Also everyone in the place has built my confidence up due to the fact I use there gym and I was really insecure about using a gym but everyone helped my over come my insecurities and now I attend regularly. So I have to say a huge thankyou to everyone. So anyone out in society that has insecurities about gyms come and join us xxx
