push my limits. Rosanna tailors my workouts to my personal goals and always checks in on how I'm doing the next day. I always look forward to my workouts and I've never enjoyed the gym more! . . The renovated facility is fantastic, and even if it is busy there's enough equipment to finish my workout. As a student, I do wish there was a month to month student deal, as I don't want to be committed to a fixed contract. Otherwise, I am very happy with my decision to join the Bournemouth PureGym!

Decent gym with plenty of space... for all the cardio machines which take up about 70% of the space. The actual gym is falling apart with leaks coming from the ceiling and constant broken machines. One of The entrance pods were down for about a month. They say they are getting a refurbishment but i don’t know when that is coming. Ive since left and signed up to theGym which is much nicer and cleaner! Maybe if the refurb is good enough i will be back...

I use Poole pure gym mostly and is a great place to go with them having a refurb I decided to try the Bournemouth one and I have to say I couldn't work out as much as there where also ques for equipment my normal 1hr 30min work out felt like I hadn't done a thing I may just wait for the refurb to finish 🙈

It is a great place for regular exercise with plenty of variety to choose from. The personal trainers are there if you need them but don't pester you if you don't so you can just get on with it. The place is always looking clean too which is good, lets just say it ticks all the boxes for the price you pay.

Been training here for the last 18 months or so. Has everything you need for any goal you're trying to achieve. The PT'S are great, especially Nic Ashe who I'm training with at the moment, really knows his stuff. Great location with parking directly opposite and for £11.99 pm you simply can't beat it. 💪👍
