Honestly could not recommend this camp enough, our group had all ages and abilities and everyone felt included, positive and came out smiling. The sessions are tailored to you individually and the team spirit created by the team is amazing. I am active but not fit at all, back of the running pack. I've come out of this week confident, so refreshed, body aching but knowing I'll keep it up. Reboot will push you but in fun, creative and sustainable ways. Plus.... the scenery is beautiful 😍 Thank you SO much for a tough but incredible week ❤

What an amazing way to truly reboot. I was quite apprehensive going into the week but the program was really balanced, in loads of varied locations from beach to cliff tops and lots of fun. We were in great hands with Mark and Herbie, supported by Ashley and Sue, who offered really clear coaching, education sessions, encouragement and lots humor to keep us going. Our group really came together to support each other.
I feel coming out of the week so much better informed about how to vary my exercise routines, focus on good nutrition (the food is great!) and I’m looking forwards to continue my reboot over the next few months, supported by weekly exercise plans from Herbie and Mark.
I highly recommend Reboot Dorset for anyone wanting to reset themselves, learn and have fun - I’m so glad I took the leap to sign up!

I highly recommend the whole Reboot experience. Mark and Herbie brought out the best in me ..... and then some more. The mix and variety of the training sessions along with the varied locations made it all very interesting - this is significantly better than I have ever experienced - it was just plain FUN, while working out.
The food was first class - the varied, healthy and nutritious meals provided a fully balanced meal plan that at no time left me feeling hungry (or wanting to snack)!
Thank you Mark and Herbie for all your efforts, support, encouragement and wisdom. The physical training instruction, plus the mindfulness, motivation and nutrition advice was delivered with unbridled enthusiasm and makes for a fully rounded approach to fitness training - it will change for the better how I continue my exercise activities.

I cannot say enough good things about my REBOOT week! I had an absolutely fantastic experience - the high lasted 2 days when I got home! The exercise sessions were well thought out, varied and challenging. Everyone worked to their capabilities and had fun. All locations were great - the food was good and kept us well fuelled. The best Bootcamp. It’s fun, but challenging I’ve been 4 times , not because it doesn’t work but because it does. Each time I come back fitter than the last, a few pounds lighter but stronger and with a better understanding of what my body can do. Thoroughly recommend this Bootcamp above all others.

I joined the May Reboot week after far to long of no exercise at all! I was in desperate need for a 'Reboot'! It was a brilliant week, extremely tough, dont think I've ever worked that hard, but so much fun. Mark, Herbie and Phoebe encouraged us all the way. Our group was great too, lots of mixed abilities and lots of different backgrounds, we all gelled really well and supported each other along the way. The food is really excellent, so nice to not have to think about what to cook for a week!! its nutritious and plentiful. The accommodation is really nice too. Then we come to the scenery where we exercised, its beautiful, think my favourite moment was using the rowing machine up on the cliffs at Old Harry Rocks looking out to sea, insane but awesome!
I highly recommend Reboot to everyone regardless of your fitness level. You will have so much fun and learn so much! Thank you Reboot!

I have been to Reboot twice and absolutely love it. The instructors are absolute legends, push you to achieve more than you realise you ever could but without being horrible and shouty. The food is outstanding, the accommodation is beautiful and the surroundings are breathtaking. Every single session you complete is different so you never get tired of what you are doing. I have laughed and ached more in the week at bootcamp than i have for a very long time. Highly recommend it and cant wait to go back.

If you’re looking for a fitness week to either kickstart or increase your fitness, Reboot is the Bootcamp to help you achieve your goal. After 18 months of minimal fitness I wanted to kickstart my fitness and healthy eating. I had a fantastic week, the coaches were so lovely and amazing at what they do. I also met some fantastic fellow Boot Campers. Everyone had there own personal goals that they achieved with lots of encouragement from everyone. The beach location was delightful. Now it’s onto the 3 month ongoing training schedule set by Mark and trying out some of the delicious recipes.

I initially came to reboot in order to in fact “reboot” myself and get my weight back under control. I honestly feel like I came away as a new person, I never expected to learn so much about fitness and nutrition as I did and it’s fantastic. The group of people that were together were awesome, supportive and motivating to be around, we worked our muscles as much by laughing as we did training! The trainers were incredible, a bunch of nice guys who you want to thank while punching them in the face because of the fantastic way they push you to your limits! They kept the group together while making everyone of varying fitness levels while still making it very personal with their great insights into your own forms and habits. The food was also really good, really showed you how tasty and nice healthy meals can be. I have already recommended Reboot to 2 of my friends and have said to the guys that I plan on coming back next year simply because of how rewarding the week was!

I had the most incredible week at Reboot Dorset. I've returned feeling mentally and physically more flexible, fitter, slimmer and refreshed. It was very hard work at times but it was also great fun and very invigorating. The team were incredibly supportive and seemed to instinctively know when to push, when to push hard and when to push really really REALLY hard. They are a superb team and I feel so grateful to have been the beneficiary of their expertise and good humour. I now feel well on the way to being a better version of myself, especially as I will be guided and supported by the 3 month post bootcamp weekly tailored exercise plan (all part of the wonderful service).
The food is superb (I'm a bit of a foodie and I was very very impressed). The beautiful Georgian house is much lovelier than I expected, the beds were comfy and the showers and baths were superb with plentiful hot water . Please do this for yourself. I absolutely loved it and so will you.

Reboot is a fantastic fully engaging experience, the camp is a great mix of physical sessions and information sessions, the trainers ensure you work to the maximum of your own, personal ability. All the trainers created a very positive, upbeat environment and the week I took part (May 16) the group dynamic was great. The beautiful Dorset countryside, a lovely old house to stay in and great food all week all added to the experience.
Post camp Mark provides structured training support for 3 months, it’s very clear in his approach that he really wants to help you succeed and the post camp support just re-enforces that.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Reboot to anyone whatever their fitness level.

I absolutely loved Reboot - it was an incredibly challenging and tough week but Mark Bev and Neil worked hard to make sure the training was fun and varied. I've been to boot camps before but Reboot definitely took the most holistic approach and focused on long term, life changing goals not just temporary weight loss. The support even continues for 3 months following the boot camp which really helps with motivation - I feel so much more energized since I left! I 100% recommend this boot camp - no matter your age or fitness level you will receive so much encouragement and support from both the trainers and the rest of the team. It's amazing what you can achieve with a little encouragement!
It was with some trepidation that I arrived at the gorgeous house where I would be spending a week being ‘rebooted’. In the last 6 months my idea of exercise involved a mile walk home. However, throw yourself into all the activities and you will have a fantastic, if challenging, week. It’s been a few days since I got home and I’m still sore in muscles I didn’t know I had!
Things you need to know:
- This is not a health spa! You will be ACTIVE, but with a wide variety of activities so you never get bored. Hate running? Not a problem, you won’t have to do it every day!
- The instructors are wonderful. Genuinely nice, and inspiring, people who I would be happy to see again. Not the usual ‘shouty boot camp’ drill sergeants you might expect – motivating without shouting at you!
- The nutritional talks are enlightening and provide a really good foundation for long term healthy and balanced eating – none of the faddy diets!
- This is not a ‘lose a dress size in a week’ type camp. You WILL lose weight and inches, but the purpose is to equip you with the knowledge and confidence to carry this through for the rest of your lives.
- The food is delicious – you will not go hungry.
- The rooms/showers etc are also lovely. The shared rooms are fantastic value for money – although looking back I would have been much more comfortable in a larger bed. But that’s just a personal preference!
- The reboot is suitable for ALL fitness levels. We had a genuinely wide range of capabilities in my lovely group and we were all pushed to our limits.
As I reflected on my experience on the train home, I was genuinely disappointed that it was over, but incredibly motivated to keep the momentum going once home and to re-haul my entire approach to fitness and healthy living. So far, so good!

Reboot is not just a boot camp it’s an education, the Instructors are incredibly supportive and inspirational and you will be sent home motivated and fitter than before.
The exercise sessions are varied and seek to address different areas of fitness, they also teach you the variety of exercises available whatever your time constraints. For any level of fitness the instructors are able to push you to your limits.
In between the exercise sessions are talks on Exercise, Nutrition, Mind-Set and Motivation which give you time to recover between sessions and ensure you have the tools to help you when you leave the Boot camp.
When you leave the camp you get weekly exercise plans sent to you for three months that reinforce the skills you have learnt and help you work towards your first fitness goal.
My goal was to run 5K and amazingly I achieved this by week 4 so I think I need to set a new one. The exercise and new eating habits have also helped me to lose 20lbs since starting with reboot.
So whatever your fitness level you will benefit from Reboot. Expect to work hard but it will be rewarding and fun.

Great fun in a supportive atmosphere. I would highly recommend this programme for anyone stuck in a fitness rut or who is looking to get back into fitness after some time out. We had a group of 13 with a wide range of abilities and the team at Reboot were able to tailor the exercises so they remained fun and challenging for the entire group. A lot of the fitness sessions involve team games, which helps create a sense of community amongst those on the programme. Training took place in a variety of locations and the sessions aren't repeated so you always have a new challenge to look forward to. A big thanks to the Reboot team!

I can’t say enough good things about my week at Reboot, Dorset. I LOVED it and got so much out of it on many different levels. I arrived low in confidence, addicted to sugar and wheat, very unfit and nervous about doing a lot of exercise after several years of doing none at all. By the end of the week I had made new friends, felt completely re-invigorated in my mind, body and soul and I lost weight and inches from my waist, back and thighs! I also came away with renewed self belief after feeling like I achieved so much in such a short space of time. Reboot was a truly fantastic experience! It may not have always felt that way at the time but the feel good factor when you complete the week is just immeasurable. I’m now on my third week of the post boot camp training program and loving it. I never thought I would find myself in the gym at 6.30am but I now find it’s a great way to start the day. The nutrition presentations were a revelation. They have completely re-vamped my approach to food and they have been just as beneficial as all the exercise. I cannot thank Mark, Neil, Talia and Naomi enough; they pushed us hard but encouraged us all every step of the way. The team spirit amongst the group was there right from the word go. There were highs and lows but more importantly there was a lot of laughter. I know other people have said it, because it’s true, if you’re thinking about Rebooting, stop thinking and just do it!!

I never usually write reviews but felt compelled to do so as I think this was one of the best things I have ever done in my life! My sister & I decided to go here as we both had fallen into bad habits and wanted to kick start a healthy regime to try and shed a few pounds, and the whole experience surpassed our expectations. The trainers are brilliant at motivating you, I was always at the back but they pushed me to keep going! They cater to all levels of fitness and never leave anyone behind. We had such a laugh and loads of fun, whilst learning valuable information about nutrition & fitness; knowledge that will help us to continue eating healthy & build our fitness in our everyday lives. The food is absolutely delicious and at the end of the week you are given recipes to incorporate at home. You are also given a 3 month personalised follow up training plan where Mark adapts it for you each week, which is fantastic. It's hard work & will definitely challenge you, but in a good way! I'm 100% determined to keep up the new healthy habits I've learnt so I can reach my goal of being fitter slimmer and healthier, and that's all thanks to Reboot!!

After some on-line research I decided to book into the Reboot camp for June - the difference for me was that this is about fitness for life rather than a special event or just the summer.
The training staff are fantastic, they know their subject and are incredibly supportive and explain how to exercise properly in some detail. The nutritional aspect of the camp complements the exercise perfectly, again with plenty of background detail.
During the week the whole group was pushed and encouraged by the staff and one another and by the end of the week everyone had made demonstrable progress.
I'm not part way through the 3 month follow up of weekly exercise programmes to help me get to my goal and just 2 weeks in I'm feeling more confident and feel the whole experience has been life changing.
I recommend this course to anyone wanting to change their life and thank Mark and the team for their support.

I been back from boot camp for 3 days now and feel fantastic, not only physically but mentally. I was never hungry or made to feel foolish if I couldn’t do something, the instructors don’t shout at you, although Mark does like to growl now and then which just makes you laugh. We ate cake!
The instructors are motivating and inspirational. The food is delicious, the location is stunning, the nutritionist is brilliant, the massage was wonderful, the exercise was hard but so worth it. New friends, a positive outlook, stronger and fitter, a great week all in all.
I went to boot camp not wanting to loose weight but to feel healthier and stronger, any weight-loss that came with that was a bonus. Reboot me has taught me how to exercise, eat well and believe in myself.

Going to Reboot was the very best thing I have ever done for myself. I went with the hope of kick starting my fitness and healthy eating but I got so much more than that. The instructors are so motivating and encouraging, the accommodation was wonderful and the food was filling and delicious (I was not hungry at any point). I learnt so much about how to go forward with my training, how to eat for my body’s needs and also how to cope better with life in general! I lost 5.5 inches and 2.5 kgs in 5 days! I went to Reboot Bootcamp to kick start a new fitness regime, I am not exactly a gym bunny. I couldn't have asked for a better place to go. The accommodation and food were amazing, even as a fussy eater I found plenty of food and variety, thanks to the amazing efforts of the nutritionist and the chef. When it comes to physical activity no 2 sessions were the same, and when you are doing about 5 sessions a day, you know you are exercising every part of your body. The staff were motivating, supportive, understanding and inspirational, you couldn't ask for a better team. My experience was made better by the amazing like minded people I met on the bootcamp, from all around the UK and the world.
I feel so positive about the future and my ability to do what needs to be done to stay fit for the future.

Reboot Dorset is a real retreat of health, fitness, positive thinking and good food in fantastic surroundings. Mark Hook and his team are fantastic coaches, personal instructors and inspirers, coaching their clients in how to continue long term realistic goals of fitness and personal excellence. While the exercise is intense (most people lose significant amounts of weight) it is so fun that it doesn't seem difficult. UPDATE: I have just returned from my SECOND Reboot experience and I can honestly say it's still awesome and has exceeded my expectations (again).
The instructors: Mark, Neil and Glyn constantly manage to motivate everyone - in our group of 14, all of us gave our everything in all activities and we pushed ourselves to our limits. The encouragement from the instructors and everyone in our group was brilliant; there was always a helpful word or a real motivating shout to help us up that hill, tip the extra tyre or sprint just that little bit faster to the finish line.
Naomi's nutrition presentations were very informative and the recipes for the week were sent to us on our return home.
Sheralyn, the chef cooked great nutritious food for the week from Naomi's menus, so we were assured of eating the correct food.
Reboot Dorset definitely deserves to be in the top 10 boot camps in the UK and I would rate it at the top, but perhaps I'm biased because I've not tested any others out! However, I wouldn't want or need to, as Reboot is perfect in every way.
I would highly recommend it, for a second time, and I'll be booking my third visit for sure!
From the moment of booking my Reboot experience, to the moment I left, everything ran smoothly.
I was emailed detailed information of what to expect, the best way to prepare in the weeks building up to Reboot, and details of what to bring.
I keep myself very fit by training at different workouts five times a week so I wasn't overly worried or nervous about the training sessions or food, just the initial meeting people which always daunts me. I had nothing to worry about, as our group was extremely friendly and encouraging.
We consisted of people who train regularly, to those who don't train at all but we all did the same exercises and sessions to the best of our ability. No-one was made to feel left out or slow or a failure. Everyone was there to try their hardest, and we did just that.
Mark and Beverley were two of the most enthusiastic and knowledgeable trainers I've met and they proved to be invaluable for all of us at Reboot in October 2013. At times when I struggled to run (okay, stagger), up the hills carrying a 7.5lb pack, just having them encouraging me on that little bit further and to push deeper, seemed to do the trick.
Our group was small (9 people), but certainly not the quieter for it! We were all very encouraging (even to others on the opposing team, when there were teams for games and challenges!). Mark and Beverley made sure that no-one was ever left behind. Everyone was treated fairly and the same, and those who weren't as fast, or fit as others, were encouraged as much as everyone else.
The location was lovely, the hills and beach close by were a refreshing change to the nice garden area. It definitely livens up the training when you have different locations to go to. Our early morning circuits were invigorating, especially the one in the wind and rain in the football field!
The food provided was delicious as well as nutritious and I never felt hungry in the week I was there.
The nutritional sessions/presentations were extremely helpful and changed my way of thinking about cooking and eating. Naomi was very clear in her presenting and very knowledgeable on the subject of all things edible.
The last day assessments were very helpful and Mark gave us training plans (tailored to suit each person) to use going forwards for the next three months or so.
I would definitely and very highly recommend Reboot to anyone. I already have a couple of friends interested in signing up. I can honestly say, you will not regret it!

This boot camp is fantastic. By far the best boot camp available. It is great value for money. The accommodation is lovely and in a beautiful setting. The food is plentiful and delicious. It offers a holistic approach to health and fitness and is also very motivating. It is suitable for any fitness levels. It includes seminars on nutrition and
different training techniques. The activities are wide ranging and really great fun. Mark and the team are really encouraging and succeed in getting the best out of you. The price includes a 3 month personal training plan which is updated weekly via email contact with Mark. I booked a week long bootcamp in June with a friend to kickstart my fitness routine and having just returned I cannot recommend Reboot enough.
I'm an adhoc gym user and was slightly apprehensive about going to bootcamp in case I wasn't able to keep up with everyone, however I thought the bootcamp was a fantastic experience and really well organised. There was a good mix of strength, speed and endurance exercises, team challenges and healthy food. All against the background of a lovely country house and stunning scenery.
Mark, Neil and Bev were fantastic instructors, they were all very supportive which as a nervous first timer was hugely appreciated! It didn't matter how fast or how far you can run, how many reps you can do it's all about taking part and doing as much as you can.
Despite a lot of sore muscles at times, I wouldn't hesitate about going back next year!

Mark, Peter and Neil are experienced instructors who provide motivation and advice by the bucket load and continually push you (sometimes literally) to achieve your best. Totally life changing experience! I was stuck in a rut, slowing gaining weight, losing confidence, fed up with my current exercise and needed something to break the vicious cycle of diet binge diet! Reboot has done it! The accommodation is stunning, the food is exquisite and the team are amazing! I have been pushed to and past my limits and have managed to complete 5 seemingly impossibly physical challenges every day so now feel invincible. You get taught so much about nutrition and exercise that I have left feeling very well educated and confident that I can make the changes to my and my families lives that will increase our fitness and wellbeing. This experience has taught me how to overcome my mental barriers, my worries and my anxieties and has completely changed my outlook on everything from diet, exercise and life in general. Days are varied and intense when needed and the trainers respond to your level and ensure everyone is working at the maximum they can give.

What I achieved in 5 days still amazes me!! I enjoyed it so much more than I thought I would. Challenging but rewarding! I was very apprehensive about going on the bootcamp because I thought it was going to be led by people barking and shouting orders and unrealistic expectations. Especially as I hadn't exercised for along time before the bootcamp week.
The team - Mark, James and Neil are great, motivating, enthusiastic. Reboot has a great formula and balance. There is a holistic, and more importantly realistic, view of exercise, wellbeing, healthy eating and fitness. There was a group of mixed ability and ages but they adapted the sessions where required but still pushed everyone in their own way to achieve. We had fun, great banter and worked hard at the same time.
The accommodation was nice, beauty views, our room was spacious and comfortable.
There was an unlimited supply of hot drinks (fresh lemon and ginger, herbal tea) and water. The food portions were smaller than I normally have but was more than sufficient and we didn't go hungry. I eat much better since returning home. Thumbs up to the chef Sheralyn.

I came to boot camp to loose weight and get fit again, after many years of neglecting myself. I had lost a stone in the 8 weeks run up to the bootcamp and started doing runs, with the guidance of the pre-bootcamp training plans (which are updated weekly via email correspondence) so that I could get the most out of the week as I was very unfit. I still came near the back in most endurance sessions, but was always supported by the group and encouraged by the trainers. I never felt like a failure because I was pushing my body to its limits. I would say if you are very unfit, try to start exercising before you go, but don't be put off as you will see changes, no matter your starting point, by the end of the week. I noticed on Wednesday that I could take a far deeper breath! My lung capacity had increased in 3 days!!! I was not used to pushing myself, as I lacked the confidence and knowledge to do so. I always worried about getting injured and not being able to get on with my everyday commitments. Reboot gives you the luxury to just focus on pushing your body beyond what you thought was possible.
I also lost 5lbs and 4 inches off my stomach in less than one week! I have returned home a different person, eager to get through my two rest days so I can get back to some exercise in the mornings. The presentations were given by the trainers and included enough science background to enable you to fully link your behaviour to outcomes. They do well to simplify key messages so you get a clear direction of how to make and maintain important changes in your approach to diet and exercise. I learnt a great deal during the week! I fantastic time and I cannot wait to continue to develop with the support of the training plan I have been given to continue my journey. Thanks Reboot!!

Although Mark and the rest of the trainers are all ex-military this is not a Military Bootcamp as they are interested in pushing you beyond what you think you can do. The whole idea of Reboot Dorset in about teaching you about different fitness styles and at the end of the week what you need to continue your fitness after going home.
The location is great but you really won't enjoy it as you will be too knackered and rooms are large and comfortable.
My only problem is that once I booked there was issues with communications but we where the only people with this. Despite this I would still recommend this if you want to change your life.

I wanted to get back on the road to fitness after breaking my leg and hence was a little worried about my level of fitness going in. But the team were great. Tailoring the exercise to the different levels of fitness in the group and were sensitive to historic injuries and niggles. Overall brilliantly organised with a mix of fun well thought out activities in beautiful countryside, informative / inspiring presentations and great food. Even though I am totally smashed, I just say: do it!! It is well worth it.
Dorset has a wonderful scenary, with overwhelming cliffs and hills that will take your breath away while training (literally!).
Recommended for anyone who wants to push themselves to improve their physical strenght, endurance and speed. Also to make you mentally positive and stronger about yourself.
And of course, great instructors always motivating you to push harder in every single activity; awesome and healthy food and plenty of useful tips to take with you!

This was one of the best experiences that I had. Frankly speaking, what I pictured for a bootcamp, is kind of army conditions - no food, lots of yelling, lots of stress, and pressure from outside. None of my expectations, were met, and it’s a really good thing, I never starved, not yelled at, only encouragement and motivation from team and trainers, there was a pressure, but the one who was pressuring me, was me. This is really mature approach to fitness and life. I lost some size during the week, but that was not the point. This is just the beginning of the road, Mark and team educate you about everything you need to know to keep yourself in shape, and getting where you want to be with your fitness, but this is up to you to keep it up. So this is for people, who want to take fitness and personal health seriously.

As a person of an age where I can still remember Saturday Night Fever, and someone who's never been particularly fit, I was quite petrified about doing something like a Boot Camp. On arrival though I was pleased to find a welcoming team of fitness professionals and a mixed ability in my fellow cohort of participants ( I think ages were 25-60 in our group).
In this amazing program, I undertook very activities which I never thought I'll be capable of and even got to play team sports which is something I dreaded as a child.
There was a multi dimensional approach to the camp, and a huge variety in activities. I never got bored. I learnt tons and tons.We visited lots of nice places. And the food was great. Highly recommended

So most people thought I was mad when I said my holiday was going to be a bootcamp :) but I wanted something to make me feel alive and by the end of the week I can definitely say I hit my goal. I was so lucky to find Reboot Dorset as they focus on the individual giving their best not who is the best, and make it fun. You do a lot of team things but it's balanced, so it doesn't matter if you a marathon runner/Olympian or couch potato before you arrive you are equally encouraged both by trainers and each other. I'd highly recommend signing up early and getting the pre-bootcamp workout plans and do as much of it as your busy life allows. The trainers are a fab bunch and the chef creates some amazing foods. I am not only at my holiday goal but feeling even better than I thought I would and have a new found love of flipping tyres and bench pressing :)

I am writing this review quite a bit later after attending bootcamp - the idea of long term weight loss was promoted to me and I wanted to see if Mark was right! Two months on I've lost half a stone :) The extra support that you receive after the bootcamp with training plans is what has made a difference for me, so all the hard work that got put in at bootcamp didn't go to waste! Bootcamp itself was very hard, but I wanted to commit to it and was encouraged and challenged every step of the way. Worth every penny and all the instructors were lovely and inspiring.

5 months ago I went to Reboot Dorset. I booked it last minute on a whim, well it was cheaper than everywhere else, the reviews were good and I needed a break. To be honest I was fat and miserable. 2½ stone overweight, outrageously unfit and super stressed. A good friend died suddenly of a heart attack 2 weeks before his 40th birthday and I knew I need to sort myself out; I was headed in the same direction. I had spent a small fortune on gym membership and ridiculous diets, all to no avail. Then I went to Dorset. I won’t say too much about it, you can read all of the accolades on line. But what happens after boot camp? Did I immediately reassert my authority over the remote control? Not quite. 5 months later I have dropped 2 dress sizes and 1½ stone. I still have a bit to go but I am confident in reaching my goal. I enjoy training 3 times a week (still a surprise to not only me but friends and family). Life is more hectic than ever, the difference is that I am not stressed. So if you’re reading this and considering Reboot, do it. Put down that glass of wine/family size chocolate bar; ease yourself off the sofa and head on down to Dorset. You’ll wonder why you didn’t do it years ago!

Well, where shall I start... I am a mum of 3 bears (no goldilocks) of 6,4 & 2, I have never left the children but I thought of doing something for myself. I am also going though a divorce!
I thought what better way to reboot myself back to the old me (or young me) would be to book a 'boot-camp'! I did my research & even though there were many boot-camps a lot closer to where I live, I wasn't at all interested in the military style ones that starve you & shout abuse at you, so you can lose a few pounds to put it all back on the following week. The worse thing for me at these styles boot-camps were they were all advertising celebrities which totally put me off, as I can only imagine them in there latest gear & little old me plods up with holes in my clothes!:) lol (somewhat dramatic but I hope you get the picture)
I wanted an environment where every walks of life were equally respected, comfortable and happy, I was looking for a boot-camp that ticked all the boxes & also thought outside that box!
So, I booked Reboot, I booked a shared room told my ex-partner & packed my second hand gym kit! whoopeee
Once booked I received a number of informative emails with suggestions or what to do prior to the camp, you don't have to do them it's up to you. Then a group mail went around to those travelling by train so we could all catch a taxi from Axminister (all the taxi drivers know Reboot)!!!
Rocked up at an amazing Georgian property The Old Rectory, in the middle of this quintessential English village, (WOW)!
The perfect location, the perfect venue, the perfect food, the perfect professional trainers! (ex-army):)
We weren't shouted at, just encouraged, we weren't starved but ate the best food every (gluten fee) & wouldn't know it, we weren't made to feel uncomfortable!
The experience is very organic & natural for both mind & body!
Don't expect mod-cons, such as TVs, magazines, newspapers or even WiFi-fi!
You don't need it, it was absolutely heaven to get away from all of that for 4 days!
The program was from 07:00 till 22:00 some nights with additional massages & nutritionist you must see Naomi Devlin the Homoeopathy & Nutritionist (amazing)!
The food (do I miss that) boo hoo, you will not be hungry & I eat allot!... mouth watering home made thanks Tess:)...
I am so happy to went & I will be going again with a friend!:)...
